I was nicely greeted by Karen whom offered me a yummy berry lemonade they make in house. She also asked if I preferred a cold neck wrap or hot. I chose hot. It was total relaxation from the beginning! I was already hooked before Kate came to get me for my service. Once I got to the nail suite Kate explained the process and each tool and product being used. It was nice to learn and see proper technique being done. The space is intimate as there is one pedicure chair and one manicure station so you truly get the techs undivided attention. I left without polished toenails after paying for a pedicure. Before getting my nails done, I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. She said "okay," but the final result looked nothing like the photo I showed her. This was my second time giving this salon a chance because I was also disappointed the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. I will not be returning and would recommend finding a different nail salon. The second photo is what I asked for and the first photo is what I got.
