Best coffee in Anacortes so delicious. They have authentic Turkish coffee and authentic Turkish desserts. The baklava are amazing so good and the best service ever. Leo Zaza Owner is the best.

Tasty Cardamom Turkish latte just to give you the jolt of energy for the rest of your day. Even though it's attached to the grocery store, they have a variety of drinks and treats for anyone to enjoy. Great service as you can tell they care about the drinks they're making for their clientele.

    Turkish black tea

The tea is delicious (tried both a pot ofthe Turkish black and then an oatmilk chai). The owner is really sweet and understood I just needed an hour or so of WiFi and tea to meet a deadline. I sampled the lentil soup and it's great. I didn't try any pastries due to nut allergy but they looked amazing.

I dare you to resist a Turkish treat

Delicious baked treats direct from Turkey, friendly and caring owner providing the service and super easy access. Perfect pre- or post-ferry stop or whenever you want some authentic Turkish/Mediterranean food and excellent coffee. Support local instead of chains and try something different from everyone else.

A lovely cardamom Turkish latte and the remnants of the best walnut baklava I've ever had!

DELIGHTFUL food, coffee, and pastries. The owner (Leo) and staff are very friendly and there is a large assortment of goodies. We enjoyed a cardamom Turkish latte, eucalyptus tea, fresh delicious walnut baklava, and amazing Mediterranean red lentil soup.

Very good and unique coffee experience. If you have never tried Turkish Coffee, made by a passionate Turkish man, you need to go here. You can tell the owner loves what he does. Is very kind and the coffee taste so smooth. Also, the baklava and other delicacies were

This co-op in Skagit is filled with healthy alternatives, fresh produce, and even a juice/coffee/snack bar serving up some delicious bites. I found a number of local products and beers to buy from the grocery side, and a mushroom sandwich. I cannot properly describe the deliciousness of this sandwich - you just had to be there. I also loved that the co-op's second story is filled with the most unique home and gift items you'll find. Everything is sustainable first, and they even have a decent book selection. It's a neat grocery store with fresh build-your-own sandwich options, bakery treats, gifts and trinkets, wines, and a lot more. We ordered sandwiches from the kiosk where it prints a ticket to bring to the counter. You can purchase other items with your sandwich, too. We had ordered two pineapple conchas from the dessert case for a post-lunch dessert. The veggies on the sandwich were so fresh it hit the spot for a light midafternoon meal. There is an upstairs seating area, it's really quiet and private. After we ate our lunch, we looked at some trinkets in the gift shop that's upstairs too. It truly has it all!

Type of cuisine: "Fresh" juices, and a variety of clean eating options. From their website: "big love is more than a juice bar, it's an invitation into a world of superfoods, beautiful ingredients, and fuel that treats you right. as a hyper local company, we are committed to fresh ingredients, local sourcing and sustainable practices that keep our community healthier and happier." And, "we use only 100% organic fruits, vegetables + greens so you get the most out of our juice. it's naturally delicious, raw + unpasteurized, never heated, treated or diluted with additives. we love our juice unfiltered - settling, color + flavor variation occur naturally because all the good plant stuff is intact: vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, pre + probiotics, phytochemicals, anti-oxidants + a healthy dose of fiber." Ambiance: Modern and simple. The exterior has a couple of tables with chairs for sitting outdoors, while inside hosts a small selection of swag for purchase, and an order counter. It seems the back has more space, but it's mostly covered by the displays up front. Pretention abounds, from the minimalist nature of the space, to the two girls (tons of eye rolling, annoyed glances at each other, and continuing their own conversations as we waited to place our orders) working on our visit. What I ordered: Celery Shot ($4) - celery juice + superfood - fight inflammation, support immunity, stimulate metabolism - ginger. And a Superfood Smoothie called Karma ($8.50) for the kids - strawberry, mango, banana, pineapple, orange + elderberry powder. What I loved: The smoothie was nice, like most any other smoothie. The celery, however, we were told had been juiced "a few days" prior and had already gone off, with a pungency that made even the lightest sip unbearable. The spiciness of the ginger was nice, but overwhelming in the shot. Why I loved it: It's a small shop that is just at the start/end of your trail walk between Fairhaven and Boulevard Park, making for an easy jaunt in to get a drink or food. Cost: High, Overpriced

When I brought up one example of a person who ordered explicitly after me had been served before me, they said she had ordered before me (the customer let us go in front of her because she was still deciding when we came), waited 40 mins (when we had as well), and they fulfilled her order because she cancelled another part of her order... - If you only have two blenders, why are you blending other orders ahead of mine? Very disappointed, especially as I had been 2 purchases away from filling up my rewards card with them and had not experienced treatment/wait time like this before. My friend moved to downtown Everett last year and is still exploring the area. She told me about…read morethe vegan joint nearby that she hadn't been to yet. We're both omnivores who eat a fair amount of plant-based fare for health reasons (I have allergies and intolerances, she's heeding doctor's advice). To be clear, this is a cafe, not a full blown restaurant. They serve luncheon fare, but it's a small operation so be either patient to don't bother - especially if there's a line. It's counter ordering with payment expected in advance. The tables closest to the window are a *little* harrowing because of the ADA ramp that leads to the door: the closest chairs can teeter down the ramp if the chairs are pushed back too far. Be careful. There are huge, regular, and small tables available. The biggest table is a little tricky to navigate for folks who want to sit in the booth side, but once seated it's quite lovely. I ordered the Pesto Pasta (involving zoodles: zucchini noodles) and a Sun Juice. My friend ordered the Grilled Cheese and Bisque. Please note: it's worth looking around this place while waiting for your food. You can conceivably get your own water, napkins and cutlery if you walk far enough along the counter towards the back of the restaurant. Back there, you may also notice a single-occupancy restroom and bins for bussing your own dishes. The Sun Juice arrived first, freshly blended, and was delicious. If that's what their juice is like, I look forward to exploring their smoothie offerings. My pasta arrived looking BEAUTIFUL on a bed of spinach, and smelled just as good. It tasted a teensy bit more of salt than I would've liked, but then I speared a sun dried tomato with my next bite and remembered that I'm not a food critic, just a happy customer. Although I'm not generally a fan of zoodles, they seemed to have the art of cooking them down pat: they didn't distract from the pesto at all. The bisque had an artful design of (coconut? cashew?) cream on top. My friend was delighted to note that it was a bit of spice to it: nothing challenging, but just enough for her to find comforting. Given the light and airy look of the inside and the rather rustic / flower-child look of the outside, she was not expecting that surprise. She was so impressed with the grilled cheese sandwich that she offered me a bite: we were both quite impressed with the "cheese" they used, as the item was listed as vegan on the menu. My friend kept whining that she's doomed, as they're close to where she lives *and* they deliver. Oh, yeah - poor her, indeed. Alas, alack, and so on.
