I like to build my own sandwich with gf bread, of course, turkey, Swiss cheese, cranberry, avocado, sprouts, and mayo. Their pickles are delicious, as is the coleslaw so I choose both - denying oneself of either is not an option. I can forgo the chips, or add the as well. The service is always warm and friendly. Busy Saturday December 14th 2024. Extensive menu with many options of hot cold sandwiches and salads and a few desserts. I chose the 12" French Dip. Bread perfectly toasted good amount of beef of good quality. Not stringy au just maybe a mix but had a good flavour and not overly salty. Easily one of the most crowded restaurants in Anacortes and for good reason! There was a decently long line with pretty full tables, but there was plenty of seating and the interior was very cool looking. It took about 20 minutes to get to the front of the line before ordering. The worker taking the order was very friendly. I ordered a turkey sandwich of some sort with a side of chips. We have been thinking about coming here for years and finally made it today! It's a bit overwhelming to walk into on a Friday at lunch. We ordered a "some like it hot" and an Italian sub both 6". Pretty busy at lunch time, they do get the food out fairly quick though! They have a lot of delicious baked goods. I got the cheesecake, it's not as thick as you'd usually find at Cheesecake Factory. I also got a chocolate chip cookie which was soft and huge! As well as the panda cake, the chocolate cake and chocolate was a great convo but the white filling thing was way too sweet. I got a whole some like it hot sandwich and I didn't realize how large it was. I ended up eating just a 1/4 of it at the time. It was nice it was cut in 4th.
