I arrived at Le Peep at 1:20 (they close at 2:00). I placed my order, with two special requests, and when the food was dropped off I realized neither of the requests had been made. My waiter never returned to check on the food or refill my beverage; I assume he was in the back cleaning up so he could leave. I had to walk up to the cashier desk to get my check. If you close at 2:00, don't disappear from view at 1:30. The food was good even though it wasn't prepared as I had requested, but the service was poor. This was my last time here. read more

Come here on a Sunday and it was packed. Most of the patrons were church goers, seniors, or people who tend to wake up late on the weekends. I came to eat brunch by myself and was told the wait would be 5 minutes. I usually don't keep track of how long I was waiting, but I think I was seated a little bit after the stated time which is fine. When you're seated, you have a carafe of water and two glasses and two mugs which is very convenient. My waiter asked me if I wanted anything other than water to drink. I asked for a tall orange. (Orange juice came in small, tall, half a liter, and a liter) I ordered the Benedict omelette and a cup of chicken tortilla soup. The orange juice still hadn't come so I assumed it was going to come out with my meal. My meal came out and everything looked appetizing. Orange juice never came, sadly. Guessing he was busy with the other customers that he forgot my orange juice. Didn't bother to say anything because I didn't want it anymore. The omelette had chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, and cream cheese topped with hollandaise sauce, a tomato slice and sour cream. I took off the tomato slice and sour cream (or cream cheese. I wasn't really sure) because I don't like sour cream and if it was extra cream cheese, I didn't want to eat a lot of dairy. The chicken in the omelette were little tiny squares. Think of the chicken square Cici's pizza uses in their pizza and soup. That was disappointing. The broccoli tasted like frozen ones you could buy at a store. And I thought there was too much cream cheese in the omelette because every time I would cut a piece of the omelette with my fork, cream cheese would squeeze out. The potatoes that came with the omelette didn't make it any better. I tasted no flavor whatsoever. The chicken tortilla soup was probably the only tasty thing I had and even that was lacking flavor(s) and spice(s). Soup had the tiny chicken squares, tortilla strips chips, cheese, and avocado. I finished my soup, but left a couple of pieces of potatoes and a fourth of my omelette on my plate. Got my check and fortunately I was not charged with the orange juice. Overall, my meal was $14. It's not that bad, but I could've gone somewhere else and paid the same price for better food. I'd probably come again to try the pancakes, but maybe steer away from the omelettes. read more

Great GLUTEN FREE & SOY FREE breakfast!! They serve Kinnikinnick bread and english muffins as an option with meal. The manager took my order and walked the kitchen staff through prep! I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW GREAT THIS IS! As a person with celiac disease and multiple food allergies I can't eat at most places! I.had a tasty breakfast and am not leaving sick afterwards due to kitchen negligence! The manager even asked what items might be dangerous to me since he didn't want to unknowingly mess up. I.will be back and know I can bring my babies as well. Yay! read more

Visiting from Wisconsin and heard a lot of good reviews but after walking in to have a birthday breakfast. And not be greeted by staff but rudely stared at but customers behind us were greeted. And then we were told oh sorry we didn't know u were eating but we literally walked thru door right in front of customers behind us ‼ Then to hear a waitress tell the worker at counter sit them all the way in the back was disgusting and discriminating. So we decided to leave then be followed out by a staff to ask would we like seating closer in the front. Thanks but no thanks read more

This place is starting to go downhill, they aren't as good as they once were and the food quality has just decreased. On the plus side, the staff is still very kind and attentive. read more

My husband and I went to Le Peep for brunch, and we were delighted with the service, atmosphere, and most importantly, the food. My husband ordered the Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Pancakes, which came with his choice of breakfast meat (he chose bacon), and I ordered The Wanderer Skillet (Peasant Potatoes, crisp bacon, onions, tomatoes and combo cheese all topped with two basted eggs) which came with my choice of bread (I chose an english muffin). The pancakes were true to the description - perfect balance of lemon flavor, just enough blueberries, and fluffy - delicious! My skillet breakfast was exactly what I was craving - the potatoes were seasoned and cooked perfectly, and it was plated in a way that looked appetizing and not just a pile of food. Our waiter was attentive, but not overly so. The table was clean and the atmosphere had the right amount of buzz to provide background noise, but without overpowering our own conversation. This location is not small overall, but the area where we were seated had a lot of tables. We were seated at the end of a table for 6, which potentially meant we would have shared seating with strangers, although we did not. Even still, we really enjoyed this restaurant and will go there again. read more

Such a cute little breakfast place! Went here because it caught our eye driving by and it was a great choice! The food came out quickly and it was delicious. We have some dietary restrictions in our family, but we had no problem at all finding great food for everyone. Our waitress was so kind and friendly. Not very busy and no wait. We will definitely be back! read more

