Eight 11 offers the complete package - great food, nice ambiance, and excellent service. Love their date night option where you get a bottle of house wine, a shareable salad, a pizza, and a s'mores board for just $60. We went with the caprese salad and the jalapeño popper pizza. Both were delicious and I'd highly recommend them. For the finale, the smores board was a treat. They bring a flame on the table for you to roast your own marshmallows and construct your own smores. Such a great experience! read more

Okay, I couldn't stay away. I miss Eight 11 and even though they removed their few dairy free menu items and their pizzas are RIDICULOUSLY priced, we found ourselves coming back for the live music. For this reunion visit, we had a double date with great friends who were newbies to Eight 11. My Chardonnay and her Rose were tasty and the men enjoyed their Old Fashioned drinks. I tried something new, the BLT Panini and it was delicious! Although it could have used more inside - it was was thin. The chips were fine, but nothing special. The amazing couple split a Caesar Salad and a Pizza. Both seemed to enjoy their food. Really what made the night was our server. He was so patient and let us chat, catch up and just kept our drinks full through the night. I really want to not like Eight 11, but I just can't. The live music, the patio, s'mores, and drinks are just too good to keep me away. read more

Great food and atmosphere! In an old house which is pretty cool! Pizzas were masterful and delish. Great beer selection! We had a weird situation where they gave us the wrong pizza and then tried to say they were going charge us for the wrong pizza plus the pizza we ordered - but that did get rectified and we were offered a free dessert for our trouble so we will let it go (minus a star) but it was really strange. Despite this we highly recommend the restaurant and will be back! Easy parking and patio is awesome too - had a live singer to boot! read more

Came for Girls Night on a hot August night. Too hot to sit outside and listen to the live music unfortunately. We sat inside the jewel-toned gorgeous interior. So lovely. With such good service! They have no vegan options unfortunately. The first drink I ordered they were out of a key ingredient. So right off the bat two misses for me. And their drinks are way overpriced. We ended up having a fun night. We ordered drinks and food. It was a week night so they were not busy though they did usher us and everyone inside out before 9pm. Service was kind and prompt. And again the interior is beautiful. Food is just ok. I would come back if I was meeting people here for sure. read more

Oh my gosh- this was the BEST place I've been to in Frisco. The staff was extremely friendly and such a treat to chat with. The live music was incredible. I ordered the Margherita and the fig pizza. The crust was incredible (homemade) and the best pizza sauce I've ever had. Gabriela and Sebastian were the best at the bar. I'd come back again for the amazing food, the ambiance, and how incredible the staff was. Thank you Eight-11! read more

We came here for S'mores and we had reservations, turns out that the S'mores grill was out of order even though we had reservations specifically to do S'mores! Then they told us the two S'mores grill behind us was reserved, even though we were there the entire time, nobody showed up! Very disappointed! Also, on the menu for S'mores, no price was shown, it just stated small 4, large 8, so we thought the pricing was for small, it was $4, and large was $8, but NO, it turns out large was $15, totally not worth it! As for the ambiance, music was played by two singers and the music was good! read more

Had a great "Galentine's" here on Tuesday night. The ambiance was perfect for a girl's night or date night. Food was delicious-we ordered the charcuterie board, the chopped Italian salad, and the fig/prosciutto pizza (with truffle oil on the side). Our server had perfect timing on checking in and bringing us more wine/food as needed. Every thing we had was fresh and very tasty. I would not recommend this place for a large group just because the dining area inside is very narrow, but we were a group of 5 and it worked for us. Knocking off one star bc the chairs are too low for the table so half of us were sitting awkwardly and "last call" for food was at 7:30pm. We all agreed that's too early for a place like this. read more

The vibes, the vibes, the vibes!! The fireplaces outside are the best. The day my girlfriends and I went, it was the perfect weather to sit outside. We enjoyed the HAPPY HOUR menu to the fullest. I wish they had more food item options on the HH menu, but the pricing was reasonable. I'll be back! read more

Walking into Eight 11 was a bit odd because the foundation is slanted so the table was titled. It was a cold December evening and they had a musician outdoors but not enough space heaters. I thought the food was just okay. Nothing stood out to where I need to go back and try it again. read more

Had a great date night here. The weather was so nice so we decided to sit outside and enjoy the live music. The charcuterie board was fantastic and had a large variety of items to choose from. The Meaty pizza was large enough to share and tasted great. Our server was sweet and offered great recommendations for both food and wine pairings. Would highly recommend! read more

