First, Oz was prompt, communicative, and quickly available. We moved into a new property and urgently needed several locks serviced. He responded to the quote request within hours on a Saturday night, and I didn't see the response until Sunday morning. He showed up the same day, on time and willing to work amongst several other services including a mover. Initially we just wanted all the doors re-keyed but Oz found a different solution, using a new lock/key set we installed ourselves and re-keyed the whole house with this new key--which we never even thought of! I just had a wonderful experience with Oz of LB Locks and Security. The lock on my front door wasn't working properly, and I wanted to get it taken care of before it became an emergency.
