My husband and I met up with a few friends here for a comedy show, and we had an absolute blast! Be sure to check in with the hostess before you head into the bar or through the front doors. We arrived a bit early, so we grabbed a couple of drinks while waiting for the rest of our group. I ordered a double Tito's and cranberry--it was made perfectly and definitely hit the spot. Once we headed inside, it looked like seating was first-come, first-served, but we had opted for the VIP tickets. Having those reserved spots gave us a fantastic view of the stage; I highly recommend going the VIP route if you can! The show itself was top-tier. The openers had great sets that really warmed up the room, and then the "Queen" herself, Kelly Kells, took the stage. It has been a long time since I've laughed that hard! I was so grateful we chose this night to head out. In terms of the venue, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was impressive--they were super on top of it and got our food and drink orders out to us quickly despite the crowd. I'd definitely come back for another show! read more

This place changed ownership and I gotta be honest it's being run poorly. We went to see the 9:30 Tisha Campbell show Saturday July 25th. The doors were supposed to open at 8:30; show start at 9:30. At 10:30 there was a line through the parking lot that wasn't moving. No one was being allowed in. They checked my waistband for a gun mean while I'm wearing a suit jacket. We're all grown here! Personally I'd check the white crowds for weapons in texas! The guy online can't find our name and has to go in. Of course he finds it. Duh. So we get in and they don't know where to seat us. There's tables all over and they put us in the back against the wall. No server comes Ever!! To our entire section! Fortunately we stop a server from another section and she takes our order and the tables to the left and right. $17 old fashioneds. The comics are good. Two stars read more

Comedians were GREAT. Venue and management is horrible. They've had plenty of time to figure things out based on reviews a year ago- but still clueless. We waited outside in summer heat and TX humidity for ONE HOUR despite website stating doors open at 8:30. Then waited once finally inside to even get water for over half hour. Main comedian said man, "They got you packed in butts to nuts!!!!" Truth. Long tables like its family style buffet instead of a show. You get to sit sideways on a hard small chair touching elbows with your neighbors. Waste of money and super frustrating when you just want to have some fun. read more

Good local comedy club. I'm not sure how long this has been open but it was easy access through the front door, they do stop you and check purses and waistbands for guns I guess. I keep mine on my ankle, no problem there. Nice fresh venue with a Harry Potter gone goth vibe on stage. We were seated quickly and out waitstaff led by Emma was spot on she got our drink order - we had a beer, raspberry lemon drop martini and a prosecco and a pimento cheese dip appetizer - our drinks and appetizer came out quick and she brought waters without asking. The cheese dip (big scoop of pimento cheese, nothing different) was served in a cast iron mini pan with fresh cut veggies on the side and some pita bread. This was very fresh and tasty. Next we tried the chicken quesadillas which was out to the table in 3-5 minutes which was suspect, the chicken was shedded as if it came from a can and had some seasoning, the green tortilla seemed to have the look of a being cooked and there was some cheese, it was cold/room temp; had a few bites at the table and didn't finish it. I don't send things back just not worth the hassle. We ordered a couple more rounds of drinks - these came out quick and correct each time. Overall good venue - dinged on the one food item. 11/30/25: This was our first visit. Sugar Brown was performing and she was really good. She interacted with the audience, brought couples to the stage, and constantly engaged with everyone. This was definitely an adult show. Kailey was our hostess and she was great. She took care of us and made us feel comfortable throughout the show. Justin was the bartender, and he was pretty cool. We had a great view of the stage from out table, and it wasn't too crowded. The food was pretty good, and we had a really good time. There was plenty of parking outside. We had the hummus which was as good as I've had, my date said the veggies weren't as fresh as they could be, I didn't notice. The warmups ran the gamut, as one might expect, from pretty good, most of the acts, to terrible, the guy with the cowboy hat. He was offensive without being funny, &, what's worse, b o r i n g. Although Tiffany Haddish is the only reason you even got 1 star. We waited in line, we were in the first 10 people. When we entered they sat us all the way in the back of the club. Then people that were in line over 100 people back were sat in the tables directly behind the VIP groups. For example the group directly behind us were in the front of the general admission tables while we were sat on the back upper level. Why did we wait to not get the best available table. First come first serve when you wait in the sprinkle humid heat of Dallas. We were also told that if we didn't order alcohol we would receive return tickets to come back. Ghost "comedy" walking tour- after showing the frontdoor guy our tickets he took us into the comefy club and sat us for a show. We were confused as to how this would be a walking tour so ,we asked only to find out he took us to the wrong show... strike 1. Our tour gal greeted us gave us "EMF" devices and we set out on our tour. Sound quality/volume was poor. She wore a very tiny speaker so much of the tour was next to impossible to hear unless you were within 4-5 feet of her. Strike 2. The description for the tour said it would be ghostly/funny walking tour. Unfortunately the tour lacked comedy. Where were the jokes at the cemetery about people dying to get in or what do ghost cowboys wear on their feet? Boooooots. Strike 3. Our host was a very nice person but working for a comedy club there should be a better script for what was being charged. read more

