It's unfortunate that I did not receive the same service this time that I did on my last vehicle. Today is Jan 19. The situation with my Ford F150 began when it was first towed to Lee's on October 27, 2025. As of today, it still isn't running. I had gotten it back twice before. Ty had assured me both times that it would be good to go. Welp, this is the third time it stalled on me out in public. First time was in the Starbucks drive thru (yeah, fun). Second time was northbound on 19th Ave, but I was able to coast into a parking lot at a Brazilian Ju Jitsu place. This time? In the left turn lane near my house. Yeah, left turn lane with a green arrow and people behind me honking to go. (It took me a sec to activate the hazards, but the light in front of me was already green to turn). I had confidence each time he gave it back to me. I kept having it towed to Lee's. First time I got it back was after $2700+ in repairs. Second time he said it was just loose/old wiring that had to be fixed (didn't charge me for that). Third time he said my gas gauge was broken so even though it was reading quarter tank, it was actually empty. I'm not sure that was the case as I actually just put enough gas in the tank to move the gauge up the day before it stalled. Gauge had gone up to 3/4 tank. *sigh* I wanted to like them after they did so good with my first car. I don't think I'll be back here anymore. I have the truck with a different mechanic now (he is a mobile mechanic). Fingers crossed this new mechanic works out better. Each time the F150 was dropped off with Ty, he averaged 2-3 weeks with it. This very last time was 1 month + 1 day. Good thing it is my secondary vehicle. read more

We've brought in everything from our Classic 1971 Cutlass, Mercedes (several years models), BMW 535, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Pickup (including Harley Davidson Saleen supercharged engine) trucks, to our 2002 SC430 Lexus. Took my car in to see why it was leaking gas he said two gas pumps bad so I said ok let's fix . So when I pick it's up they bring my car out with a huge scratch and white paint all over I was piisst so he lee said no worries I'll get it detailed bring it back next week . So I got fill my tank up and gas still leaking so I take it back and he's like oh it was the gas tank so I paid 1000 for two gas pumps when he knew it was the tank that was damaged . My car was broken down and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I had another mechanic look at it and gave me a total misdiagnosis (should've taken it to Lee from the get go). He looked at it and right away found the issue and explained it thoroughly to me. He gave me an estimate very quickly and kept his word on the pricing. Lee's auto specialist employees are true and honest people. Lee was able to find me a great engine and in about 2-weeks my car was ready to go! It was easy and hassle free. Car is running great and he even checked it out a week later to make sure everything was good. I will be coming to Lee for anything car related from now on! read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. What is the point of making an appointment if you're not even going to work on my car? They told us the car would be ready in 3 days and that they would call between then to discuss issues/prices. They never called, never answered our calls, and when we called AGAIN the next day it took 4 different attempts. When they did answer, we find out they didn't even work on it at all! This really affected our family since we only have the one car.Haven't been able to go grocery shopping for over a week, let alone leave the house. I had to Uber my first week of school so that's more money we had to spend unexpectedly. Since they said it would be done in 3 days we never planned to use Uber. If that's not enough, we were told it would $700, We wait a whole week for them to finish only to fine out it's $1200 when we go to get our car. They " offered" to take all the new parts out and put our old parts back in for a kind price of $500. Why would we pay you $500 to have our car for the week and still have a broken car? He said he could put the old parts back within 24hrs which I'm guessing would actually be 3 days. So we paid the $1200 because we can't go any longer without the car. If the manager had originally told us the price was $1200, we would have made the decision to wait. The economy is bad for everyone right now but I hope you feel better scamming regular families who are trying there best. We just moved to this area so it would have been to nice to have a go-to place for our car repairs but obviously this place lacks integrity , basic communication skills, and customer service. read more

I have work done here after referral from my family and I have to say that I am pleased. Good quality work and cheap oil changes.

Had an appointment for Friday the 13th. They told me it'd be done by Monday the 16th. I called several times over the weekend to no response. When I got ahold of them on Monday they lied and told me they were still trying to find the problem (they hadn't even looked at the vehicle yet). On Tuesday the manager called me back and told me it would be $700. My vehicle wasn't ready until Friday the 20th. When I got to the shop to pay for the repairs the handed me a bill for $1200. When I questioned the bill the manager laughed and said "we can take the parts off the vehicle and put the broken parts back on if you're not happy with it". So they charged me $500 extra dollars, ignored me for 3 and a half days and laughed in my face about it. I will never come back and I will make sure to tell every last person I know that these guys are scam artists. They should not be In business. Do not come here. read more

Took my car to Lee's because my water pump was going out. Called a few other places for pricing and availability and couldn't believe some of the prices and availability. Called up Lee's and he gave me a quote for total price out the door and could get me in same day. The price was great and service was even better. They did and charged exactly what they said they would. Also had me do a follow up after a week just so they could make sure everything was going well.
