Today my partner surprised me by booking an appointment at Angie's! I was booked for a Swedish Massage and a pedicure. I waited for a little while in the front lobby after checking in, but the girls helped me to some "Spa water" and made sure I was comfortable. I was also given a heated neck wrap which was really nice because I am always cold. Anastasia was masseuse and she did excellent with meeting my needs for pressure/tension areas. Would book again for her. My pedicure was done by another really nice woman, sorry I did not get her name. She did a great job though. The ambiance was very modern, chic. Best nail/spa I've ever been to! First of all the environment is AMAZING. The decor/spa music/ blue tones are so extremely soothing! It takes a lot for me to get comfortable enough to sleep and I seriously almost took a nap during my pedicure. It was seriously such a peaceful serenity vibed place! Couldn't have felt more comfortable and relaxed. Angie did AMAZING on my nails and pedicure. Zero discomfort as she is very cautious and does everything correct. She takes the time to make sure there's not one un-even nail! She makes each nail all equally smooth! I wouldn't go anywhere besides here! Beautiful & clean spa! This place is a absolute joke! The first time ever going here. I've been wanting lashes for a very long time and decided to take the plunge. Made my appointment with Angie apparently the owner who is the only one who knows how to do lashes. Well , I was 10 minutes early for my appointment however, she didn't get to me for another 35 minutes. Ok. Fine. The lashes cost me two hundred including the tip. Then your supposed to follow up every two weeks. Ok. I tried but she was on vacation. So I made another appointment accidentally put in for Thursday however, I caught that and canceled and rescheduled for the next day at 9:45 was the appointment I picked. Angie said she couldn't do me at that time to come back at 1:30 I did.. and when I walked in she was having a spa pedicure done on herself. I have pictures to prove it. My time and money is just as valuable as hers. If I ran my business this way I'd have no clients at all! Very unprofessional! Very disappointed! I would definitely not recommend this at all! Update!! Just read a Angie rebuttal! So let me respond to her! You are not only a terrible business owner your a liar! Anyone knows me I'm very punctual and alway on time! I was early to my 1:30 appointment! Also, I definitely wasn't going to sit there and wait for you to finish your spa pedicure! I am very surprised about a couple of reviews that are shown here and I suspect there are 2 sides of the story. Myself, my husband, grandkids, and a few of my friends have come to Angie's many times over the years and we have always been treated well. There has been a situation or 2 where things didn't go as planned on both of our parts but Angie and her staff have always been eager to work out any misunderstanding . This is the most unpretentious and professional spa I have been too and so far everyone I've referred has been very pleased . I was so surprised and even shocked to read these reviews. I know from experience that Angie and her staff are very friendly, very kind and patient with their customers. I have seen patrons more than once come inside the spa claiming to have an appt. but not realizing it's the wrong day and become angry about it while the staff is trying to accommodate them. I was also present when a regular client came in for dipping nails and multiple staff did their best to convince her that her nails needed a break because they obviously were not looking good. She was determined to have her nails done and did not want to take their advice. Because of the integrity of Angie and her staff they had to refuse the service and just clean her nails up for her as best they could and advise her on the process of making her nails healthy again. Mistakes happen all the time, it can be fixed but a bad attitude only makes it worse. read more

Spent $207.00 on gift cards. I was charged $7.00 for some bogus credit card fees that were not explained to me before hand. I was told by the owner that there is a sign on the door that explains the credit card fees being passed onto the customer...yeah, because that's what you do in 90+ degree weather after walking from your car, read a sign on the outside of the door with all that glare. Furthermore, I called hours before my appointments to ask if I should take cash out of the atm for tips or if there wasn't any difference...I was told there was no difference. I was charged an additional $2.10 to charge my tips to my credit card!!! When I brought this to the attention of the staff they could careless that I was lied to and that if the situation wasn't corrected I was taking my spa business somewhere better and cheaper, too. Now I was really ticked off. I just spent $269.10 on overpriced spa services, and was told that my business didn't matter to them at all!!! Never in my whole life have I been treated so insignificantly. When I pick a spa, I stick it out with them. I'm sad to say that this is a f&l. Angie, the owner was reached out to by me, and for someone who has 2 salons, she is awfully accusatory, unapologetic, and unconcerned with properly training her new employees on what & what not to say to new customers about said policy...she actually accused me of slander! I had not even written anything (100% truthful) about my experience yet, but she will not intimidate me. I am very intelligent, college-educated, and I know my rights in today's litigious society. What goes around comes around, & you reap what you sou. They lost out on a $95 +tip back facial for my son, and I had the staff put back $100s of products due to the severe mishandling of my situation. I will not be back. I will not recommend them. I will take my new spa business to my body waxer who charges far less, does not charge bogus cc fees, and is a pleasure to do business with. read more

I absolutely love Angie and her spas. I initially started going to the one in New Smyrna a couple of years ago. One of the things I love is that I have been treated like family since day one. Both spas are warm and welcoming. I tried out the new location (Edgewater) about a month ago and absolutely love it. Another thing I love are the prices. Angie is always running specials for different services and compared to other locations is already so affordable. I jumped on the body sculpting special during Valentines Day and I am so pleased with the results already. I've only had 4 out of the 7 treatments that I have purchased. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin and have lost inches. One more thing that I love about Angie's is that she is so loving and takes her girls under her wings. She will hire someone right out of school and teach them how to do a 10/10 job every time. I have never had a bad experience there and I have been going there for years now. I drive an hour one way now Ty that I have moved and still refuse to go anywhere else. Thank you Angie and all of your staff for always making my time with you such a wonderful experience. read more
