I had been going to her for my lash extensions for over a year. I live in Orange County and I would make the 45 min drive to her because I thought she was great at doing lashes. I always over tipped her. One time my baby shower was coming up and I obviously wanted my lashes to be perfect so I went to her. She had never given me any type of discount even though I would over tip her. As I came out of my appointment I checked my phone and saw about 15 min after my appointment she posted a special that was 50 dollars off a full set, later that day I couldn't help but comment on the post and said" I wish you would have given me that price" she therefore deleted my comment and said it looked bad on her page so she had to delete it. I never went back, I felt very angry. Not that I expected a discount but she simply should have apologized or offered me something so I can go back and keep her costumers. I found a new lash place and now that I compare she is not worth the price that I was paying. She takes about two hours to do a fill and it's not a comfortable place to lay. She doesn't offer any pillows and there is no music or any noise the whole time. I really hope she focuses more on pleasing her costumers considering the price she charges. Jess.ayala11@gmail. I got my lashes done with Malina on Wednesday! She was phenomenal, I was a little nervous about the process and the length but she was such a sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable. I've met Malina through a friend who is also her client. I was very envious of my friends lashes cause they look amazing and not overly done. I kept asking her how is it, how it feels, how long it last and all these questions regarding the lashes, till one day I finally gave in and ask her for the number to set up an appointment. Malina replied right away and gave all the hours she's available to do my lashes. On top of that, she's running a promotion right now that just put the cherry on top. I was willing to pay for the regular price which is already cheap for the quality of work I've seen on my friend. So we agreed on the time and day, I arrived at her salon and she's just the sweetest lady. Very approachable and knowledgeable of her product and work. During the service, she makes it comfortable and relaxing that I kept falling asleep. She have this gentle hands and very detailed way of working on my lashes. Explaining along the way why is it done that way and any questions I ask she gladly answers. My lashes came out really well and I received lots of compliments on how they look nice and not overly done. My lashes lasted over 3 weeks. Ps.. she's really accommodating and understanding. I've missed my appointment before (I'm really sorry again Malina!) and she patiently reschedule me for another appointment.
