A friend recommended this place a while ago, and so far I've gotten 3 tattoos from them. It's a nice little shop on beachside, and as you walk in someone will give you a friendly greeting. They take both walk ins and appointments, but of course it's always best to make an appointment if you don't want to wait and want to take some time working on the design. They're very good about working with you and ensuring the design you want is what you get. Very clean establishment with quite the rockability vibe. In all, I would definitely go back again and always recommend it to my friends. read more

It's hard to give a review since I didn't receive a service. I called a few days in advance hoping to schedule a Saturday appointment, and was told noon would be a good time. At 12:20pm the door was still locked, so I called and no one answered. I then called the other location and was told someone would arrive shortly, and she did. After explaining what I wanted, she said it's difficult and I should wait for Len (I respect and appreciate her honesty), who has more experience and is on the way. By 1:00pm, no one else arrived, so I said "my time and money are also valuable" and I walked out. read more

Got a tat here , drew and dj were so friendly and the tat came out so nice I would not be going anywhere else to get work done. Can't wait for my next one read more

I contacted Robert 7 months in advance to get a tattoo done this week. 7 freaking months, and he still blew off every appt time. Consult appointment, we got 5 minutes between other customers. I begged for 7 months to get some sort on concept drawing done and he just never seemed to get around to doing one. My wife got in to see him last night. We had several concepts for hers, and he just decided to go completely off script and she now has something completely different than we had originally talked about. my 12 hours of booked time has been reduce to 4 hours today, and still no drawing. Super unprofessional, doesn't honor appointment times and can't be trusted to keep his word. read more

I am very pleased with the professionalism, cleanliness, and creativity of the artists at Victory Tattoo. My artist, Rio, listened to my tattoo concept and added her creativity to give me a tattoo that exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I like the dense dark lines and the dimensional shading. I appreciated the friendly, no drama, attitude of everyone in the shop. I will come to Victory Tattoo again. read more

I'm so sorry for putting a review on a entire business but after my experience, I think people should be aware. I scheduled a appointment with Margaret Arinne almost 2 months in advance and put 100 to secure my appointment. The day I showed up she was working on another person which finished about an hour after my appointment was supposed to start. Not a big deal! But then she made me wait another 2 hours while her and her friends joked and ate pizza. Now, I rearranged my day and took off work and got a babysitter for this appointment, which was supposed to be the rest of my forearm, and yes I gave her pictures and the concept I was going for. I ended up sitting in her chair at 6pm and she only outlined what seems to be a ship. After outlining she took another appointment with someone else right over the phone and told me she was done and to arrange another time to come back. So a pretty large piece turned into a outline of one ship, ridiculous! Which she charged 400 and I gave her an extra 100 because it seemed like she thought I was a joke. I've contacted her several times asking her to work on the rest and she just says... I'll check my schedule, and never gets back to me. This person doesn't deserve the title of an "Tattoo Artist"! Super unprofessional and inconsiderate of other peoples time and tattooing. Highly don't recommend this artist! Also having people run around playing games in the same damn room while your getting work done, was super unprofessional! read more

Thought they were reputable because of the reviews and talking with people. Made an appointment with Margaret for a shoebill stork and was super excited. She started the tattoo, stopped, walked out and came back with her coworker's ink. This ink was the main ink used on my tattoo. 3 days later the pain had increased instead of subsiding and the tattoo (only blue ink that she took from someone else) started to bubble so of course I reached out to her for guidance. The pain literally got so bad that I couldn't walk so I went to the ER. I was diagnosed with MRSA from contaminated ink... only the blue borrowed ink seemed to be infected. Owner reached out to me and offered to refund the cost of the tattoo, pay my medical bills and fix the tattoo which I was pleased with. After 3 months of severe pain and antibiotics, I finally started to heal and feel better. When I first initially reached out to the artist she admitted that the client after me that she used the same color scheme on was having the same issues as me. Owner did refund the $300 I had paid for it but as of 3 days ago, he flipped and states he is not legally responsible to pay my medical bills or fix my tattoo. This tattoo ended up costing me over $5,000 plus being put into collections and dropping my credit score 100 points. Now I have this horrible looking tattoo with lots of scaring that I will need to pay even more money to fix. These people do NOT stand by their work or take responsibility for their mistakes read more

I travel over an hour to get my tattoos here, by Bobby Ellis. The shop is clean & the employees are polite and attentive to what the costumer really wants. They always make me feel comfortable. There are no big egos here or the feeling that you are being "hustled." This place is a hidden gem. They have great deals that go on all the time too, like their Friday The 13th tattoo party. The work here is quality and fair priced. The good atmosphere is unlike any other shop in the area. read more
