The seating is arranged so that you have a good view of the stage no matter where you sit. Service: Very attentive and friendly staff. Food: The charcuterie board and cheesecake are really good! Drinks: They serve both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Their wine pairs well with the charcuterie board! Overall: I love the new location (previous location was in Dallas)! They always put on amazing shows!

My Mom has since passed and my Dad brought the family this year for Christmas and now we understand why they've been around so long! This was such a fun experience. The music was amazing, the acting was wonderful for all ages of the cast and the service was great. Make sure to come early and have a bite to eat before the show. This venue is amazing and we felt right at home. There isn't a bad seat in the house. We arrived too late for dinner service but enjoyed the chip and dip trio and the sundae. The live band was a great addition to the cast and crew and clearly there is tremendous attention to detail in these shows. Can't wait to come back!

Cinemark Dallas XD and IMAX is a movie theater in Dallas with an assortment of theater types from…read moreIMAX Digital, XD (with DBox Seating), and 2D Digital screens with recliners. My review focuses on the different types of seating and the greatness of online ordering. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Theater, Return) Atmosphere - Upon entering, you'll find a huge concession stand in the middle complete with movie candy and snacks to entice you as you make your way to order popcorn. There's an arcade on the right, and another concession stand for ordering more food along with tons of seating. If you order ahead, you can pick up your concessions here (see below for more details). 1 Star. Service - I'm going to focus on the Cinemark app. Who needs Moviefone when I can use the app for everything? I can select a theater, choose a movie, choose my seat, and even order concessions. Seriously, kudos to the Cinemark team, I show up at movie time, pick up my popcorn and concession that I ordered online, and head to my movie. No stress/wait, just time saved. 1 Star. Theater - Not all screens are the same. Here's a breakdown of what to expect: 1. IMAX - It's IMAX Digital - not a full-blown IMAX experience, but still good. The IMAX screen is dedicated to one side. It has its own concession stand, but it's never open. Finally, these are regular seats - no recliners. 2. XD - This is Cinemark's best experience. Huge floor to wall screen with reclining seats. There are also a few DBox seats which are more immersive (and expensive). There are two XD screens at this location. 3. 2D Digital - This is Cinemark's standard screen. They have multiple screens that vary in size, and they all have reclining seats. If you're not sure what experience your movie is showing on, check the website or app. Most blockbuster movies will be shown in IMAX and XD opening weekend, then will move to the smaller 2D Digital screens. Expect to pay about $50 for 2 people and concessions. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. I really like the convenience of selecting a movie and buying it online along with my concessions. I'm also a Movie Club member (check Cinemark for details as pricing varies by location) and buying/refunding tickets and concessions are super easy. 1 Star.

We recently visited to watch the Odyssey and since it's a three hour film, we figured it be good to go somewhere with food. The ordering process was very different. I heard they changed it after some management updates at Alamo but I do miss the experience of more human interactions with the staff. We ended up just sticking to refillable popcorn and sodas which was fine for a matinee. Oh and the Odyssey? RUNNN to watch it in theaters!! Looking forward to seeing it (again) on 70mm if we can!

It used to be really good! Bottomless pop corn aren't bad. Milkshakes were alright. I'm disappointed in the pizza mostly. Ordered the mushroom pizza and added bacon and pepperoni. The picture showed there was arugula. The description said there was arugula. There was none. I wanted some. Also, no shishito peppers. The online menu (not the qr code) said they had them. they also switched to mobile ordering. I don't mind the mobile ordering but service has kind of gone down. It's still a good place to watch movies but I do worry this place may be out of business given how let down it's gotten. It's really a good theatre that's close to me.

The price points for the service and experience are aligned with the expectation; however, the restroom situation was atrocious. The smell, the oil/ grime made for a slippery walk, and the toilets themselves most were not clean. Upon exiting the restroom there were three others talking about the same restroom experience. This level of service and expectation should extend beyond the theatre itself.

Unfortunately, this event was the complete opposite. I booked a private premiere screening of The Devil Wears Prada, and the Event Sales Manager made multiple promises that the theater ultimately could not deliver. We were told we'd have early access for setup, access to Studio 1 with space for a private cocktail hour, and several other accommodations that simply did not happen. The day of the event, my team and I were left scrambling trying to adjust in real time while hosting guests. To make matters worse, every single filet mignon steak served was overcooked. For a premium theater experience with premium pricing, that's unacceptable. But the most alarming part came after the event. I left with a confirmed zero balance. Then, TWO DAYS LATER, I was hit with an unexpected charge of nearly $2,000 on my Amex. When I questioned it, I was told the Event Sales Manager's "last day was tomorrow" and that I should direct any questions to a local representative. No accountability. No transparency. Just chaos. This was supposed to be a polished, memorable premiere experience. Instead, it was stressful, disorganized, and financially questionable. Never again.

The event was held at a hotel downtown Dallas in one of the conference rooms. The event had a cash bar (cocktails and beer), and a four course meal. There were pass hors d'oeuvres before the event began. Once you were seated at your assigned table, they began the meal with a salad. The croutons were stale. I didn't touch my salad after a few bites. For the entree, we had a choice between fish or chicken, so my fiancé and I ordered one of each. For our event, the option was a grilled salmon with a side of broccolini, or grilled chicken breast with a side of house potatoes. Overall, the entrees were better than expected, but nothing to really rave about. For dessert, they sliced up 4 different types of cakes for each person to sample. They were pretty standard. The venue had valet parking, but you can find a spot via SpotHero to self park. The men and women ("detectives") leading the mystery hunt made the whole night enjoyable! This is a PG-13 event and there were some inappropriate jokes tossed round. We laughed so much, and got to meet a lot of nice people! FYI, you will need to get out of your seat to "interrogate" the people in the room to try to figure out who the "killer" is. There are actors and actresses hidden within the audience, which made it so much more fun!
