We interviewed a number of contractors for our kitchen remodel when I was 7 months pregnant. During our initial meeting with David (Liran), we were impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. His quote came in second, and we decided to go with him for peace of mind, particularly because he was quite confident about the timeline, which was important to us. The crew (Flavio and Estuardo) that worked on our house were very clean, respectful, considerate and professional. I never felt like I couldn't step into the work zone for safety or health reasons. They worked hard, even on some weekends and through the holidays to meet the timeline, and they were always friendly and paid attention to the details. We got a load bearing wall taken out between the kitchen and living room and expanded the kitchen into the dining room. Outside of the permit phase, the entire project took about a month even during the holiday period, and we are so grateful to have the house ready before our baby! We are so glad that LB construction made it easy for us by being on budget and 1 week ahead of schedule. They came back even when the project was completed when we asked for final touches. We will hire them again for future work and recommend them to others. Thanks to Flavio, Estuardo, and David for being the best team we could have asked for. read more

We recently hired LB Construction to remodel our house. I usually don't leave reviews, but Roy and his team did such amazing work that I have to give them credit this time. The process started when my wife and I met Roy, our project manager, for the first time, and we spent more than an hour going over different ideas. What I liked most about Roy was that he always listened to our needs and was able to come up with great ideas that exactly described what we were looking for. Their bid wasn't the cheapest, but after the first meeting, I knew this was the contractor I wanted to hire to remodel my house. The scope of work included a 700 square foot addition, load-bearing walls removal, 3 bathroom remodel, and a full kitchen remodel. I don't have words to describe the quality and level of finishes these guys provided. The workers were amazing, always showed up on time, were respectful, and were easy to communicate with. What I liked most about working with LB was Roy's dedication to the project; he was always responsive and had the right answers for us. Our expectations were high but I wasn't worried for a second. They promised the project would take 3-6 months and they finished the entire work within 4 months which was beyond our expectations. We will definitely hire LB Construction again and we are grateful for having Roy as our PM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

We initially approached LB Construction trying to get a consultation for our long overdue bathroom remodel. Eran came promptly, mask and all, prepared to not only evaluate our current situation, but ready to get construction running immediately. Unlike other contractors, this approach was genuine and informed rather than just pressuring to get a contract signed. He was outstanding at describing the process and creating a definitive plan for the next 3 months of work. Once we confirmed the job, Eran and his crew moved effectively and swiftly through preparing the bathroom demolition around our living situation. As the construction continued, Eran guided us through the process of ordering aspects of the bathroom like the vanity, toilet, tiling, etc. Especially during COVID times, we deeply appreciate the guidance and patience his crew exhibited for our ordering. I'm very picky with design, so many of our decisions took longer than expected. The whole process moved through surprisingly quickly and was completed in the allotted time. I'm still baffled at the difference and craftsmanship of the new bathroom they built. It's now been about a month of use and the difference is jaw dropping. We could not be happier with our decision to go with Eran and his crew and are very likely to use their services in the future for other renovations. I want to give a special thanks to both Omar and Jugo who were exceptional in their professionalism and adaptability. Omar has diligently fielded all of our design requests and Jugo worked around item defects in some pieces we had ordered. Cheers and thank you for the amazing job! read more

Very professional and easy to work with. Good communication and resurfaced a bathtub quickly.

The kitchen in our 1908 Victorian apartment had received minimal improvements over the years. It was very small with only a few cupboards and very little counter space. We contacted LB Construction and Andrew came out and we decided to open up the wall into the dining room and remove the old chimney. He estimated a 5-7 month effort. Supervisor Jorge and his crew transformed the space over the course of 6 months and were great to work with. The cost of the project was quite reasonable. Below are before and after photos. read more

Small bathroom in a 3/1 bungalow style home in San Lorenzo. We were pleased to work with project manager Adi. Adi and his team delivered on all fronts. Here are the highlights, characteristics that were necessary to ensure project satisfaction. LB/Adi provided a solid/meaningful construction contract, punctual for all meetings, an actual start/finish to each work day, clean work site, crafts people who are respectful of our home/property, neighbors and neighborhood; quality work throughout the project with "check-in" at each milestone to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Adi and his team listened to our unique situation and delivered a quality bathroom ahead of schedule. We are grateful for the personable approach to us and a better than expected outcome. (pictures to follow....) Interesting/good to know as a consumer: we were asked to buy and have delivered all the materials to the property prior to the job start. In my past construction experience this was not always the case. However, this process expedites a project and works in everyone's favor. A big "Thank You", again to Adi and his team for delivering a great project! read more

