We've moved for 3 months now, and every little detail is amazing! The quality of work is superb. I can't recommend enough, couldn't have imagined it coming out any better. Eran, project manager, and Carlos, onsite lead, was amazing to work with, trying to stick within our budget and work with our timeline. We had to pause for the longest time waiting for permits, but they were able to pick right back up when we go the approval so we can move in faster.

After. Materials are Kohler through Ferguson and Floor and Decor (tile and grouting) as recommended by LB.

We highly recommend LB Construction and our Project Manager, Adi Baron. We did a condo bathroom reno with a tub conversion to shower. Adi provided our second quote but we thought we should be diligent and seek out others - turns out we didn't need to. LB's pricing was very competitive. Several contractors wasted our time and didn't even bother to show up to provide a quote, even after aggressively trying to set up appointments with us. Very quickly, we appreciated Adi's responsiveness and thoroughness. He addressed all our concerns, guided us through the processes we would be going through (concept, permits, materials, and actual construction). Adi and LB's office staff were patient with us as we handled several administrative requirements and delays in dealing with our HOA (including various insurance requirements which involved some back and forth). Once work started, we had a dedicated crew that Adi oversaw throughout our project. The crew (Jesus, Luis, Jose, and Roberto) was trustworthy and respectful of our project and property. We are in a high-rise, which posed several logistical challenges, but the crew handled them with flexibility and a can-do attitude. They even had to set up a makeshift workspace in our condo garage powered by a generator. When there were issues, as will be the case with any project, Adi and crew lead Jose ensured our concerns were heard and addressed. We even had a follow-up item several months after they completed the project that we weren't sure how to address (buildup on tile grouting due to everyday use). Jose came by and explained the issue, fixed things up, and taught us how to address it going forward. The follow-up was handled with the same professionalism and quality service we came to expect. We're hopeful for the day that we'll have another project to work on with LB and Adi.

New bathroom addition completed. The quality of the work was good but I expected better...the rough-in plumbing wasn't executed to expectations. I don't know if the job was underbid but I felt like the project manager was playing "catch-up" and trying to run up charges for "change orders' excessively. I felt like I was being "shaken-down" a bit. The 4th of July yearly discount wasn't mentioned and that would have been nice if that had been applied. Roberto did very good work but one man cannot master all trades. The bathroom tile work was average. Several things were not completed to the highest level. Again, I expected better. The shower door was delivered and sat in my driveway for a week before they returned to install it. Maybe my expectations were too high. I did not enjoy working with my project manager but that could just be due to a personality mismatch and my own shortcomings. He did some "extras" at no charge but then was a hard "NO" or excessively high quotes on any changes. I repainted the bathroom myself in an hour, after we picked the wrong color, to save hundreds of dollars. A $1,000 charge to stuff insulation into an already opened up ceiling was ridiculous. I'm neutral on LB but would not recommend.

I worked with Adi to build a deck. The project involved demolition of the old (smaller) deck, building the frame and foundation for the new deck, installing cable railings, finishing the redwood with an oil stain, and installing a new patio door. The deck looks and feels exceptional! I enjoyed working with Adi. He has an eye for detail and made sure to present me with options so that I could customize each detail to my liking. I appreciate the ownership he took with the project, going to the lumber store with me, visiting the site almost every day, and ensuring everything was perfect before closing out. His communication was on point and we were able to finish everything within the projected 3-week timeline. I'm thrilled with the finished product. The new deck creates more continuity between the house and back patio, and the cable railings open everything up. I love the redwood's natural beauty and durability. All in all, I feel I got great value for my money and look forward to working with LB Construction in the future. So pleased with our bath remodel! The project was delivered on time and on budget. The work was coordinated, the crew showed up every day - which I'd not experienced with past contractors - and everyone was kind and patient. The finishes were great. David helped us select materials and helped in the design. RecommenWill use them again for future projects.

