Went there today and wow has this place declined over the years. Used to go here all the time with my mom and grandmom and today I had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. First off the lady redid my toe nails 3 times because she kept messing them up. She then started to do my nails under cured them and forgot to do the top coat and the color wiped off so she had to do them again. This all would have been fine and i would not be writing a review if she had not of chemically burned my hand with nail polish remover so now I have nasty looking bumps on my wrist from her dropping the remover on the hand. I was trying to tell her I needed to go wash it off but she didn't understand any english. I then got up to the counter and was quoted 88$ and was like wth you literally chemically burned my hand ( i did not expect a free nail job) however maybe a discount for the fact that i was chemically burned in the process would have been nice. I also had to go home and reapply some top coat as the top coat was only painted on half of 2 of my fingers. My nails look fine but the customer service is terrible and I more than likely won't be going back. read more

Old review: I love this place, been coming here for a little over a year now and although they' sometimes short staff, they will get you in. The actual hours of business are Sunday-Friday 0930-2000 (8 pm). They're closed on Saturdays and because of that, Sundays are their busiest days. I love the family type feeling and how everyone can crack jokes and still stay professional. Luna is great when it comes to anything and she, also, specializes in facial waxing. My bestfriend always gets her eyebrows done by her and they always come out great. If you want to go there during their downtimes, I recommend going on a weekday right after work or during lunch. New Review: I switched nail locations after being overcharged for a color change and waiting over 45 minutes for it. So much for being a reoccurring customer. read more

I usually go to Anthony Vince however I broke a nail and needed a quick fix and saw this place was open later. I was appreciative at first because they were willing to squeeze me in late. However after getting there I realized I should've not even bothered. They made me sit with my nails in acetone for about 30 minutes while she painted someone else's nails. So basically I had to pay an extra five dollars to sit for thirty minutes in acetone because they charge for the"polish removal" SO BAD FOR MY NAILS! I was already frustrated. Then as she began the dip polish process I noticed a lot of steps were left out. It was definitely a rush job. Now, not even a week later and about five of my nails are already chipping. Anytime I get them done at anything Vince they last me AT LEAST three weeks with no issues. At the very end she topped off the dip powder with gel polish. Most place WILL NOT do this because it is the fast and easy way to top it off and then that top coat peels off quickly and easily afterwards. But again, she was rushing and gel would make it dry faster than what someone would normally do. What a waste of $35. Will not go back. Their color selections were also very limited. read more

Very disappointed today. Took my 13 y/o daughter for a mani and a pedi for me. My daughter was finished before me and while my feet were under the dryer, they wanted me to pay. I was fine with that until my daughter came and sat down beside me and I learned that her tech walked out on her and didn't complete her mani. My daughter said the tech was on her phone the whole time and the got up and walked out b/c of some issue with her puppy?! Although her nails were painted, the tech did not finish the mani with cuticle oil or lotion, which is what I paid for! I also included a tip for the tech before I found out she walked out. Now I know why they were in such a hurry for me to pay. Hmmm?! And my pedi was not as neat and well polished as the last time I was there. I may have found my pedicure spot. I had Eya as my nail tech. She did a good job, but she didn't listen to me when I requested for deeper pressure for my massage during my Deluxe Spa Pedicure. Next time, I'll request Jenny. She was more outgoing and catering. I watched in envy as my friend enjoyed a deep pressure massage from Jenny. I will say that I did like that Eya put a top coat on my nails AFTER they dried. She didn't slather on all the polish at once. Nice spot located right next to BJ's. I got a French tip shellac manicure on Sunday. It started to chip by Thursday. I also got a pedicure. Worst massage of my life. The lady that took care of me was friendly but also seemed very lazy. Very disappointed with the service! The nail technician was 20 minutes late for our appointment. Someone else ended up doing my nails. When she finally arrived, there was no apologies for wasting my time. The nail service I received was of a pretty poor quality with a very sloppy Shellac polishing. The nail tech kept smearing the polish over the cuticles, having to wipe the access polish of my skin nearly after each brush stroke. Here is an image of my couple hours old $65 shellac manicure (the price includes shellac pedicure which looks very similar to my manicure). Overall they did a pretty good job. I went here to get my acrylics done and as you guys know when you go and get acrylics, they show you a nail pallette of all the colors you can choose. I asked for a color and they didn't have it. I asked for another color, they also didn't have it! They don't have a lot of color choices but it didn't bother me that much. I had a guy that was doing my nails. He didn't talk very much but again, it didn't bother me that much. He cut my cudicle two times. He disinfected it but when he took the paper towel to wipe my cut, he was very rough which kinda hurt. Overall I would recommend this place! I wish I could give no stars! I am new to the area and went to find a new salon. I went for the color gel. First it took her a hour to literally pick off my old gel. Then when she took out the tools to work on my cuticles I said no thanks because they looked extremely DIRTY!! Then when she finished I asked why the polish was bumpy on 3 nails to which she swabbed a cotton ball on it and said do you like the color? Yes I like the color but I don't want it bumpy. This is a fairly nice place, there's a couple flaws : they take a very long time I went in at 2 to get a full set of acrylics and didnt come out until 4. My lady was a bit rude the first time I went and talked on the phone the entire time but then I went back and asked for Anna she was recommend by a friend and she did an amazing job. I understand a quality mani and pedi but this place takes an awful long time. Four and a half hours on a shellac pedicure and shellac full set. That is too long of a time to get your hairs done. Two days later two of my nails were messed up. One nail split at the base to the top and another came off completely. I returned to the shop to get the nails repaired and ended up leaving without them getting the nails repaired because of how long I had to wait to seated along with improperly trying to repair after soaking my nail he used the dremel file and hurt my nail bed. read more

Really kind staff but unfortunately one of the worst manicures I've had. The polish came out terribly inconsistent. I had to apply more at home to cover up the mistakes and the polish around my cuticles is really messed up. It's all over my fingers and looks awful. Also very limited gel color selection.
