Third visit and still very happy with Sally Nail Spa. I got the "classic" lashes last time and I got a ton of compliments, so I did them again this time. Also, I keep my nails sort for baby care but they still make them look fabulous. The "vibe" depends on the day. This last time I booked on a Monday for a texted $10 discount, and the place was very quiet. I was offered wine for the first time and I could sit back and enjoy. I have been there only 3 times, the second time it was busy. But really, that was not a big deal. They have 3 lash beds and we did my lashes first to avoid any conflicts and then we got my pedicure chair where I also got my manicure done. This is my 2nd visit here. FIRST VISIT: - 39 weeks pregnant - French tip pedicure (Sally's) - great experience, good massage on legs which is unusual for salons. Usually they 1/2 ass the massage and it's literally them just rubbing lotion into your skin SECOND VISIT: - dip manicure, dark teal, 2 fingers gold, 2 fingers with designs (see pics) - Stone Massage Pedicure w/ French tip of dark color to match hands (see pic) PROS: - Prices are moderate. It's $45 for dip on hands with 2 finger designs. - I was wearing a skirt and they gave me a towel for my lap. Very thoughtful - he worked really hard to clean up the dry skin on my heel which I desperately needed - dark nail color of green was really pretty CONS: - hard to get someone to pick up the phone when you try to call ahead - I asked before my manicure if I could have lotion massaged into my hands. He was in a hurry and told me to just ask for lotion when I got to pedicure chair. I said I'd like my hands massaged and he did a 1/2 ass job. My hands and feet were sore and it's the reason I came to this place - after I left I realized my nails were all crooked. They all turned a bit to the side. So disappointed. Especially b/c I paid over $100 and then tipped $25. Because Wayne the pedicure guy was so incredibly nice and hard working. - my nails stared to peel the top coat and chip within first week. **** I'd go back for pedicure but not for manicure or dip from here because of the poor outcome I had. So I usually go there for my lashes but after my last experience, I don't think I will be returning. The lashes are always great, feels a little rushed but always come out looking great. Since I always go there for my lashes, I figured let me get my nails done too. What a horrible idea that was. I had an appt at 11AM . I was finally sat in my pedicure chair at 12:25PM... I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for than I should've. Pedicure wasn't great, wasn't terrible either. My hands are a different story. I decided to get dip. The lady did not file my nails. Thankfully I always keep them filed nicely but she didn't even try. She entirely skipped a step on one of my hands. And the outcome was hideous. I had mountains of polish on some nails, one nail had an air bubble. One week later and they looked so terrible I had to remove them myself. I was charged an arm and a leg for the worst mani pedi I've ever received. Real shame .funny thing is the person who was getting her nails done by that same person also complained and nothing was done. read more

For my February Birthday I decided to treat myself to some spa treatments.. I had my eyebrows Microbladed, my lips blushed and eyeliner done. The spa is clean and Kim was friendly and professional. Just had a great experience at Sally's. Jeanie, a new hire there, is no newbie in the industry itself. She did a fantastic job with my SNS Dip. My nails looked AWFUL after the holiday weekend full of cooking, cleaning, and submerged in water. They were breaking, bleeding, and paper-thin. She was incredible and someone did them in an hour from start to finish. I wish I had a before shot to show you what she had to work with. The location is clean, lots of colors to choose from, tons of seats so plenty of clients can be seen simultaneously all the while it's spaciously laid out. I definitely recommend and look forward to being a repeat customer Update: sad to say Jeanie left Sally's. Tried a couple others there and didn't get the same result of a beautiful, but still durable set of nails. I wish she stayed or I could find where she went. read more

I came in for a full set i just want a french tip nothing to crazy. The lady who did my nails i had never seen her there before and she took almost 2 hours just to apply the acrylic and file them. While she was applying the acrylic it got all over my hand and around my fingers. This lady also cut me multiple times with the file and didn't apologize. During her doing my nails every now and then i would make a little comment on what i wanted done and she was very rude and she told me to stop talking. There was paint all over my skin and there was also dried acrylic and i asked her to take it off but she said "the shower will work better". The end result is not at all like the picture i showed. When i was paying I asked for a discount because the lady had cut me multiple times and i was bleeding in multiple spots. They ended up giving me only $5 off. Would not recommend. read more

They were patient while we picked out our colors. We chose the Lemon Pedicure and it was very relaxing. It came with a little massage and wax treatment. And the chairs!!! Wow! I needed to be done by noon and arrived at 9:30. Kim not only assured me I'd be finished by noon, she did a great job on my nails and lashes and got me out by 11:10. I'm very impressed. I used to love coming here until every time I came the price I was paying was different for the exact same service. I got a fill last week and after the service was completed the girl told me it would be 40$ (which it usually is 35) but as I put my card in the machine the receipt said 55$?! Not including tip!!! I felt very scammed as I was told (not quoted) after my service that my nails would be a certain price and then charged an extra 15$ unknowingly? When I asked about the up charge the girl said it was due to the shape, but I just asked for my square edges to be more rounded. Ridiculous and unprofessional read more

The techs didn't have their certificates up (which you legally have to do): the guy who did my nails cut my nail too short and filed it until it bled, didn't apologize, and continued to file the rest of my nails with blood on the file. I got a French manicure and I told the technician it looked all Gloppy. when the pedicure was done it was terrible. I'm not one to leave negative comments on businesses but I just felt this was justified. They remove the Polish, I needed to be somewhere I told them I didn't have time to do a repair however another technician came in and did do it very quickly. The only reason I even know about this place is because of the Groupon. I called and made an appointment and asked if I needed to buy the Groupon it would she honor the Groupon price in store . She said she would honor and not to get the Groupon. Then she called back and said she wouldn't honor it because she's been trying to get in touch with Groupon to take it down. Everyone knows Groupon have a different sale every week that reduces the price of all the already low prices. She said she won't honor the sale on her Groupon ..