We highly recommend LB Construction and Remodeling for home remodeling. We've used them for several projects at our home this year - remodeling of two bathrooms, replacement of outdoor siding (including doors and windows), and painting of the whole house. We are impressed with the quality and professionalism of the company. The project manager (Dan Peretz) was very responsive to our questions and schedule requests (even on weekends) and helped us to find local resources to select the bathroom furnishings, windows and doors. He also took care of filing the City permits and inspections, searched around for matching siding (previous model no longer available) and worked with us to adjust scope to take care of unexpected items. Their crew (led by foreman Edgar) was on-time, flexible in working around our schedule and needs, and kept us informed of the work and brought up options for our consideration. They all acted professionally and cleaned up the job site well each day. The projects were all completed within cost and schedule - no surprises!

We have been delighted with the professionalism and skill of this company. We had been waiting years to get some renovations done, did our research, and were pleased beyond our best expectations. It started with a bathroom renovation, then expanded to an elevator removal and railing reconstruction at another property. That worked out so well that we expanded the work at our house into replacing our front doors and side doors, shoring up some foundation issues, and painting the entire exterior! There was no hard selling here. Dan, our project manager, worked with us to match our objectives and was cooperative when we scaled back certain elements of the projects and expanded others. Their pricing was competitive. The work crew was skilled, they were respectful of our wishes, and they cleaned up after each job was complete. The company was expert with local ordnances and expedited the necessary permits flawlessly. You can have confidence with LB Construction & Remodeling. They communicate well, have a wide variety of available services, and they will get it done.

I called LB Construction when I found out while replacing the window trim with dry rot that it extended deeper. Realizing that I needed a professional opinion on what to do , I looked up companies on Yelp and sought out bids After meeting Dan Peretz from LB Construction he clearly explained that they would do an exploration and no matter what He could fix the problem no matter how large or small. His bid was very reasonable and I felt secure that I was getting a very fair deal With demolition it was discover that the problem was bigger than anticipated leading to anxiety and stress for me but Dan and I worked it out. He was able to calm my fears with honest communication and it helped a lot .Over time I began to trust him as an honest contractor offering very reasonable prices. Lastly I decided to to replace the deck boards and again after getting multiple bids Dan at LB construction came in lowest by far and did a spectacular job see the photos

Dave's follow-through with communication was very disappointing for 1. receipts/invoice and 2. follow through with minor touch ups. The moment we paid him in full--which we did the same day the last work item was completed--Dave became largely unavailable. While Dave explicitly stated he would send the receipt the same day we paid, we did not receive it and we had to text him three times over 5 days. He finally responded to the 3rd text stating he will send the receipt "shortly." It still hasn't arrived 11 days later. The lack of transparency is particularly concerning because the final bill was significantly higher than the initial estimate; though the scope of work increased, we have no way to verify the final costs without an invoice and receipts. We also noticed that the area he painted after work was done had white patches. We requested him to complete the paint touch up. When Dave finally responded to our outreach regarding the touch-ups after 5 days and 3 follow up texts, he informed us he could not return for more than a month due to a busy schedule. When we pointed out that we had paid for a complete job to be finished in a timely manner, he told us he could "send us some money for a paintbrush if it's that much of an emergency" so we could do it ourselves. Given we paid in full, we still don't have an invoice, and the paint was not done properly, we are disappointed at his dismissiveness and lack of availability to follow through.

I've never had to use a Water Restoration service before so I browsed trusty Yelp and reached out to Fire & Water Damage. Glad fellow Yelp friend Karen W gave a glowing review! They seem to answer calls 24/7 and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Mike was main point of contact and gave us an estimate and scope of work. Basically, they had to tear out the drywall and insulation from the wet area, dry and dehumidify the area for days, and then put on moon suits and remove any mold. We were able to have 2 techs come on a Friday and then let the dehumidifier run over the weekend. We also had to tear out our upper cabinet since the top was damaged by water. On Monday, they came back to remove any leftover mode and patch things up. The total price came in well below the estimate, which is a huge plus. Very happy with the service and efficiency. If you ever suspect you have water damage from leaks, call these guys and get the problem resolved to ensure mold doesn't form or worst, spread. Note that their services are purely restorative - they'll dry out the water-damaged area and get rid of all the mold. You'll need to hire a plumber first to stop the leaks and then afterwards, a drywall contractor to patch up the holes with insulation and new drywall followed by texturing and painting.

