This was my first visit to this location. Stopped in due to a 1 day travel and a broken nail. I called before I arrived. They take walk-ins. Upon arrival, I did have to wait a while. There were only 2 workers, not sure if that is their total staff. During service, the technician took her time and was very polite. If you are in a rush, this is not the location for you. I was very pleased with the outcome of my nails. If I am in town, I will definitely revisit this location. Also, if you take a Lyft or Uber and they drop you on the side by party city, walk around the building. The salon is not in the deluxe suite area. read more

picture warning!!!! I have been dealing toe nail fungus for months due to getting a pedicure at this place. The woman that did my pedicure decided to cut deep in the grooves of my toe nails. I jumped multiple times while she was cutting my toe nail cuticles and I let her know it hurt and was going too deep but she kept doing it on all my nails. it was my least enjoyable pedicure experience and I haven't been able to get one since. she convinced me to get my eyebrows done too and i later realized it was all cheaper than i thought - probably because she knew she kept hurting me and discounted both. the tools must not have been clean too and as a result i've been dealing with some kind of toe nail fungus since. respectfully don't go here read more

Worst nail place I have ever been to. Usually I never leave reviews on places but this one I had to. First off my nail guy didn't even wear gloves. This is a basic run of the mill nail shop. There was not many people working despite the many booths and chairs. People were coming in and they didn't greet them. Service was adequate but not amazing. I didn't feel like it was anything more than average. This is my 2nd visit. Great customer service. Low polish choices/selections & short wait on a busy Saturday evening. Was able to walk in without an appointment and be seen fairly quickly. This a less than 24hr review update: Unfortunately, their polishes are either cheap or old...I learned this the hard way b/c my new mani I got yesterday chipped today. Within a few hours of posting my polish pic, half of my right thumb polish chipped...sorry to say but only cheap and or old polish chips that easily. This is a great nail salon that can easily be missed. North Military highway is so cramped with shopping centers that you cannot find a lot of these hidden gems. I received a spa pedicure by Lilly who was very sweet and great at her job. She is very old school in her pedicure techniques and has a high attention to detail. It was not crowded at around 2:00 on a Sunday so I did not feel rushed. I will definitely return. read more

There were a few people in the shop but they immediately got me into a chair for my pedicure. My pedicure was standard (not a thousand up sells here for a bunch of add-on's...which I liked). Polish was perfect and I was asked if everything was to my liking. French gel manicure was great too...not too thick or rushed. This is not a place to go if you're looking for a ton of perks like free drinks or extended massages. The decor is terrible but the people are nice and it's clean. I came here to get a pedicure with designs. The attendant was thorough and provided a great foot and leg massage. We had a wonderful discussion and shared some laughs. She did a good job on my designs. I was very pleased and I do plan on returning. My only issue is that I had hoped to get the ombre glitter effect on each toe, but I was told that it would cost an additional three dollars for each toe. I thought that was odd because I've received this effect using glitter nail polish at other nail salons at no additional charge. At this location, to use the glitter nail polish for the ombre effect, you will be charged the same as getting a painted design. read more

Disappointing experience to say the least. Messy polish, edges of nails not polished and jagged, had to end up filing my nails myself. The nail tech was nice enough but the final product was pretty bad. Making sure the entire surface of the nail is covered with top coat isn't hard to do. I literally have a thick wavy line where the top coat ends. It's so noticeable it looks like a nail design. I won't be back. read more

You get what you pay for. Gel full set $30. BASIC pedicure $20. The guy was RUDE. He couldn't polish to save his life. I sit in the massage chair and there is no remote in site, and no one offered to turn the chair on for me. No cuticle or callus remover was used on my feet. I was not asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. When I told him I wanted matte black polish he gave me a disgusted look. He did a horrible job and only put on one coat. Moving on to my nails. I got a full set gel, and again I was not asked what I wanted. He just went ahead with the basic. I asked for almond shaped and he looked at me like I was crazy. I wanted one glitter nail and one rhinestone. They do not have black glitter?!?! And he told me the black rhinestone doesn't show. Um I did not ask for opinions. Again I wanted matte black and he used gloss so I asked for one matte nail and he half did it. Horrible service. Horrible attitude. Horrible shop. read more

I was already hesitant when I saw that the person who usually does my eyebrows wasn't there but I gave it a shot anyhow. I asked the lady does she normally do them when she gave me the usual "yes I do eyebrows for you".i should have walked about when I felt the lady smearing the wax on my forehead more so then my eyebrow but I stayed hoping for good results, well that was my mistake that lady had wax on my eye lid lashes and hairline she claimed she was finish but at that time I was already upset and even more pissed when I saw the results.
