I guess the restaurant is trying to go a healthy route, which is cool but it also needs to be tasty. I'm not vegan or vegetarian but these "veggie focused" meals, are not really that, so it just ends up being disappointing. If you shrink your menu, that usually means you're doing so to ensure that the quality increases with a more limited menu. Not the case here. If you do come here, order the smash burger.
