This was supposed to be a special milestone for him, but your staff completely ruined an important part of the celebration. Without asking anyone at our table, they cut his birthday cake before bringing it out. My dad never got to see his own birthday cake intact, make the first cut, or enjoy that special birthday moment with our family. That memory can never be replaced, and there was absolutely no reason for your staff to make that decision without asking us first. To make matters worse, my dad ordered fish that had to be boned out before it was served. By the time it was brought back to him, it was cold. No one expects to pay for a nice birthday dinner only to receive cold food because of how it was prepared. We chose your restaurant because we expected quality service for such an important occasion. Instead, we left frustrated and extremely disappointed. A 65th birthday is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, and the lack of communication and attention to detail from your staff took away from what should have been a memorable celebration. I hope you take this complaint seriously and address these issues with your staff so another family doesn't have to experience the same disappointment. I would also appreciate hearing how you plan to make this right. We brought our own cake and it was good, as seen in photo

All honesty, the calamari could have been a lot crispier but I won't hold it against them because the flavor was all there. Be mindful if you don't like spicy because it has a nice kick. The dip was very good and just the right amount of truffle oil. And those chips.....had to be homemade. Very hearty and holds up to the dip. The entrees were cooked to perfection. The chateubriand skewers were broken down finished at the table. Quite a presentation! I just love it here! Thank you for always preparing a pleasant meal.

In all the steakhouses I've been to this one rips through my list to the top!…read more First thought: the food is waaaaay better than fogo de Chao! As always I get the picanha (ooo and they have a spicy picanha, say whaaa) and filet mignon (the only letdown, it was a little dry!). I tried the ribeye steak (omg so juicy and so much flavor), beef sirloin (likewise!) and they were delicious. Parking was easy and we came close to lunch closing but the staff was so kind and attentive to my specific meat requests! And the must - plantains with condensed milk! I asked for this 3 times and they delivered. A friend from work said the grilled pineapple was a must and I was so happy with it. Vines are more wooden, dim litter and business/upscale casual than other steakhouses I've been to.

That was not the case here. Most people come for the meats, but I love a good salad bar. I loved their variety of cold salads, cheeses, and hot sides. The meats were well seasoned and tender. The come around frequently and ask if there was any particular cut of meat we wanted. My favorite thing there though was the pineapple. It had a crunchy sugar coat that was perfect with the tangy pineapple. I wanted that and some ice cream for my dessert so our server brought me a hot/fresh one after the ice cream came out. Service was fabulous. I definitely think this is better than the other Brazilian steakhouses we've been to.

Tried it for my dad's bday/Father's Day dinner and we all were impressed. The ambience is nice and spacious and is good for a group or date night. Our server Oscar was amazing! He answered all of our questions about the menu and food options, was very attentive throughout the evening and just made it an enjoyable experience. For drinks, I just had some wine but my mom had the Spicy Moroccan cocktail which she really enjoyed. It was just the right amount of sweet and spicy balance. For food, we weren't super hungry and also wanted to share a few different things, so we ordered the Harissa Trip which came with 3 different kabobs, and the Stonefire Saji chicken. It was actually quite good portions of food if you're not a big eater, definitely was enough to share and take some home. They gave this amazing pita bread to start with a garlic butter that is SO good. It was so smooth and delicious, don't know how to describe it. We loved it. The meat was tender and flavorful. I will say that the chicken Saji was a bit dry in our opinion, so it wasn't the favorite of the dishes, although the sauce on it was nice the chicken was just dried out. The owner was so sweet she came over and told us a bit about her and her husband's story of the restaurant and also brought us some Turkish tea and baklava on the house. We just had the most pleasant evening and I will definitely keep them in mind for future dinners. Definitely worth checking them out if you like Mediterranean food.

We celebrated our anniversary there and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I started with my favorite item on the menu, the III Forks Salad. In my opinion, it's the best steakhouse salad in Dallas. Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to begin an incredible meal. My wife and I shared the 16-ounce New York Strip, and it was cooked to absolute perfection. The medium-rare temperature was spot on with a beautiful sear on the outside while remaining juicy, tender, and packed with flavor on the inside. Exactly how a great steak should be prepared. For sides, we enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. Both were delicious and complemented the steak perfectly. Flavorful, well-prepared, and impossible to stop eating. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the team surprised us with their famous Mandarin Orange Cake and Chocolate Cake. Both desserts were absolutely delectable and a wonderful way to finish the evening. What truly sets III Forks apart, however, is the service. The staff consistently delivers one of the best dining experiences in the city. Attentive without being intrusive, professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making every guest feel special. If you're looking for an exceptional steak, incredible food, and world-class service, III Forks Frisco is hard to beat. We can't wait to come back.
