I'd rather arrive early and wait than to have soggy food. Seconds after I arrived the line formed to the door. The staff worked, call backs on orders to replace food in the food area was being communicated, everyone was working under the direction of the manager. The manager was also running just as hard as his employees and jumped right in to get the job done. I've worked fast food before and it gets crazy. Having a good manager makes all the difference in the world. Even though the stress employees are smiling, talking and they fit that line down AMAZINGLY fast. I asked an employee named Abby what the managers name was. I asked her because he is moving so quick with his crew you can't see his tag. I also asked Abby how she liked working with Donicio. Abby got a huge smile and said he is really good to work for! When your crew respects you the sky is the limit! Fast good jobs never receive the true praise they need!! This crew deserves a call to corporate. He is humble, hard working, encourages team work and communication and jumps right in himself to get the job done and prevent his team from being on a sinking ship!