Today we went to eat at le peep for breakfast after seeing such great reviews. While waiting to be seated, lots of people started to crowd the waiting area but looking around the restaurant, we noticed tables were open that we could have easily been sat in, but they had not been bussed. We waited another 10 minutes after being seated for drinks. After our waiter took our order, we waited another 40 minutes and still had no food. Our waiter never came to check on us or give us an update as to what was taking so long. After this hour long waste of time we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. We won't waste our time coming here in the future. read more

Not much to say other than I love this place, the food is amazing and the staff is really nice. Never had a bad time here, and everyone I've come with really likes the food. It's a nice clean atmosphere, and absolutely worth checking out for good brunch read more

All around bad. This place was empty on a Sunday morning. The decor is badly outdated, which would not be a big deal except they have a sign out front saying they are remodeling in mid-September. It's now mid-October and nothing has been done. Coffee was terrible. I sent it back and said it must be old and the lady argued with me that she just brewed it. Ok, then stop buying the cheapest coffee available because it's bad. My husband ordered the stuffed French toast and only ate half. We told our waitress he did not like it and she picked it up, dug through it with his fork and argued with us some more. She did not remove it from our bill. We didn't ask her to but that is kinda hospitality 101. The staff was using the private dining room as a break room and were goofing around with the side door while we were eating. The music is bad Gwen stefani from the 90s. One of the worst breakfast experiences we have had. Sad because the location is great. read more

Very good breakfast spot! I read a previous review about the Texas pecan coffee served here and asked about it. The server didn't have any brewed, but went back and made some for me. I chose the Rock Lobster scrambler which was delicious and came out super fast. My server was very pleasant! read more

We love to visit this place again and again. Niceand clean place for good quality American breakfast or brunch. read more

Le Peep - Plano - One of the most visited place. We love to go this place. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Plano, Texas

I have had two experiences at Le Peep in the last month. The first one was so delicious, that I had to go back for a takeout breakfast today. The first visit was dine-in, and there was about a 20 minute wait, they were very busy on a Sunday (about 10am). The service was pretty slow, I guess because they were busy, but our server was friendly and accurate. I ordered the Country Cool breakfast, which was on the menu that was on the window at the front door, but apparently it's no longer on the regular menu. They made it for me anyway, and it was fantastic. It's basically a scramble with ham, cream cheese and chives with a hollandaise sauce. DELICIOUS. It came with potatoes, which were slightly undercooked during both visits. The wheat bread is some of the best I have ever had, Cafe Brazil needs to take notes (their bread options taste awful). This is my new favorite breakfast. read more

Your average breakfast place... Just average. Nothing has ever been exceptional - not the food, not the service, not the atmosphere. Faster, better and more comfortable to just have breakfast at home in bed. For those of you not so lucky to have such a great wife, you might try Le Peep. read more

After remembering what a pleasant time we had here the first time, my family wanted to try this place out again. I remember seeing this restaurant over and over again on Groupon but now I see why. The menu looks good but the food just isn't sadly. Portion sizes are small for the price, and the quality of the food is lacking. Everything was bland, and eggs were overcooked. My sister ordered a dish where she asked for chicken on the side and there was still chicken in her food (she's a vegetarian). Luckily, they remade it for her, but either way, we all left hungry and unsatisfied. read more

wow, how does one mess up a call in order? especially an easy one. i called 1st to get a fax machine, then i called again and had a young man take my order (after he had to find some paper)...i ordered 2 lumberjacks (2 pancakes, 2 sausage, 2 eggs and potatoes) the exact same way for both orders. i arrive at Le Peep to find out that they only made 1 of my orders and, on the ticked, only processed one order. i was told by a young guy that i could either wait for another order or only pay for 1. needless to say i paid for one and left. 2 stars because the food smells good. most likely wont be back as the experience was empty. read more

Decent breakfast place. Service is really slow but food is pretty good. They aren't very organized and you have to pay at the cash register which takes a while. They pack in the tables so you don't have a lot of room to maneuver. There are better places in Plano. read more

Used to be tastier but with the harder economic times, I think they've started replacing some of the ingredients with cheaper bulk ones. Orange juice, etc. Still excellent breakfast food just not quite the supreme experience it used to be. Banana walnut pancakes are a must. read more

This location is always very consistent. We prefer this one over the location that's closer to us. They have gluten free pancakes, toast and English muffins- so happy these options are provided!!! The Hen Pen, Lumberjack, skillets and omelets are all very good! I prefer their hash browns over the potatoes. And their Bacon is Awesome!!!!! read more

It's one of those breakfast/brunch places. It's ok place but not that great. I would go if there is a groupon type deal.