Overall the experience was very good; Elijah and Bryan were super friendly and responsive. Eli was very patient and accommodating as we discussed several different potential change orders, from new windows to painting, to other misc. things that popped up. Bryan Luna was especially a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and proactivity to solve any little thing I mentioned was definitely the highlight of working with Prime. Their contracted electrician, Hector, was great as well. I also think they did a great job building out a cabinet to fit our freezer next to the matching fridge. Their master carpenter managed to salvage our existing wood to make it match perfectly. Definitely better than what I'd expect from even a carpentry specialty contractor. I will mention that it wasn't without some snags. Prime deals in volume so they're very busy. I think because I had delays in sourcing a freezer I ended up not getting a dedicated project manager for some time. We had timeline issues made worse with holidays. This caused cascading delays which inevitably pushed back my move in date a few weeks. When I finally did get a new project manager, they ghosted me (later on I found out they had a family emergency). Eli had to step in again to help. Another thing is that their pricing is quite opaque. The estimate will break down prices by milestones, but they repeated told me that it's not a valuation of the milestone itself. This made it nigh impossible to understand if I wanted to contract out specific pieces of the project (e.g. flooring). Design was OK. I felt that the designer was very busy. Sometimes very responsive (5min replies), sometimes not responsive at all (no reply). I wish I had a better, more thorough back-and-forth session about the intricacies of the design. But we made do. Ultimately, the designer made a render and helped point us to some vendors, but from there we had to make our own selection alone (cabinets, handles, pendant lights, faucets, etc.). I did appreciate her presence when we picked out countertops, though. All in all, I think this was a 4.5 star job, but I'm rounding to 5 because of Eli and Bryan :)

Overall, the project went well, and we're happy with the final results. Bryan, our foreman, was a strong asset to the project. Even though he was managing multiple jobs at the same time, his responsiveness and willingness to go out of his way to address our concerns made a big difference. Because we were home throughout the process, we were able to catch issues early and communicate them directly to Bryan, who consistently followed through to resolve them. What Went Well: * The tile and flooring subcontractors were excellent - their craftsmanship and attention to detail truly stood out. * Bryan, our foreman, was responsive to texts and phone calls, listened to our concerns, and made sure they were addressed. He even designed a bi-fold closet door for us, and helped pick up all the material to build it. * Bryan also took the initiative to handle several unfinished items himself, which we really appreciated. * The post-build cleaners were top-notch and left the space in pristine condition. * Throughout the project, everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous, and conscientious. There were no conflicts or issues, which made the experience comfortable for us. Areas for Improvement: * The timeline was a pain point. While we were originally told the project would take 6-8 weeks, it ended up stretching to 12 weeks. * The design process fell short of expectations. Because Prime's in-house designers weren't available, our design work was outsourced. We only received a full design package for the master bathroom. As a result, we ended up creating our own renderings for the other rooms to help communicate our vision to the team. That said, we were very happy with the design and material selections for the master bathroom they did complete. We just wish the same level of attention and design support had been provided for the rest of the project. * At times, resource availability was limited, likely due to workers being assigned to multiple jobs. This led to workflow inefficiencies and delays. Toward the end of our renovation, our foreman Bryan had to personally step in to complete several tasks, such as installing faucets, shelving, and baseboards. He managed to get it done in between site visits and meetings, which we appreciated, but it also highlighted a lack of available crew to close out the project. Despite these few challenges, the quality of the work met our expectations. We appreciated the team's effort and the final outcome.

Skill: They are truly skilled carpenters (Brendan, Zach, and Sam), which feels rare these days. While I don't do woodworking myself, I can certainly recognize and appreciate quality craftsmanship. In several areas, Zach and Sam came up with creative solutions to ensure water would not sit on the wood. They also discovered additional dry rot during the project and always consulted with us and obtained approval before proceeding. They worked non-stop--even in the cold!