Ghost walking tour was meh. I want to start out with: the staff were so nice, which goes a long way. Front door, bar tender, tour guide etc all so funny and kind which is why we'll be back for a show even though not for this tour. First of all, this is advertised online as a 75 minute tour. So when we ended after 45 minutes I was a bit disappointed to say the least. Barely 45 minutes too as we stopped once for a "photo op in a mural tunnel" and again go tell our own ghost stories to each other. It was also advertised as a funny comedic ghost tour with lots of stories. Our guide tried his best at some jokes about his ex Tammy, which were cute, but really struggled with the ghost aspect. There really weren't any ghost stories. He kept referencing the "broken hearts tour" as if we were going to hear some tortured stories of relationships, but we didn't. Additionally, we signed up for the "Hidden Hauntings Ghost Walk". So I think they've got a little bit too much going on to be well organized enough to coordinate this as a success. The EMFs were a bit gimmicky but what was worse was the fact that it was during the bright daylight? The vibe was strange but again, the staff were so kind so we didn't walk away upset ‍. Opening tonight can be tough! The good news is everybody wanted to do the right thing even if they were a little unsure because they were still trying to figure out what management wanted. We had a great night the sangria was great the service was wonderful the staff was very kind. I enjoyed the pretzels this is a great alternative the improv nightclub as well as Hyenas as it's in our back door we went ahead and indulged in the VIP tickets even though it didn't seem like we needed it at the 945 show everything was wonderful and perfect even though you could tell that they were still finding their way all they wanted to do is make sure that everyone had a great night looking forward to trying these folks in the 90 days once they get their chops underneath their feet read more

I have been going to comedy clubs for over 20 years. Mic Drop has replaced The Improv as my favorite. The staff is always fun and friendly. Terrific drink selection. They're attracting well-known performers, too. Highly recommend! read more

Wow! What an amazing club! The attention to detail is insane! Everything is photo worthy. The food is so good! Most comedy clubs have an awful menu. Not this one. Don't get dinner before the show. Get your dinner here. This is the only club that I know of that doesn't have a two item minimum . That's such a refreshing feeling. This club doesn't try to take your money. They try to give you a great time and a great experience. The staff was so friendly. My waitress was awesome! I had the Cadillac margarita cocktail and it was so good! They're not stingy on their pours of alcohol either. It was perfect! The show tonight was sold out. But my wife and I were comfortable and laughed so hard. We will definitely be returning! Despite how hopeful we were, the host comedian was not funny and neither was the second comedian. For one joke, I realized she got it off social media and saw it coming before the punchline. The headliner was funny in parts, but I was looking at my watch several times and he just didn't know when to pivot to a new topic and belabored some parts the audience was just over. The food was just as disappointing. The flatbread was soggy in the middle and crispy on the edges. They tried to make it right and replace one of the flatbreads for a chips and queso, but it was too salty and we just left it there. My panini was okay, but there was not much meat in it to get much taste, beyond the aoli sauce. The kettle chips were good. The beer buckets you can get for $49 for 6 beers or they let you preorder it for $65, which makes no sense. They have a "special" where you can get two flatbreads, a bucket of beers and dessert for $150. No thanks. Drinks plus food plus tickets was an unseccessful $262 night out with a family of 3 adults, left us wanting more. I like that the venue is big and the lighting and decor was fun and our waitress was great. I think we are gonna pass on this place for any future comedy outings. . I love the idea of a solid Plano comedy club to avoid driving to Addison or downtown Dallas, but $80 for two tickets, then $24 drinks is just too much. They offer "free" passes as a way to charge ridiculously inflated drink prices, and I even asked the server (a guy from Egypt) what exclusions there were. He said as long as it's not sold out, the pass is good. We came a few weeks later, and they say our pass isn't good because it's a "special event " (there were 6 special events in June alone--basically if the comic is someone you've heard of, it's a special event). They were maybe 60% full, so nowhere close to sold out. Total bait and switch. read more

Went to see Christopher Titus tonight. Show was to start at 9:30. We arrived at 8:20. Was going to get a drink and appetizer before the show started. We were informed the show started at 8pm they combined both the early and late show. Mic Drop said they sent out an e mail stating this. We never got an e mail. So we missed the first 1/2 hour. I was pissed. I've been wanting to see Christopher Titus for over 8 years! They said we can come back to the show tomorrow night. First off I wish I could have. But I can't. We drove 2 hours one way. Now the next part is no one's fault, but we sat next to people who could care less about the show. They just kept talking about ehst they were going to do on Saturday. I asked them to kindly talk a drink of shut the hell up. ( I think I scared her, oh well). Christopher Titus please text me the next time your in Texas. I really love your shows I've seen on u tube. Wow, brand new place was very disappointing. Crowd is grungy, constantly yelling out, interrupting and trying hard for attention- very politically charged 30 somethings The ambiance, staff and comedians themselves were lacking professionalism and this place is just a step up from a neighborhood club in a seedy downtown area-- people were leaving the night we were there and we will not be back either. Pay for comedians and more upscale clientele will come in. You won't have to give away free tickets after being open only a few months. read more
