I have been in a few times for nice services. And have been so what satisfied with the work done .But there's always " You must have done it or it was an accident " when problems occur . But today was the final straw . Because when my services are with the nice African American female that's employed makes sure I'm completely satisfied with the work done . The owner was totally out of her professional character,when the employee was trying to prove her point and makes things RIGHT . I had an excellent experience here! I am visiting for my wedding and needed to find a good place in town quickly. After reading about a million reviews on yelp, I decided to check out the newer place that's close by... what a pleasant surprise to find such a great place so close! Quiet, relaxing, and excellent customer service. The prices are very reasonable & comparable to what I'd normally pay. I am extremely happy with my gel French manicure!! My nails are perfect for my wedding! Pedicure was amazing too, but the manicure is what I usually judge a salon on. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't! read more

I made an appointment for 10:15 for a pedicure and a fill. I was there a couple minutes before 10:15. I was greeted right away, but I had to wait about 10 min. before someone started a chair for me. Once I sat in the chair it was maybe 20-25 min later before someone started my pedicure. I guess they were waiting for him to arrive, because he literally walked in the door and was told to do my pedicure. He asked me what service I wanted and I asked for the hot stones pedi because my legs were sore from packing and moving for a month straight. As he was doing my pedicure, he cut my toe nails too short and rounded the edges. Now I have to keep up on my toes nails so they don't become ingrown. He then cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding. OUCH! It still hurts today. Then, when he was massaging my legs with the stones, he burned my leg because he didn't check to make sure that the stone wasn't too hot before touching my leg. Thankfully, the gal that did my nails, started before I left the pedicure chair. She did a good job, but was a little huffy when she asked if she could start soaking another client's nails off before she polished my nails. I said "No" and that I had to leave in 15 min. Total time at the salon was just over two hours. Being new in town, I was hoping to find a good replacement for the spa I left behind. This isn't the place, unfortunately. read more

Stopped in for pedi and mani with little time available, first time customer happy to find a salon close to home and open on a Sunday. Mike did a wonderful job. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have never had a worse pedicure or experience! First the extra massage in the deluxe spa pedicure was terrible and could hardly be called a massage. This whole process took TWO HOURS!! The man who had been attempting to give me a pedicure got polish anywhere BUT my toenails and then proceeded to make fun of my feet (in English) after complaining that I would like the polish off my skin and actually on my toenail the managers husband came to attempt to re-polish. After he made fun of my feet and nails I left. I get pedicures twice a Month and never have I ever had an issue until my first attempt at this salon. I will keep driving the 30mins I do to a nail salon to be treated in a professional manner and actually receive the services I'm being charged for! read more

The nail tech most do a good job. The problem I have is they nickle and dime you death, charge you for cut down, polish remove, so what should be a easy 25 dollar pedicure turns out to be 35 dollars. This should all be in the basic price. will be looking else where. read more

Keisha no longer works here. The last time I went in one of the techs just sat there texting on her phone with me at her table! She hadn't even started on my set. I asked her if she was texting and she said yes and told me to wait. I waited for awhile and then finally got up and asked for a new tech. No one even apologized to me. It was completely unprofessional. I put up with the air conditioning not being high enough and the it being hot in there because Keisha did such a good job but I don't think it's worth it anymore. read more

I went there on April 28th to remove facial hair - I have now 2 large blisters near my cheekbones , with the skin peeling off . Hopefully I will not have scars in the future - I do not recommend this place at all- VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! read more

I had a horrible experience , probably the worst I've had, and I have been to many salons. My technician smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, and was shaking, and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She was shaky, and rough, and was filing my toenails with a used, flimsy emery board. Then she cut my toenail cuticle with her nippers (which I hope were not dirty), and said it wasn't bleeding when I yelled out, even though it was obviously bleeding. There was another girl taking my gel nail polish off, and didn't let it soak enough before trying to chisel it off my nail, and scrape half my nail bed off. I don't get how they can have this many 5 stars, I would not recommend, nor will I ever visit again. :-( read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. When Tee was there it was great, she's great! Then these other people took over and wow! Absolutely horrible! They ruined my eyebrows and didn't ever care. The lady that did them was more interested in her appearance and BRIGHT red lipstick then making sure she was doing a good job. I advise people not to go there. I will NEVER go back! read more

I got a gel manicure, and it started to peel away within 24 hours of getting it done. I would not recommend gel manicures at this salon.

I visited this salon while visiting Daytona. I was leaving for another trip the next day and it was a Sunday so most places were closed but this one was open. The salon was clean and I was taken care of within minutes of entering. I asked for a gel pedicure and the man doing mine started to paint my toes with a gel polish (they look different from normal polishes) but wasn't using an LED light. Every time I've gotten a gel pedicure anywhere they've alternated between painting the polish on and using the LED lamp. After 2 coats and realizing that he had no intention of using the lamp, I mentioned that I wanted a normal gel pedicure and that I've always had the lamp. The man stated that he didn't know I wanted gel even though we had discussed this before I sat down and he even pointed to the gel polishes and told me to "pick out the gel you want". This may have been a simple misunderstanding but it kind of annoyed me as I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. However, other than that he was very nice and did a great job, my pedicure has lasted much longer. read more

The man that answers the phone is extremely rude and does not answer the questions you ask him. They are extremely unprofessional. There are a million other places in the area with much better and more professional customer service for the same price. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Sunday before Memorial Day (visiting from out of town) and everything was closed. After searching, saw Sally's was open so we stopped in and were promptly seated and since it was a little busy, they called some more techs in who work at a sister salon and they were there pretty quickly. Treatment was wonderful and great job. Because it was still grand opening (they have been open almost 2 months, we got the discount which was nice). Everyone was friendly and I got the basic mani pedi. If I lived here, this would be my place, so when I come back to visit I would def. return. read more

I've been to this salon at least 15 times. I started going at their " Re-opening". In the beginning it was nice. But the more I went the worse it became cleanliness wise. So I stoped doing the pedicures but continued with the gel polish. Well I went yesterday and the owner or the one in charge (male) did my nails. I knew when he didn't put 2 coats of the white for a French polish that this wasn't going well. He also had me put my hands in the desk for the light to dry my nails. That has never happened before so 2 red flags. He finishes and within a few hours the Gel Polish is chipping ! I went back today and he was rude to me. He said he would fix free " This time " and that there was nothing really wrong with my nails. I was really shocked at his treatment. I have always been friendly and tipped more than 20%. I should have known when I had noticed business had slowed way down for them. So don't go there. Don't waste your money. One more thing before I go. I'm pretty sure at least 2 of their employees are Not Licensed. read more