Eran Mor and Raul were fantastic to work with! I called Eran in a pinch and he came through in a big WAY for me on paint and patch job. Eran was hands on, he was there everyday on the job site and always wanted to make sure I was happy. He also helped me to think longer term about projects I can do down the road. If I have any home project in my future these are the folks to go to highly recommend, A+ quality, delightful to work with, honest, on time the BEST you can ask for! I would recommend LB to anyone!!! Liran and his team came thru for us to remodel / transform our outdated kitchen: new floors, cabinets, new recessed lighting, closed off a doorway, and knocked out a wall to create a peninsula. They did this remodel in 3 weeks! Liran and the contractors were very respectful and attentive to every one of our needs. They even built a custom bookshelf underneath the newly constructed peninsula. Liran even cane with me to buy the correct cabinets at the store to ensure we got the order right and got a 20% contractor discount for him coming with me! Oh, and they were the least expensive estimate too. Check out the photos! read more

Thank you so much to Liran and the whole team at LB Construction & Remodeling. We were thinking to remodel our bathrooms for a while and our two showers were in really bad shapes, one started to have some black molds and the other shower door could not be closed properly. Now we have two great bathrooms with tile floors and two beautiful frameless glass shower doors. We are very very happy. This is the first time we do remodeling and we didn't know anything. Liran is extremely patient with us and explained the process in details and that made us very comfortable. we want everything to be perfect. So, we'd call Liran, whenever we had problems or concerns. The best thing was that he was very responsive and would always give us a straight answer. The LB team did a top notch job. They worked meticulously to keep our old bathtub and vanities intact. They also installed plastic and paper sheet to protect our carpet and hardwood floor and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. Over all their service is impeccable and we would highly recommend them and their 5 star service! read more

I have a duplex in SF that I needed to have revamped-a bit of structural and a lot of cosmetic. I called LB construction based on the good reviews. I set up a meeting and met with "the guy". He wore a bandana instead of a mask...okay, so I kept my distance a bit and made sure all the doors and windows were open. We went room by room with what I wanted done. He seemed like it wouldn't be a problem. It was odd because he mentioned that when he didn't want to work with someone he would give them a really high quote so that he would not be hired. I thought that was a weird comment and asked oh are you not interested in doing this project, he said "Yes, I am you're great, I only do that when I don't like someone", ummm okay? He leaves says he will send his bid in a day or two and a week goes by, not a word. I e-mail him and after a few e-mails I finally got my bid, which was insanely high. It was, literally 2.5 times what it should cost. So, can I take that to mean that he didn't like me and didn't want to work on my project? Talk about passive aggressive?! I e-mailed him back to ask why the price was so high and if he could break it down for me..I never heard back. I have better things to do with my time than play games with some passive aggressive contractor who, instead of saying that he doesn't think he would be right for the project, leads me to believe everything is great and they can start soon only to get the run around and a crazy bid with no communication. I can't even imagine trying to work with this guy. No thanks & I would not recommend him to anyone. read more

TRUE PROFESSIONALS!! 5 STARS PLUS!! AWESOME JOB!!! I contacted LB Construction in May for our kitchen remodeling project and they immediately responded. Eran was very instrumental in my decision to go with this firm. He clearly laid out his expectations and I was impressed with his clarity and determination to get the work done on time and within the budget. After we determined the start date, everything went as smooth as ever! Flavio was very instrumental in ensuring that the project was consuurcted on time. In addition, I have never met anyone like Flavio who was so meticulous in bringing concerns and anticipating problems, - that any issues we had, he made sure it was addressed. He is a hands down the best builder I've run into, not to mention he was a very friendly and easy person to work with. Eran made excellent recommendations and in the end, the kitchen is the center piece of our home! The bottom line is that both Eran and Flavio are people you can count on. This was our third remodeling project and I can vouch that LB Construction not only were easy to work with, they were dependable. The kitchen came out so beautiful that we enjoy just sitting in the dining area to marvel at the masterpiece! Thank you so much, Eran and Flavio read more

We contracted with LB to renovate our kitchen and our upstairs bathroom. David and his team did an incredible job, both in how they managed the process and the end results. David was very thoughtful about making recommendations on materials, colors and some design changes that helped open up the spaces. The crew had to remove old tile floors in both the kitchen and the bathroom, and knock down some walls. They also installed an oak floor in the kitchen, and added all new cabinets. The job was finished in a timely manner, and on budget. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their homes, particularly older homes which can add some special challenges! read more

I don't normally provide Yelp review but feeling the need to for LB Construction. We were in need of reconstruction our bathroom after a leak. Our previous contractor through our insurance was unresponsive and provided a long time timeframe of completion (1-3 months). When we reached out to LB Construction, they were able to get things started right away. From in person estimate to completion, it took less than a week! Lulu, our project manager was awesome! She worked with us through the weekend and was able to provide us with guidance. We can't stress enough on how amazing she is. Her communication skill is top notch. She provided us daily updates and pictures of the progress. Jesus, the crew leader, was able to accommodate us with the sooner than expected completion date. The team went above and beyond to run errands for us as well. Overall, we're really satisfied with the results and will definitely use LB Construction for future projects. Thanks again team! read more

