They are very rude here, often do not listen to requests. Most important, their safety and sanitary policies are subpar. They are not showing they are using cleaned tools between clients. One lady cut my cuticle very bad, it has been weeks and I still have an open wound. They did not offer me a discount, they were abrasive, rude and aggressive about their wrongdoing. I was a loyal regular patron for roughly 3 years and had been overall pleased with the quality of my dipped manicure; however, over time I have noticed that they seem to be very understaffed for the amount of clientele they service. They are very rarely able to accept walk ins and often times have to rush through services. Even with appointments I still find myself waiting, and recently one of the staff was very argumentative about an error with my appointment time and had a very demeaning tone of which I didn't appreciate nor deserve as it was an error on their behalf. Just moved to port orange and this was the first time going here. I'm always a little nervous to visit a brand new nail salon beside you never know what to expect! However, I was really impressed with this place, particularly my nail tech Jennifer! She did a great job! What a disappointment! This was the first time getting my nails done in 2 years and they have barely lasted 4 days. I went in on Friday and Saturday morning woke up with air bubbles on 7 nails. I went back in as soon as they opened and instead of redoing my entire nails, they just sanded them down, buffed them, and repainted them with the gel polish saying that the air bubble came from a faulty UV light. They said they would be "good to go" now. The next day (Sunday) the air bubbles reappeared and by Tuesday they were already peeling up. Not to mention the painted edges at the top of my nail near the cuticle are super messy looking. Such a let down to spend money on this. I read the iffy reviews before coming here but gave this business the benefit of the doubt. Not again though because I won't be returning. read more

I just needed a fill and my friend wanted a acrylic set. I go up first and it went pretty smoothly, except for the fact that the nail tech pushed my cuticle back with his own nail. NEVER in my life of getting my nails done has anyone ever done that. Then came my color, so my nail tech came switched with someone else. The french tip came out amazing. Once finished I got a complementary hand massage which was great. Then I went to check on my friend and the nails were horrid. They were shaped like claws and were unbelievably short. I believe this place has a new owner because I did not have any problems that anyone else had. I got a manicure and a pedicure. I came in with my husband. Mike helped me and he was awesome. I've gone to other nail places and they've been not so friendly because I'm a guy and I guess mostly girls normally get manicures. But not mike, he was so great and friendly and made me feel at home. I get gel on both nails and toes, they were amazing with my pedicure (multiple options/packages avail.) I just got the classic, it was Amazing! I took my 13-year-old daughter to have her nails done here and it was the absolute worst job I have ever seen. I should have went online and read reviews because I would not have even gone here. Sophia is the one who did her nails. They are all uneven, three of her cuticles were bleeding Sophia applied glue to the cuts on her cuticles, we ask that the sides of her nail to be filed narrow instead they are very wide. I cannot speak for anyone else who works here but do not go to Sophia. I would normally never write a review like this but I am highly upset!! read more

Looks are decieving. I live here in Port Orange Florida, and as every women I had a desire for a nice pedicure. Let me just say you get what you pay for. Yes, its cheap, $32.00 for a "deluxe" pedicure. What you will get. A person who doesn't speak english, AT ALL, and a massage that not only HURTS but when you tell them it hurts they don't do anything about it. Sure they trim your nails, but what you end up with is uneven, unfiled nails. They thin the polish out with remover so its clumpy and uneven on your nails. Lastly, I learned, that the "disposable" flip flops they give you to "dry" are used over and over again. Who knows whose feet have been in those things and for how long. I was not only discusted, but grossed out as well. I experienced COLD water rinse and when I expressed that to the women she said "NO ITS NOT COLD IT WARM". Ummm nope its ice cold lady. When I told her I had two different colors I wanted to try out before she polished them, she said; I LIKE THIS 1 and that is the one I got. I brought my 8 year old daughter for a "special" day and she was grabbed by this women, by her arm, and there is even a mark on her hand from her digging her nail in her arm. Either way, I will never attend a salon like this one ever again. I will now go to a salon that actually is own by someone other than Asian's. And I will pay the extra for CLEAN equiptment, for English speaking technicians. If you are visiting, please do not go here, please do not encourage this unsanitary conditions. read more

Horrible!!! She forced me into getting gel nails at a special price of $20 instead of $28 and the assured me she had the same color of gel polish as I had picked out in regular polish. After she had already had the base coat on and sat under the UV light NOPE not even a color close! I picked another color out and went on my way. Very next morning the gel had basically slid off my nail. 3 fingers completely gone. I drove back over to get them fixed and I was accused of picking at them. She then agrees to just polish them with regular polish. She sits my bare hands in straight acetone for 19 minutes! After my fingers were burning I removed them and the gel basically was off. She yelled at me for taking them out of acetone. I finally just said I'll go somewhere else, please just give me my money back. She said no she would only redo them. I came here with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law to get some pedicures. It was fairly busy but we got three chairs in a row. After I put my foot in the water, I quickly retrieved it because the water was scalding! I told my guy that it was really hot and I think he added some cooler water but it still was almost unbearable. My MIL and SIL thought I was being a baby until they saw the my skin was a bright red once the guy started working on my feet - it looked like I had socks on. He was rather gentle and did a good job but I would have preferred a more aggressive massage on my calves. The place seemed sanitary but it always concerns me when they wear the masks. It was $22 for a pedicure, which is not bad. Even though we were in FL, it was a cool day so I wore flats instead of sandals. Bad choice. Two nails were smudged by the time we got home. Wish I would have read the reviews on how awful this place was before I went and spent the money. Every nail polish on the shelf was extremely watered down. I got the deluxe pedicure there was nothing deluxe about it. Parts of my nail were not painted and extremely extremely streaky. Do not wax here ever! I went to get my full arms done and it took them over an hour and they did not even complete the job and charged me more. I actually had to go home an redo it myself . Absolutely the worst mani / pedi I've had in *years.* The service was excruciatingly slow, yet the end result suggested a rush job. The tech could not (or did not) follow my instructions not to cut my nails or cuticles, so the pretty, well-cared-for nails I walked in with were sloppily polished nubs with frayed and torn cuticles when I left. I was in town for a party and hoped to have great-looking nails; instead I wore dress gloves to cover the damage. The pedi was expensive, and although i paid extra for the deluxe treatment, my callouses were not smoothed down and the polish job was as bad as the one that came with the mani.