Had a wonderful ladies night at Eight 11. I had never been before and we got amazing weather for us to enjoy the outdoor seating. This place is set up for you to sit, laugh, eat and enjoy. Especially appreciated the live music which enough added to the ambiance. We had a great server who recommended the sweet wine flight. They say 2 oz but it is a very heavy pour which I appreciated. The Godfather pizza was fantastic and definitely large enough to share. I look forward to bringing my husband back for a date nite. read more

Always a great time to come here where they have great Pizza served with unique wines and great bourbons. We normally get The Godfather pizza which comes with sliced meats and pepperoncinis, rosemary and truffle oil. Unfortunately yesterday we didn't taste any truffle oil (fortunately we have a bottle at home to put on our leftovers). This was our first time for their happy hour which they served smaller portions for a smaller price tag. I love this because you can try more items. We ordered the bruschetta which is always a favorite and I tried the brie and apple crostini. I would definitely have this again. The only thing about the portion size is we only received two of each of these. They have a festive atmosphere in the restaurant with Christmas trees and decorations everywhere. Its so much cozier inside with the chilly weather upon us right now. Service was great as always. Our server pointed out the holiday pizza and a special holiday drink menu. I so wanted to try the beverage with bourbon and Averna, but they were waiting on a liquor order. read more

I visited here recently with my friend and we had a wonderful time! I had read that this place was expected to close but was bought out by new ownership, so we wanted to check it out again. The ambience was perfect out on the patio for a fun girl's night and thankfully the heat was not too bad with the fans they have outside. Additionally, the hostess and waitress were both very attentive and made a point to ensure we were comfortable. Our waitress even brought over a mini fan and food cover to keep away flies! We began with the truffle chips and happy hour cheese board as our appetizers. My friend also ordered a glass of white wine which she enjoyed. The truffle chips were delicious, although the parmesan cheese was not completely melted atop the chips completely. The cheese board was one of my favorite parts of the night. It was the happy hour cheese board so it was smaller than the other one they offer at full price. It included two variations of cheese, grapes, pepperoni & prosciutto, cranberries, crostini, crackers, apple slices and honey. All of the elements were delicious and paired well with each other. It was the perfect amount for two people! For our entrees, I ordered the prosciutto and goat cheese panini, and she chose the happy hour pizza with added pepperonis. The panini was absolutely wonderful. The bread was toasted to perfection and the combination of goat cheese, arugula, fig jam & balsamic glaze was excellent. Additionally, I received a side of regular, kettle cooked chips which were great as well. My friend enjoyed her pizza, which was the perfect personal size coming from the happy hour offer. Overall, I would love to return with my friends again for a girl's brunch, lunch or night! Our waitress did a wonderful job and I am happy to see this place succeeding. Thank you so much! read more

Amazing! This place continues to update and bring amazing value to the Frisco Main area. Ronan our waiter was 10 stars

Food was good but service was horrible/nonexistent . Sat at the outdoor bar and watched 8 servers chatting with each other. They would occasionally look at us only to ignore us. We were there for 45 minutes. Had a hummus appetizer then left to go have dinner somewhere else. read more

I came here after several years. It was Friday night and the patio was full because they had live music. We sat down inside and we could still enjoy the music. This is the perfect spot for drinks and apps! I had the sparkling wine flight and it was decent pours and it was a better deal money wise. We had the salmon appetizer, green apples and brie and bruschetta. All delicious. Service was great and they were very busy so that says a lot! Looking forward to visiting again. read more

Eight 11 is the perfect laid back spot to relax and grab some good food and wine. The patio is a perfect when it is not too hot. The ambiance was good and on occasion they have live music. Service is very friendly and quick. The only warning about sitting outside is beware the flies. The staff try to provide aid with net covers and fly fans but there is little to really do when they are determined. They have good food and great appetizers. I would definitely try the charcuterie board and any of the wine flights. read more

We arrived at Eight 11 at 5 even though we had a reservation at 6:15. We let the waiter know we got there early and asked for a patio table. They sit us on the side of the patio, and we were there for 3 hours enjoying the food and drinks and music. Then one of the employees came up and said we had to move because the people who reserved the table were there. She did not provide a solution as to where we were supposed to go to finish our drinks, so we asked her. She said we would have to move inside. No one ever told us the table was reserved later that night, or we would have gone somewhere else. The food is great and the live music as well, but they need to get it together about the seating. read more

Food was great. Service swift, Everything was nice. There many times, plans are to have it again and again.

