Excellent service, I went in with my mom for a gel mani/pedi. It was a last-minute reservation (2 days) when I was unable to get my nails done before I left Ohio. I had Thuan "Tom" who's quiet intensity and exacting work was more than I expected and more than my regular nail place in Ohio has ever done. He did such good work I expect my nails to last 3 weeks. I went in to have my acrylic nails professionally soaked off, but instead they were literally ripped off. The process was incredibly painful, and I left with several of my natural nails bleeding and severely damaged. I have never experienced anything like this before at a nail salon. To make matters worse, I was still charged for the service despite leaving with torn, injured nails. This was completely unacceptable and far below the standard of care I expected. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. read more

UPDATE... The nail polish job lasted 1 day and was coming off. $80 for nothing. Went from a 5 to a 3. The most amazing experience. Two hours of being pampered first a pedicure, then my nails. Deluxe pedicure with Mai. Trimmed and shaped nails as requested, fabulous leg/foot massage and scrubbed all the nasty bits with a smile! Place was packed at 1130 on a Friday and the staff was jumpin. Walked in on sat morning I was the only customer I knew something was off. But I decided to stay anyway it had been a month since i had a fill. My nails had gel umbre color. I just wanted a fill with all one color. I asked how much the lady told me 30 which was the cheapest I've seen around here. Well it was 30 because she used regular nail polish instead of gel like I had when I came in. Common sense says she knew to do gel, but since she quoted me so cheap she wanted to do it cheapest and quickest way possible. I was looking for a local nail salon but the edgewater publix nail salon aren't it. I definitely felt scammed. I should have said something right there but it said maybe it will be ok. Less then a week later they are lifting and chipped. Will never go back there again. read more

It seems like not that long ago I would have had wonderful things to say about this place. Always accommodating, nice staff with great technique. But sadly I no longer can. Mostly because I can never seem to get in. I understand we are in hard times right now. But if you can't accommodate walk ins. Then state it for public knowledge. The last FOUR times I have tried to walk in, I have been told I can't be seen, they don't have time, I would have to wait over an hour, or come back tomorrow. Most of these happen when I try to come in during my lunch hour, but sadly it's even happened after work as well. At 5pm I was told to come back tomorrow as she was working on a client and then closing. At 5pm. I'm done giving them chances. Wish them the best. But they won't be getting my business any longer. read more

Have used this salon for years. Seems like service has declined with remodel. Maybe changed ownership? Had appointment for pedicure, requested manicure as well. Was told they could not fit me in. Two walk-ins were accommodated for mani-pedis while I was there. One while my nails were drying. Also, not that I'm paranoid or anything, but much whispering going on among staff. Come on, didn't your Mom teach you better manners than that? Will find another salon. read more

Like the changes, calming music, tv with photos but no tv shows, request phones on silent. But, there's one tech that insists on talking, loudly, and constantly ... worse yet she calls everyone hun or honey. That's irritating. If you want me to be quiet, then techs shouldn't be allowed to yap incessantly. I'll find another location that provides fully peaceful experience. read more

Clean, clean, clean. This place takes pride in cleanliness. Recently had a walk-in pedicure. My attendant was very sweet and chatty with not being overbearing. Great massage chairs, attention to detail with polish application, relaxing leg massage... The list goes on. I will be back! read more
