I love this place. It's always clean, personable, and relaxing. Mel does my lashes, and has been wonderful and flexible with my appointment schedule, changing the look of my lashes for events, and being friendly and attentive. All the ladies that work there really seem to love what they do, and make you feel special. I feel I have gotten a quality product, with minimal fallout, applied by knowledgeable professionals. This place is awesome! Katie and Mel are the best! They have been taking care of me for years now. I highly recommend this place for everything. Lashes are always perfect, and they have so many services available. They are super clean and friendly! read more

Owner and girls here sit and talk crap about people the whole time you are getting your eye lashes done. I was here twice and both times it happened .This is not a place to go for any services they offer unless you have someone also that you feel like bashing and you can then join right in. My lashes with Olivia didn't last four days and she wanted to charge me more money to come in to fix that. I am seeking a new place for lashes. Then they try to sell you scarlet laser sessions but have no photos of before n afters they have personally done for anyone. Suspicious to me. The owner is awful. And I can't imagine running a business the way she does. They are probably sitting there talking about me right now for letting them know I won't be back and what I thought ! !! read more

I've been going to lash and laser for a very long time now and I can't say enough about the great service they offer! Katie is my hero, Mel is my muse and Nicole is my therapist!!! And a special shout out to Alex, even though I only know you as sweet and handsome! This is a great place to get lashes! Trusted and true! Ignore all the negative reviews and see it for yourself! read more

I hate to give a bad review but this was the worst lash experience I have ever had. They used sooooo much glue on my lashes that they looked clumpy and cheap and ruined my lashes. I've NEVER had this happen in all my years of lash extensions. You lay in a room with other people and the person doing my lashes was talking across the room to another person the entire time. Felt like she was shouting in my face for an hour. Parking sucks. This place is a dump. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I absolutely love this place and the amazing women who work here! When I moved to AZ 3 years ago I had some very invasive surgeries- Which healed me, but resulted in me loosing almost all of my long eyelashes. I was devastated. After a ton of research and reviews, I chose a Groupon for Lash & Laser and decided to try it out. It was a complete game changer! I felt so beautiful and confident! Honestly, I think every woman should feel this way whether it's for a special occasion, or for forever like me !!! Since then, I have been getting my lashes done every few weeks and it is EVERYTHING!! Katie & Melanie are experts and true artists! My lashes are always on point and I get so many compliments! I love waking up in the morning and just being ready and pretty to start the day! These Lashes save so much time in the morning which means I can sleep an extra 20 minutes!‍‍ I also have had laser and facial services with incredible results as well. When I go back home to see my family and friends, they notice and compliment how great, polished and younger my skin looks. I see and feel such a difference and it feels wonderful! I am bummed I didn't do all this sooner! I have learned So Much about beauty and skin from Katie, Melanie, Alyssa & Tatianna- I feel confident saying that I am looking and feeling better & prettier than Ever! I am so grateful that I found this Gem and the sweet ladies here! I look forward to every appointment and I would 1 million% recommend!! read more

Total nightmare from beginning to end. Communication is terrible, so it becomes impossible to book an appointment. They NEVER answer the phone. You'll end up in a text thread a mile long that is anything but polite or customer oriented. But maybe they're busy enough they don't mind the burn rate. Also and maybe more importantly, I was uncomfortable in the salon itself. No one actually spoke to me, just to each other during several 2+ hour visits. The lashes broke off my natural lashes because they were too heavy. I looked ridiculous for about a week until they naturally fell off. I'm still using serum to repair the damage. read more

First, these were the best set of lashes I've ever received. They were fluffy and stayed on for months BUT I still won't go back. I thought it would be a med spa type of experience but it was like a nail shop where we were all filled in. The person working on me kept complaining about how she couldn't concentrate, didn't want to be there, didn't feel good ect. It was just very unprofessional and scary since she was working on me. There were clients and friends coming in and out and it was just very noisy. My friend loved my lashes. I was obviously hesitant to send him there but I gave him a warning. I see him again with fabulous lashes very upset. They were so mean to him calling him a diva and talking behind his back. I still haven't found a good lash place but I don't think I can come back here. read more

First visit scheduled night before had the option to choose or random I had the system pick for me as I wanted a 10am appointment for my lash refill I arrived on time was greeted and shown to my technician and she promptly went to work. My lashes turned out nice this was a fill as my usual technician who is a sole practitioner and out of the country and I just needed to get in before our standing appointment. I would say this was a good job overall but I definitely think that I'm spoiled by the quality of my technician as the lashes didn't last much longer then 2 weeks so my regular appointment was just in time. I would use again in a pinch. read more