Cute spot for a date or a fun lunch. My husband and I got a pizza pie and the fig/prosciutto sandwich off their lunch special menu - both were really good. We both got a side caesar salad and it was a pretty big portion. It's somewhat small inside so probably not great for kids or a very large group. But, its super cute inside. read more

Really disappointed as service was horrible. Great food, the menu is limited and pricey but items always taste great. Get a shareable board or chips--they're all amazing. The wine list is extensive! There are other drinks but I cannot go here and not get my favorite wine, F Bomb. This is the only place I've ever seen have it. They do take reservations which I highly recommend. The inside doesn't have much seating. The patio has a great ambiance. Sometimes there's live music. End your night outside with a s'mores board! read more

I'm bummed to share an updated review that's not great. I had been here a couple years before and had the best experience but more recently wasn't the same. When we got there there was a small wait because they had a long reservation list but when we got seated there were at least 5 open tables that stayed open all night and I think only one customer came in after us so when others left it's not like those tables got filled either. Not a huge deal, just odd. The table we got sat at had 10-15 dead flys in the window seal we were sitting at. Instead of moving us to another table they had reserved (that again, no one ever came to), the serve reached over us and picked them up. All night the flies kept coming back and hanging out with us and our food. Which was a bit unappetizing. We both got a wine flight. I really enjoyed mine. There was maybe 1 that wasn't my favorite but all good. My friend didn't like hers at all unfortunately. When we were leaving the manager brought us some champagne since we were there to celebrate which was very kind of her. We got the charcuterie board which was very tasty! We enjoyed that a lot! We also enjoyed the pizza we got. We weren't very sure about it because the ingredients were odd but it really was delicious! Overall, it's a cute little place. The food is delicious. The drinks are good. But the customer service and flies needs some work in my opinion read more

I LOVE eight 11 and have been a customer for the last 9 years. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. We always book a table and request a fire pit a few days in advance- today we arrive, and we are seated on the side at a non firepit table. When asking the hostesses about it, they said that they have two separate systems and basically said too bad. We were told we would be seated at a firepit table as soon as one came available- we dined, had apps, wine & pizza and were never offered the fire pit table that we booked. We saw that multiple families had the same experience. With that being said- eight11, please merge your reservation system & get rid of the one on the google search engine since it was clearly an issue for 5+ families tonight. read more

While the service is good, I am appalled by the new menu. Over the past year or so the gluten free options have all but ceased to exist. I used to LOVE this place so much - it was the "hidden gem" I would introduce my friends to. It was such a delight and has so much potential - cozy ambiance, personal firepits, live music, good food. But it's gone down *exponentially* over the past year. Service has gone from amazing to trash. It used to be a place that truly cared about serving the best experience and its entirely lost its magic. It's been some time since I went back and was so excited to take my boyfriend. I called in advance, made reservations for a Friday night and confirmed the live music (it's typically Thursday - Sunday but I asked anyway because I definitely wanted live music during his first time there!). The music is supposed to start at 6:30pm which was when we got there... half an hour later, still nothing. We ask the waiter and she says they decided to cancel the band because they weren't expecting many people.... What?? I understand having to make business decisions but your customers also have choices to make - and I absolutely would have rescheduled. Common courtesy to call your customers and let them know. But sure, just let me just find out for myself and be disappointed after I'm 2 drinks in and already ordered my food... They also started charging $10 just to turn on your firepit. That is literally the charm of the place and now customers have to pay for it. They also stopped offering blankets and overall it lacked the warmth and attentiveness I felt from servers every other time. But you know what - maybe it was an off night! I proceeded to STILL post on my food blog Instagram that this place is worth a visit. It encourages one of my friends to go for her anniversary night and wow, all I can say is that I am embarrassed and will NO longer be recommending this place. A few of her encounters - 1) The firepit does not turn on for an hour, they're freezing, they request a heater and the servers say they can't move one. AN HOUR in 30 degree weather with no accommodation before the firepit turns on. And then what? They're still charged the $10 firepit fee 2) They're offered a blanket for PURCHASE (which eight11 would previously offer for free use) and when it's the restaurant's own shortcoming that the firepit wouldn't turn on. Perhaps the penny-pinching, terrible service, and allowing guests to freeze is what's impacting the turnout 3) They order wine. My friend is drinking the wine and doesn't realize until almost done with her glass that there are CLOVES at the bottom of her glass. First, that's disgusting - was the glass not washed? Second, the server was not apologetic let alone offer another glass or take this one off the bill I am appalled by this experience at eight11. Yes, the food is good (minus perhaps dirty dishes?) and yes, the ambiance is cute and the place has potential to be what it used to be. But frankly, it's not anymore. Service is EVERYTHING and the downward spiral of this place is so disappointing. read more
