Ceviche de jalapeno: excellent. Not too spicy, the shrimp and seafood was fresh with no fishy smell. The plantains were cooked perfectly, not greasy. Brisket on crostini: excellent. Forget the name but they are a winner. Brisket is good quality and the flavors come together nicely. Chicken skewer: excellent. They smartly use chicken thighs so the meat is juicy and tender. Tuna tartare: good. It actually was my least favorite. The quality was very good but it did not have much flavor. I needed some heat, some acid, something to give it a kick. We were absolutely stuffed and did not try dessert. Our server Marcellus was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant throughout. He never disappeared for too long. It didn't taste fresh or house-made, and it lacked the quality and attention to detail you would expect from a higher-end or craft-style offering. In fact, it reminded me more of the kind of pizza you might pick up at a convenience store (like QT) than something prepared in a specialty restaurant setting. While their coffee may be a strong point (I didn't try), the pizza left a lot to be desired, and I didn't feel it offered good value for the cost and the quality was poor.
