They were ready for us when we got there but unfortunately the experience was not very good. My tech was horrible. He was filing my skin instead of my toe nails, his massage I couldn't even feel he was barely touching me (even after asking for more pressure), and then after over an hour he still hasn't painted my toes. Finally they got the person working on my partner to paint for me, but due to the rush to get it done so we could leave, she still smooshed my toes together so the paint was ruined. The owners told me to come back to get them redone and with gel, but when I called to try to get it done, they were too busy and I had to head back to Orlando. I wouldn't recommend this place, maybe with the owners would be fine. I had to immediately pay at my usual salon for a color change :(

Unfortunately, the service only went downhill from there. The technician applied the polish so thick on my toenails that it was clumped up badly. When I pointed it out, she removed it only to then apply more thick coats the same way. I explained that it would never dry like that, and I ended up telling her to just remove the polish completely. I left without polished toenails after paying for a pedicure. Before getting my nails done, I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. She said "okay," but the final result looked nothing like the photo I showed her. This was my second time giving this salon a chance because I was also disappointed the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. I will not be returning and would recommend finding a different nail salon. The second photo is what I asked for and the first photo is what I got.

Very Disappointed…read more Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my experience. My nails came out noticeably crooked and uneven on both sides, and the shape was not what I was looking for. I feel like a professional nail technician should notice when the shape and tips are not straight and symmetrical. She did redo them, but unfortunately they still came out crooked. I also noticed that the other hand had white showing on the nails that was not corrected. Now I have to go back to my old salon and spend another $70 to have them fixed. I really wanted to love my nails, but unfortunately I left very disappointed. I expected better, especially after having them redone.