David and his team did a phenomenal job on our guest bathroom. They not only did quality work on the construction, David communicated extremely well whenever we had questions throughout the process. They were clean and respectful of keeping the rest of our home as dust-free as possible since I was pregnant and we have a toddler. We were extremely impressed when they finished the entire job 2 weeks ahead of schedule!!! Contacted LB Construction & Remodeling for a complete home remodel. David the project manager who came by was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us with running the entire project including designing the home. This review is LONG overdue. We hired LB construction to transform an old pantry into a second bathroom last October. From the very first meeting, Eran provided the support and the knowledge needed for us to make the best decisions. As first time home owners, this was the first time we encountered permit delays and structural surprises ; Eran and his team were in constant communication and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Through the almost 4 month process, the LB construction team helped us re-finish original floors, add a tub to our master bath, update plumbing to bathroom and kitchen, iPads electric in our basement and so much more. We got to know the whole crew personally and I can't thank Romeo, Carlos, Alberto, Omar and all the other craftsman who made our old house feel like a home. The team at LB constructions takes pride in their work and dedicated their time to providing the highest level of customer service. You really cannot go wrong with hiring this team! read more

We of course in the beginning were very skeptical that we could trust LB Construction and Remodeling with such a large family bathroom remodeling project which upon signing the contract we would have to hand over 50.000.00 and this was only for phase one.It is every homeowners nightmare to get beat by a Contractor This is a 6 million dollar property and we need to make every penny count They finished the bathroom so fast I could not believe it. they exceeded our expectations. I had a very positive experience with LB Construction & Remodeling. The project manager, Lulu Sanchez, project manager, was adamant that we have all materials on hand before starting the project. LB Construction & Remodeling just did a whole-house renovation for us and I can't recommend them enough! First, I was blown away by how reasonable their quote was, and how the price didn't mysteriously grow the way it sometimes does with less credible companies. They said what they would do and for what price, they did what they said and came in on budget. That alone was refreshing. When it came to the actual work, the crew was amazing and professional. They worked fast, they cleaned up as they went, they were polite, and they kept us posted as to what was going on - what they were doing and why, and the workmanship was top rate. We had several people comment about the level of quality in the work that was done. I mean really top rate. Also, they helped us with a lot of the purchasing decisions and that was really a big help. They have great taste and were able to help us end up with something even better than we had hoped for. From the work in the bathroom, where they completely redid all the floors and did amazing tile work, to building all new cabinets and counters in the kitchen. All with the tasteful blend of a modern, yet classic look that we were hoping to achieve. If you need remodeling done, do yourself a favor and call these guys. You won't regret. I promise! read more

After nine years of talking about remodeling our kitchen we finally took a deep breath and went forward with it. We interviewed a couple of contractors and David stood out. David was professional and knowledgeable. We found him to be straight forward and not just agree with us about something just to get the job done. The decisions were always ours and it was refreshing to have someone give a perspective we might not have considered. David came in, looked around, measured things, and gave us the time frame and costs on the spot and he was spot on with both cost and time. Both reasonable. We worked with Flavio and his crew and they were always timely, polite, and thoughtful about being in our home. They were so kind they even let our dog hang out in the house while they were there and let him out if he needed to go out!!! It's been a few weeks since the work was completed and as we've lived with the new kitchen we've found the work to be exceptional! We knew it looked great but was it functional and of good quality? Yes, and yes!!! David and his crew were always very professional, responsive, and timely and I would absolutely use them again. Hmm, there is the bathroom that could use some attention!!! read more

I had flooding issues up with my downstairs room, so I decided to have a French drain installed. I called a few companies to come out and take a look. LB Construction was one of the companies I contacted. Dan, the project manager, came out promptly the following morning and we did a walk through. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and was very prompt in getting me a written estimate. Since the trenching was going to go through the flower bed, he was concerned and wanted me to make sure that my wife understood that some of her flower bed would be disturbed. The estimate he sent me was within a couple of hours, which was quite impressive. It was very reasonable, compared to the other verbal estimates I received from two other contractors. Dan brought his Forman, Jose, with him to double check and go over the scope of work, so we were all on the same page, before the job started. Within a couple of weeks, they showed up and started the work. At one point, Dan had additional guys to make the project go faster, so we would not have to put up with the disruption any longer then necessary. They finished in one week. Jose and his crew did a neat job. Since I have some construction background, there were a couple of things I brought to their attention and was corrected before the next phase was started. Overall, I am very happy with their work. I just hope this will resolve my flooding issues. read more

We contacted LB Construction in mid 2021 to request a quote for a kitchen renovation. We spoke to about four contractors at the time and were impressed by LB's vision, straight forward communication and pricing, past work, and the references I spoke to over the phone. This was the first major renovation we'd done on our home and it could not have gone better. Their estimates for all the materials we would purchase were spot-on, which was helpful in managing our project and the budget. David was wonderful to communicate with and had great ideas and vision for our space. Our crew, led by Omar, was excellent, professional, and a joy to see each day. They were very tidy, kind to our children, and made sure every single detail was attended to over the 6-week project. We did continue to live, and even work from home, during the renovation. They have a very high standard for their work and I continue to whole-heartedly recommend them to everyone I know considering any renovation. Thank you, David and Omar, for everything! read more
