She loves the excellent…read morejob Annie always does on her nails and made a pedicure appt for me to visit them (I only do pedicures, no manicures for me). I had a great experience at this place. It was a quiet weekday late morning when I went in. The lady that did my pedi did a wonderful job. I tipped her well because of it, she deserved it. This is a locally, family owned nail salon. If you want any nail services done flawlessly for a very reasonable price, this is the place for you. The team at V Nails are professional, very experienced, accommodating of your asks, and they work hard to earn your business.

I called ahead on Saturday and was told they would have availability in 20 minutes but after…read morearriving, I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes before my pedicure even started. Unfortunately, the service only went downhill from there. The technician applied the polish so thick on my toenails that it was clumped up badly. When I pointed it out, she removed it only to then apply more thick coats the same way. I explained that it would never dry like that, and I ended up telling her to just remove the polish completely. I left without polished toenails after paying for a pedicure. Before getting my nails done, I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. She said "okay," but the final result looked nothing like the photo I showed her. This was my second time giving this salon a chance because I was also disappointed the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. I will not be returning and would recommend finding a different nail salon. The second photo is what I asked for and the first photo is what I got.

But THIS??? FOR $170???( my daughter and i)....the lady at station 9 kept on hurting my baby and kept on making mistakes and not doing what we simple wanted...mine?? What a joke!!! Wrong shape , length and design is so horrid that I came home and covered it with sticker designing..no lie...$170!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!! If I could give a -10 review I would I went here with a friend I told the lady I wanted tapered…read moresquare she said ok and as she's doing my nails I noticed it was no where near what I wanted so I said nicely this is not what tapered square looks like and they continued to tell me my nail bed was too wide and that I needed to do coffin...I've had all different types of shapes on my nails and I know that no matter what my nail bed looks like it never comes out looking like mega minds head which is what she has on my nails. So I said ok that's fine we can just to do coffin the other man that was there came to do coffin and he fixed the nail to "coffin" and he showed me and I told him this still isn't coffin and asked him to just take my nails off and I would get them done somewhere else he refused and said it would look better once he got done. He finished and I still didn't like them but I told myself I could live with it so I went to go dry my nails and 5 minutes later he told me I was good to go so I left and they left too because they were closed at this point. Immediately after I left I noticed my nails were no where near dry. I told my friend that I'd just come back the next day and just ask them to take them off so that is exactly what I did I went in and ask politely " As soon as I left yesterday my nails got messed up because they weren't dry and this is not what I asked for at all can we please just take them off" He continued to tell me that it was my fault my nails were messed up because I chose to do regular polish instead of gel and that he would charge me $10 to take the nails off the nails that he and the lady messed up on!!! I didn't even ask for my money back I just wanted these ugly ass nails OFF. These people are HORRIBLE at doing nails and don't even know how to properly do nails I'm surprised they are still in business...if you want cheap ugly nails and an owner that doesn't listen and argues with you this is the place to go!!!
