Food was delicious but, I recommend take out cause it was hot in the restaurant but again food was delicious and the serving were big .

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for me. I ordered the Mongolian beef combo, and the food was very disappointing. The Mongolian beef had very little flavor and was loaded with onions. The fried rice was cold, which was especially disappointing. The shrimp and egg roll were probably the only things on the plate that were okay. The restaurant itself was also extremely hot. I arrived around 4:30 p.m., right in the middle of a Central Valley heat wave, and the ceiling fans were barely turned on. I eventually heard the AC kick on, so I know they have air conditioning, but it seemed like it took quite a while before they actually turned it on. I ended up sweating through a good portion of my meal before the restaurant finally cooled down. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place. Delicious as always! Honestly, the friendliest employees and highest quality Chinese food around. I've been to other places for AUTHENTIC Chinese and no other place comes close. The servings are generous and fairly priced too! Their pricing has gone up by $0.50-$1.00 at most but I'd play twice as much because the food and service are THAT GOOD! Came across this jewel quite by accident. We had business over in this area and were looking for a place where my husband could get some rice and veggies. Small cafe but they are COVID careful. I ordered peas and shrimp and my husband ordered the egg drop soup with rice. The food was fresh and delicious. I've been to this restaurant many of times. In the past it was fairly a little above average. This time ordered Mongolian beef barely had any meat whatsoever asked for extra spicy they didn't do that I asked for crispy noodles I got burnt noodles. Very disappointed. Local Chinese restaurant owned and operated with heart and hard work.... I can tell by how well I am treated each time I come in and how happy my belly is when I leave. It is small, but the taste is BIG. It's my new spot for the Chinese craving and satisfies each time. The food is so flavorful and not greasy like most places. You don't leave feeling groggy or full of regret. It is so clean, so nicely decorated and the feng shui is so peaceful. Quaint little place serves simple food that isn't overly salty. Pretty quick service and friendly. In my quest for the perfect wonton soup, I punched in the address on my NAV and launched into Fowler. I'd never been and the 15 minute drive was doable. The restaurant is located on the short main drag and seemed to be doing a brisk business. The texture of the soup and chow fun I had was great but it didn't have much flavor. I'm sure trying a few more dishes would flush out something interesting. Eating and reading reviews on yelp at the same time is a habit and I sometimes point to a picture when ordering. Friendly service! For takeout Chinese food this place is really good. The Mongolian beef is delicious. We really loved the pot stickers as well. Really nice portions of everything we order, and the prices are good for how much you get! We've been there 3 times in 1 week during this terrible heatwave. Perfect for those days you don't want to cook! The only negative thing I could say is that they don't give hot mustard for their fried shrimp. So if you like that, make sure to ask for it. We ordered orange chicken, chicken chow mein, and Chinese chicken salad. The orange chicken and chicken chow mein was awesome. I will come back for those and I live in Fresno. Orange chicken sauce was not over powering and the chicken is crunchy. However, the salad has mixed reviews. The lettuce + sauce made me think of pinesol, but my wife said I was tripping. My in-laws introduced me to this place and it's now one of my favorite Chinese places! The food here is consistently delicious and the service is always friendly and quick. This place is a bit of a drive for us but we make a trip out here at least once every other month. Our family's faves are the Chinese chicken salad, salt & pepper fish, house chow mein, chicken/pork eggplant, and my kiddo's favorite: honey walnut shrimp. We often try new dishes per the owner's suggestion and it's usually really good too. We are lucky to have this family open their restaurant here. First, it is family owned and you see that right as you walk in. The lady who is usually taking order is extremely nice, always looking to converse as you pay for your order. More importantly the food is great. What I appreciate are the flavors in the food, especially the chow mein and fried rice which is like the "rice and beans" of any meal. If that isn't good I probably won't order anything else. Luckily it is! I seen many places where it can be so bland and boring. Everything we have tried we have been pleased with. Good service, locally owned, big portions, good food. read more

You just can't beat the amount of food you get for the price and like I said it's very delicious. It's just off the 99 on Fowler street about a 10 min drive from selma. This is my go to Chinese food place. They have different types of combo plates. They cook everything perfectly. Little old school Chinese food place in Fowler. Ordered the combination plate with fresh mushroom chicken. Came with Egg roll, fried shrimp, pork fired rice pan fried noodles and mushroom chicken. The food was piping hot! The mushroom chicken best I've had in awhile. Overall great food for such a small place. Didn't post pics cause I ate it all up. I will return next Time in the area! read more
