We had a late day lunch here. Cafe wasn't too busy. We had great service. The crepes were good and the ambiance was relaxed. Overall, we enjoyed it and it exceeded the aggregate reviews.

THIS PLACE SLAPS. I came here with my family and it actually made me have a spiritual awakening. All tea no shade! Love this place. The atmosphere was so amazing. The service was a lil slow but they where so sweet and I loved them all

Our first stop in Quebec City for quick lunch. We all enjoyed the different crepes: ham & cheese, mushroom & cheese and fries. This is a nice place next to the Chateau Frontenac with a lovely terrace for the warmer months. Quick, friendly service. I'm

Chocolate fondue and plate to dip. Same plate for one or two.

Fondue was good. Atmosphere was ok. We should have asked to sit outside since it was nice out. Cheese was great and had nice flavor. Chocolate was ok. Two other people got single serve and got the same plate and we got for two. Same amount out chocolate and things to dip.

French Onion Soup

We came here for quick lunch because it was just at the corner of hotel le château Frontenac. The vegetable crepe was good for quick lunch; light and feel healthy. The French onion soup was not so good and I can't even finish it; it was more watery and the cheese was tough to bite down to swallow. The French crepe was average. Hot chocolates were decent. Service was good and the staffs were friendly. Price was right for quick lunch.

It's conveniently located near Old Town's main attractions, as well as other food spots and shops. The ambiance inside is lovely, and the staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our visit. We ordered the French onion soup and a classic crêpe with egg, ham, cheese, and seasonal vegetables. The French onion soup was absolutely outstanding--easily one of the best I've ever had. The crêpe was equally delicious and far better than what we typically find back home. The only options for the egg were scrambled or over-easy, which felt a bit limited. Also worth noting: no Coke Zero, but Diet Coke is available. Overall, this spot is a must-visit if you're craving authentic crêpes and exceptional French onion soup.

The French Onion soup was also very delicious! I did debate whether to try the dessert versions but ultimately stuck with the savory. The only miss was the La Cannoise, with ricotta, spinach, olives, tomato sauce, egg and pesto which was not a hit. Just a weird combination of flavors that I guess I don't find mesh well, this dish was mostly left behind. Service was really friendly and helpful.

Food 2.75/5 Service 3.75/5…read moreAmbience 3.75/5 This seemed to be a popular choice for crepes for lunch and the restaurant was very busy at lunch time with a line up. It is a cute cosy restaurant. We ordered a lunch crepe with ham and asparagus in a creamy sauce and it was served with a garden salad and a second crepe with smoked meat, pickles, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar, salad and french fries. We chose the sweet batter. The alternate is a buckwheat batter. Our crepes might have been overcooked, as it was hard and on the dry side. Other diners that ordered a sweet crepe, those appeared to be light and very airy. The food is average and I did not have the experience indicated by other diners reviews. Our lunch came to $67 for two. There was another lunch special written in chalk posted on another wall, that seemed to be a really good deal and tasty, until it was too late as we had already ordered. It was a soup, a crepe for lunch, a mini sweet crepe for dessert and a glass of wine $37.99. So look around the restaurant before you order. There is seating on the main floor and on the second floor. Service is friendly.

Strolled along the neighbourhood on Saturday morning for breakfast. The restaurant was quite busy…read moreso thought that the food must be good. Seats indoor were all full so we sat outside. Ordered the Assiette du Brenton which is pretty much a big breakfast - comes with fried potatoe, ham, sausage, bacon, eggs, meat pie, beans, toast, crepe and fruits. It was very filling as it came with a variety of food! The meat pie and bean were unique, however tasted mediore. We also ordered the classic breakfast with two eggs. We opted for the bacon for the protein - and it came with a huge amount of bacon. Also came with fried potatoes, toast and crepe. All their meals came with tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Overall, the best party of the meal was the crepe. Their breakfast was average and ordinary. Nothing really stood out.
