we came for the friday the 13th sale, that lasted the WHOLE WEEKEND! Ended on "Sunday the 15th at…read more10pm." Myself, my girlfriend and my best friend arrived to the shop at 8:40 PM! We walked in excited expecting we were getting piercings, they asked how they can help us and we said we were there for the sale. They proceeded to tell me that the sale was over and i asked well it says 10PM? they said that they were tired and done for the night and i told them i completely understood. The girl behind the counter with red hair then PROCEEDS TO SAY "That's the price you got to pay for waiting last minute." I was astonished with that comment, i even turned around to look at my group. I said "wow okay." We turned around and walked out. OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR, i said to my group "..Then why say you're doing a sale til 10 PM." then the other girl with a short curly bob then proceeds to scream and fly out the door and yell at us. She said "You fucking tattoo your back for 10 hour straight and tell us how your fucking back feels." i turned around and i said "excuse me what is your problem?." she continued to say that i was the one that had a problem and im the one at a lost. i continued to tell her that's extremely rude and unprofessional, they are the ones loosing sales. i told her nobody was getting tattoos, just piercings. Then i proceeded to tell her that she's extremely rude and there was no reason to speak to us like that. that they failed to update their policy and that they are out of pocket for treating me like that when it was their fault. i understand the situation of being tired and everything but other people have jobs as well. But it doesn't kill to make one post on instagram saying that you're done for the night. i made a complaint to the owner of both stores. and the receptionist said that this isn't the first time they have had complaints in the past month! wild behavior!

The website even gave a link to the Florida government's official form for underage piercings which needs to be notarized, so that made it super easy to print and get notarized. I didn't realize we needed an appointment, but when we showed up clueless they were very accommodating and got us right in. Also, Chris, our piercing artist was great with my daughters (ages 12 and 13) and handled their concerns and fears with ease and made them feel very comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience and if we lived here, this is the only place we'd consider for piercings.

She worked so fast, both were done in less than a minute with minimal pain (I'm a baby!). This was my second piercing visit to this location. They're very fun, friendly and very pro-ink and pro-piercing! There were 3 women working that day and we enjoyed input from them all-it was a good time. Ive been to alot of tattoo shops before, i have over 100 hours of work and i just think its very unprofessional without a front desk person to steer you in the right direction for people just walking in not knowing anything about tattoos or piercings just in general. I was looking for a new shop bc i just moved there And what i saw was your artist pick something off of the floor while tattooing. i dont care how clean you are, the floor is always dirty and my wife works in the medical field and i know for a fact it is unsterile even if you were close to the floor and not touching it you risk a staff infection and he actually touched the floor with his glove then with the same glove continued to tattoo and touch open skin. And on top of that his monster wasnt even taped off so everyone at 7-11, those germs are also in that tattoo now.... long story short clean shop i liked it (how the shop was set up) but dirty artist practices so it doesnt even matter. im not even a neat freak i just have had bad experiences and i know them when i see them

The woman on the phone was super pleasant and nice. I received my quote and drove up from new Smyrna. I walked into the tatoo area and heard the guy discussing politics with the girl he was tattooing. Yes, they were disagreeing about their views but it was a loud, healthy adult disagreement. Nobody got upset or disrespectful. Naturally, my opinionated self jumped in. I said my opinion and that was that. Nobody got angry and it was just all of us saying how we think and what we believe in. I got my belly button pierced. The guy was just so nice and it honestly was a 3-4 minute process. Not to negate from any other review, but I would 150% recommend this place to anyone visiting Daytona Beach. Every employee I met was smiling and so nice. I withheld my tip until the end. felt the price was a bit overpriced but I also didn't really try to haggle down the price as i'm not very confrontational, just kept my fingers crossed it would be worth it, it was! everything was cleaned properly beforehand. sketched fast and the design was exactly what I asked for. I wanted something very geometrical and was so nervous about it being botched but GIO did A GREAT JOB!!!