I am also in dispute over the fees and service not received from this salon. I signed up for 6 areas to be treated (3 were monthly treatments x 8 visits, 3 were weekly treatments x 8 visits total of 24) I prepaid the $1100 fee and received exactly 6 total services over 3 weeks. I could not get anyone from Lash & Laser to return a phone call or schedule an appointment. First, I had to change an appointment to a different day, and Katie rescheduled it for later the SAME day, I texted back that it needed to be ANOTHER day. I texted four times additionally that week letting her know that no-one is answering the phones and no one is calling me back to schedule an appointment that has been paid for. There were exactly 7 attempts to reschedule without a response. Second, they were LATE for every appointment. Fifteen minutes after waiting in the lobby, I finally went out to the parking lot to wave at Katie who is outside in her car to say "HELLO, I'M WAITING" and she rudely implies in the legal correspondence that something is wrong with me as to why it mattered if she waved back? I didn't pay $1100 for her to wave at me, I paid for treatments! Hello, customer service? I asked twice to have the invoice and paperwork emailed to me which was never received, but I sure received the cancellation request to cancel the SAME day appointment, but no way to re-schedule another. Katie, I'm sorry that your mother was ill and it has been a hard time for you. Everyone goes through rough family times and have to function in a job or life and you do have LOTS of staff that could back you up, so the "excuses" were getting very old every time you drop the ball. It's a business and if you can't handle running it, then maybe it's okay to step away. You stated that you cared about all your customers, except the ones that can't get you to return a call? My recommendation is don't waste your money or your time! read more

They're all so sweet!!! Melanie is my lash girl, and Colleen is my phenomenal nurse! These ladies have helped me feel beautiful, every time. Melanie is great because I'm a troublesome eye water-er and she still gets them right every time. Colleen is the coolest sweetest lady and so informative and skilled at what she does. It's awesome because they also offer other services, like Botox, juvederm, cavitation and so much more. They have a flexible schedule and the best pricing for the quality service... but their nurse and technicians ice the cake. This is my new beauty home and I don't plan on going anywhere else. They'll even let you know via text if they're able to see you earlier, and confirm via text as well. They play the best music when you're resting, btw I'd completely recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome set of lashes, lips, skin treatment, and beyond. Thank you lovely people for being consistently awesome humans. Also, thank you Katie for being so welcoming and knowledgeable as well! read more

Decent lashes. Came here because I had a Groupon and decided to try it out. I asked for wispy cateye but she made them really dramatic. Idk if it was just because I have a lot of lashes to begin with and she worked with what I had or what but when I came in for a fill they looked more natural and what I wanted. read more

Getting my lashes done was a fine experience but they were not punctual with their appointment time for me and the scheduling process for a removal was the worst I've experienced for a medspa. I initially came here because I purchased a Groupon. I really liked how quickly the lash artists work (not rushing, just efficient) and feel like I'm definitely getting my money's worth as far as how they look and how long they last. I generally go between 2-3 weeks before a touch-up. It's clean and comfortable but if you're looking for a place that has more of a private feeling where you're in a room alone getting your lashes done then this is not the place for you. I don't mind the set-up but I've also been pretty fortunate to come at times where there was just 1 other person being worked on. It's very easy to schedule your appointment online and I like that they have after-work and weekend hours. I'll definitely continue getting my lashes done by Melanie! read more

Unfortunately I had to post this review due to the disappointing customer service. I had bought a 6 treatment service and then communicated with Katie via text about adding another service and she said it would be $100. To make the story short, Alyssa told me the service would be after the last treatment and I had to schedule a separate appointment. I had asked a few times and the same info was confirmed as I was trying to see if they could have both services within one appointment. Alyssa called me literally 15mins before the appointment letting me know that Katie told her it would be $350 and I cancelled. I requested to have Katie call me back. Katie never called, I kept texting her but nothing for a week, then she responds saying that the additional service needed to be the 6th treatment from my initial plan, which did not make sense and I was never told, even when I had asked!!! I requested for her to look into it or at least provide a better discount due to their miscommunication but got nothing back. Don't get me wrong, Katie and the ladies are really nice and I did add a great tip for them but unfortunately the owner was not responsive nor willing to honor what she had offered. This is my own experience!!! I'm all about customer service and ethics but unfortunately I had high expectations that were not met. read more

First time being at Lash & Laser I had a great relaxing experience getting my eyelashes done here. The environment was friendly, clean, and over all the staff were friendly, talkative. I was very hesitant trying out a new place do to prior bad experiences from other places I have been to. I expressed that I have had really bad eyelash experience from other places, I asked a lot of questions, McKenzie was great, & patient about answering all my questions. McKenzie is so sweet, very friendly, and took her time with me, she treated me as a friend not as a customer. McKenzie work turned out great, love my eye lashes. They didn't burn when I opened up my eyes, have received so many compliments. She actually took the time to explain eyelash care afterwards. Try this place you will be pleased if you have had nightmare eyelash past experience. I will be back definitely. read more
