I feel like a professional nail technician should notice when the shape and tips are not straight and symmetrical. She did redo them, but unfortunately they still came out crooked. I also noticed that the other hand had white showing on the nails that was not corrected. Now I have to go back to my old salon and spend another $70 to have them fixed. She took the gift card with her to the back. When she came back, she handed me an empty envelope. I told her there was no gift card in the envelope. She claimed that it was in my pocketbook. I assumed that they were good at doing this service because they have a banner hanging on the wall and several card board photos posted on the shelf with different colors of the gel. She did not trim my cuticles but rather just put the gel over them. The gel is on my skin and you cannot see the distinction of where my bal meets my skin on my fingers. I came here with a friend since this is close to her house and I will never come back again.
