I used their website to do a takeout order for a tuna melt on gluten free bread. Went in about 10 min later and had to wait, but loved getting to explore! So many cool sauces, wines, and other goods. I didn't try any, but have heard that they have some incredible sauces too. My tuna melt was great! The gluten free bread was sturdy and the toppings were generous and delicious. You can tell everything is fresh--the buns were homemade, the burgers are perfectly cooked, and the flavors just hit. The fries deserve their own moment--homemade, crispy, and so good we couldn't stop eating them. Service was just as great as the food. Andreas the bartender stood out--super friendly, welcoming, and constantly wiping down tables and chairs. You can tell he really cares about keeping the place clean and creating a good experience. Luchadora as the name implies specializes in these types of burgers but they also have burritos also. The smash burger that I ordered was The Pachuco. This was a burger with guacamole, con safo sauce, fried pepperjack cheese and grilled onions. Yhe burger was great! The picture if this burger made it a little intimidating looking with the cheese fried and coming out on one end but actually having it in front of you is quite manageable. We also got a large portion of French Fries and split them. The fries were excellent as you bit into them they were creamy in the center which is perfect. Dipping these in ketchup is of course great but dipping them in the hot sauce that is with the other condiments is very good too!
