A lot of really horrible food
Tina T.

What a waste of money. Everything ordered was absolutely disgusting. Overly salted to the point of being inedible. Nothing was good!!!!! Terrible!

The outside of this phenomenal Chinese restaurant.

So I just got out of work came back from a long drive from Yuma Arizona to Fresno. Of course, I was very hungry and I research a nearby Chinese restaurant this popped up and I will be now a new loyal customer. Super yummy, fresh and delicious. All in a nutshell.

Kung Pao Chicken

Food was amazing! Excellent portions, freshly cooked. A variety to choose from. Customer service is perfect.

Walnut shrimp and chow mein!

This place was such a perfect pit stop on our road trip! The food was really good and the service was even better! We were greeted by the nicest lady who I believe was the owner. Very friendly great energy and a pleasure to chat with. Definitely recommend stopping here over any fast food chain for some gooood Chinese food. Support local businesses :)

Delicious as always! Honestly, the friendliest employees and highest quality Chinese food around. I've been to other places for AUTHENTIC Chinese and no other place comes close. The servings are generous and fairly priced too! Their pricing has gone up by $0.50-$1.00 at most but I'd play twice as much because the food and service are THAT GOOD! Definitely do yourself a favor and support this gem of a business. Only suggestion would be that they sell their food in those cute little to-go cartons 10/10 recommend

Lobster tofu soup. His smile let's me know it was delicious

Small local place. Since Covid they mostly do take out orders. All of our food was fresh with no complaints.

I love their cashew chicken over noodles! Amazing. And their spring rolls stay crispy even with takeout.

We stopped in on our way to LA, based off the yelp reviews. The best Chinese food I have ever had! So yummy and owners were so sweet!

Had the chance to attend a Yelp Elite event at LA Kitchen and I totally understand now why people…read morerave about the pork belly. It was super crispy without being hard, easy to bite into, and not overly fatty at all. Every sauce paired perfectly with the sticky rice, pork belly, and fried chicken. The chicken itself was incredibly moist and flavorful. I was secretly hoping for crispier skin, but honestly the flavor made up for it. Before leaving, I ordered the sausage with sticky rice plus both the shrimp and pork spring rolls to-go because I already knew I was going to want more later. The spring rolls were SO fresh and delicious. The shrimp wasn't overcooked, the pork was tender, and that peanut sauce absolutely tied everything together. The sausage was another standout, very flavorful, juicy, easy to chew, and perfect with the sticky rice. My only regret was forgetting to ask for chili oil before I left... thankfully I had some at home because it took everything to the next level. Big shoutout to Lana working the front counter, she was incredibly friendly and generous the entire time. I also got to meet La herself, and she was so warm and easy to talk to. They have a large seating area on the right side of the restaurant and condiments on every table. You can genuinely tell this place puts a lot of heart into the quality and flavors they serve. Definitely looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu.

Unlike my friend, @Kubo, who said lots of parking. We arrived two hours after her, about 6:20pm, and the parking lot was near topped off, forcing some to have to park in unpaved areas. This was mostly due to the neighboring gym. (Sorry for those who have slammed vehicles without bags.) The crispy pork was delicious and crunchy. The chicken had a sweet to its savory. Very happy with the sauce choices as well. And sticky rice for the win. Two restrooms available. Half the tables were occupied by customers. One table by other Yelpers, who I wanted to take a picture with, but they were mid chomp. Disappeared while I was stuffing my face. Noise level was average, with adorable children throughout, music playing, and lots of order pickups. Will be happy to return!

Sun China has consistently served good meals to my family for over a decade now. We've ordered…read moredine-in and take-out, and have enjoyed our food, which has primarily been: chicken salad, chow mein, and rice. We've ordered other menu items, such as sesame chicken and egg foo young and we've liked those as well. While there's nothing wrong with dining in, I've personally preferred picking up food for take-out. Part of the reason for this is that the restaurant can get a bit cramped during peak times and there can be a lot happening with ordering, bussing tables, and whatnot. However, dining in during non-peak times has been delightful. I recommend eating at/ordering food from Sun China! I'm glad to eat here when visiting home, and am happy to experience a consistent level of quality when it comes to the food and service.

Pretty mid-Chinese food if you know Chinese food. Pretty decent Chinese food if you live in…read moreReedley, lol. My Grandma only likes three cuisines--Chinese being one of them. Being in town, she requested we get dinner here. The restaurant has been around for years. I remember coming here as a kid but now as an adult, we rarely dine here. Not much has changed. It gives a neighborhood restaurant vibe--cozy, and smallish, fish tank, and artwork. Service was alright, not really friendly but just that they were trying to get their job done. I called in our order and everything came out fine and semi-fast. Grandma and I shared the House Special Chop Suey and Sweet and Sour Pork. The portions are quite big and the entrees come out to over $15 per dish. A bit steep for the quality. The Chop Suey was our favorite--a bit of everything and nicely sauced. We'd order this again and again! Sweet and sour pork was underwhelming. No seasoning, vegetables are practically hard and still raw, and barely any pork under all the fried stuff. Wouldn't order that again. If you live in Reedley, there are only two Chinese restaurants and Sun China Chinese Restaurant is one of them. Depending on the dish it can either be a hit or miss. I wouldn't come back for myself but would if my Grandma or family were craving it.
