I was there for a gel pedicure, and even though I arrived 15 minutes early, she got me started right away -- no waiting! She offered me water, made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly attentive throughout. But here's the part that really impressed me: I've had a splinter lodged in the side of my toe for what felt like forever -- through several pedicures at other places, no one ever took care of it. She noticed it, carefully removed it, and honestly, it felt like she worked a little miracle on my foot. I left feeling pampered, polished, and actually fixed -- not just painted over. The gentlemen (very friendly)who started on my feet was moved to another customer midway so, another nail tech finished up what he started. Very disappointing. I'm not the kind to make a scene. I just won't return. That was my last time. The previous pedicure I had started chipping off the next day (maybe old polish due to the thickness). It does seem like the service here has gone down from when I started coming here over 10 yrs ago. And now $70 pedicure with zero massage is a bit ridiculous. It's not as if service has experienced an uptick in costs. It hasn't. As a retired cosmetologist, I know the steps of a pedicure, how to service and give great results for repeat business.