Can't complain about the food but the employees who are working control the air conditioning to their comfort .... forget the customers. We have gone there many times and have finally had it with the uncomfortable cold. The temperature needs to be controlled by someone with some consideration for the customers. read more

Um, brunch. Mussels. Eggs. Bacon. Bloody Marys until my happiness is restored. Followed by magical cupcakes. Enough said. Go. Love it. Eat it. Enjoy. read more

Great food and great customer service. Our server anticipated our needs before we had to say anything.

Nice location. Quaint atmosphere. Quiet older crowd. Delicious food! Helpful, kind staff. Tinnnyyy bit expensive. I'd definitely come again.

Our favorite breakfast spot in Plano. They have a diverse breakfast menu and service has always been good. I am also excited about all the new gluten free options on the menu! read more

LePeep became my favorite place to eat after our wonderful experience at the Flower Mound location. [ food & service was amazing ] we tried the Plano one out ( since we live in Plano ) & the experience from start to finish was subpar. Upon entering we weren't greeted, we went to an employee at the desk & he looked past us and tried to assist the people walking up BEHIND us? Weird, rude too. We patiently waited til someone wanted to seat us. My toddler was not given a coloring sheet or menu, I figured they didn't have them... but another family came and was seated beside us & their kids had them. So my 5 year old said excuse me sir may I have one.. he ignored her so we had to walk up to the front to ask for one. After that the food came out, never checked on us to see if we had everything or if everything was okay... however before the table beside us received their food they were asked if they were doing okay or needed anything. Maybe next time we will put our blond hair & blue eyes on for better service & maybe then our potatoes won't be half burnt & my husbands omelet would be made to order :) maybe then read more

Don't worry about the boomers in the comments complaining about a nose ring, foods fire and thats all that matters. French toast is amazing

Love LaPeep for Sunday breakfast! Great prices and the service is great. My favorite part is that LaPeep offers turkey sausage...one of my favs!!! Not too many places offer this so it's a win win for me. Great food, service and price! read more

They rule! The location does get busy, but the place is small so be prepared. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes, so that's great to us! The best " healthy" menu for breakfast! :) read more

Le Peep is awesome. They have meals for everyone from the health nut to the person who likes to indulge. I highly recommend you try it!

Food is ok. But not my kind of breakfast place. They only serve regular cup of Joe. So Latte and Mocha lovers. This is not tour place.

Yummm the breakfast hit the spot! And the hazelnut coffee was amazing! I also loved how there was a carafe of water on the table.

Had breakfast there last Sunday. Coffee is very good, hot and they leave a pot on the table. I had the blueberry pancakes and they were very tasty. Everyone enjoyed their food as well. The wait staff was attentive. Prices were very reasonable. We will be back. read more

I love the banana walnut pancakes and the apple juice is delish! My only complaint is they're only open for breakfast and lunch!

Good breakfast stop. Good for kids. Yummy omelette.

Good breakfast/brunch place with good and fast service. I like to go to this place on the weekends when I'm feeling breakfast, but don't want to make it myself. Pancakes and most breakfast dishes can be made at home - but they are reasonably priced and fast so it's a good place for a quick fix. The dish I do like that I wouldn't take the time to make is the breakfast burrito with the green chile pork. Super tasty and very filling that can fill 1 hungry person or 2 regular eaters. Nice, friendly atmosphere and a good cup of joe as well. read more

This place is located at Midway and Parker took me forever to find. It's nice and clean inside. Our waiter name was Amanda and she was really good. I had a groupon so that is what tempted me to go. I ordered a egg Benedict Omelet with chicken, broccoli, mushrooms and topped with hollendaise sauce. It was ok it came with potatoes and a English muffin. The English muffin was ok. My friend ordered the chicken fried steak and she said it had veins in it. Not quite sure what that means. I would not rush back to this place no time soon. It's just ok it is not anything to run too. read more

Since their last store in Frisco being a complete catastrophe (I.e the kitchen being so filthy that people got food poisoning, one person being my mother) and the store being shut down as a result I admit that I was very skeptical of coming to their location here in Plano. But of course their menu is full of comfort food and seems very inviting. I've been to this location now a few times and have been satisfied after each visit. The food appears neat and clean, the staff is pleasant and attentive. The hostess had been seating people by parties and not by time of arrival though, even with tables available for the appropriate party number- not really sure what that was about. She even wandered around the store talking to other staff members while laughing and having a full lobby packed. Several parties left as a result and I can understand why. read more

Great food as always. They need to have a more orderly check in and check out process though. There is one desk to pay your bill or to put your name on the list for a table. I saw about 8 people walk in and walk out because there were half a dozen people waiting to pay their bill so the prospective patrons thought that was the line to check in. I don't know why they just don't have the waitresses collect and process payment. Seems like it would go a lot smoother. Anyway, you cannot go wrong eating breakfast here. Very tasty and fresh. read more

Many different types of coffee to choose from, flavored creamer, great food and a friendly staff. 5/5 would reccomend.
