But I did find out that they have far more options available online than what is displayed there. Prices, barring a sale, range from mid to high. I didn't find anything that called out to me that day, and I didn't have time to deal with online ordering, but I'll definitely check them out in advance for future projects. No appointment necessary, and they do have weekend hours.

Trying to keep a positive outlook, I walked into the store despite wanting to flee for my life. I kept thinking it would get better as I made my way through the store. Most businesses display their newest and best stuff at the entrance so that wasn't a good indicator but I was trying to keep a positive attitude. There were a few fixtures that might have been okay but mostly it was chrome chrome chrome. Just because an item has a 1k price tag doesn't mean it is good. I can say the store is clean because it would have to be with all that seizure inducing chrome. There is an elevated area in the back of the store with ceiling fans and garage sale style foldable tables upon which was junk for sale. I wish it wasn't junk but when you look at what appears to be stick on light strips, really what else can it be called? That was the entire store. It was nonetheless fascinating to peruse the store. Specifically, I was hoping to find bathroom accessories like cotton ball, Q-tip and toothbrush holders. Unfortunately, they did not have these items in store. We were greeted warmly and pointed to the part of the RH store we were most interested in seeing. Most of their bedding, sofas and drapes were in muted whites, beiges or off white. Off hand, I thought it would be the type of furniture and bedding Kim Kardashian would likely purchase. RH is not for the faint at heart with regard to price. Their pricing was a bit to rich for my blood. I do not remember RH being quite that expensive. They do have nice things.

The salesmanship and sincerity was totally lacking. My hubs and I were pretty bummed about the experience here. We came home, visited our local store and immediately 3 people came up to greet us, ask if we had any q's. 1 salesperson drew up our space, told us options on how different table shapes would fit depending on 8-10 people sitting. Asked about the colors of our floors, chairs we were thinking of, rugs.. etc. We got more kindness and helpfulness out of the 15min at our local RH store than this place. We definitely WON'T be back here to waste our time or our hard earned money. Management needs to run a basic customer service session at this location.

After the installation, we noticed that the shade was damaged and the fixture was a whole bubble off level. Upon closer inspection, the box had been damaged and repaired before it left the store. After some wrangling, the store agreed to return the product to supplier. Problem is who is going to remove the damaged light and reinstall the replacement light? Texas Bright said that it was not their responsibility for any removal nor re-installation of a replacement light. Texas Bright said that once the light leaves the store, it is the customer's responsibility. I have been a customer since 2007 and spent thousands of dollars. I will never set foot in their establishment again and I intend to inform our decorator. The staff exhibit an attitude and customer service is minimal at best. We swapped out our existing chrome faucets for gold hardware, and the difference is night and day. The previous faucets had a very sleek, almost Star Trek-ish look (a fun nod to my hubby, who is a serious sci‑fi fan), but they no longer fit the direction the bathroom was taking. Once the rest of the space came together, it was clear the chrome felt out of place. The new gold faucets align beautifully with the overall design and add warmth and elegance to the room. They tie everything together in a way the chrome simply couldn't. What felt like a small change ended up making a big visual impact, elevating the finished space and giving it a more cohesive, intentional look. If you're on the fence about switching hardware finishes, this is proof that even after the "big" remodel work is done, thoughtful finishing touches can truly transform the final result. I visited the store on Saturday December 2nd and the scent they vaporize into the whole store is absolutely overwhelming and probably dangerous for your health. 10 minutes after leaving the store, my lungs were still bothered by it, and I do not have respiratory issues. This is a hazard for their employees as well as for any sensitive customer. I have rarely seen something so powerful and unpleasant. Have these people never heard about the dangers of indoor scents, artificial or even natural like essential oils? That's too bad because I really liked the store. They have modern European looking furniture at reasonable prices and apparently decent quality. Think Ikea or Eurway, but better. I will go back if they fix the smell issue
