Stopped in for lunch , place was clean , cool, and Quiet. Took about 15 min for my sandwich and fries. Was a little shocked because no one as in line by me and the few people there were eating already. I think I'll call my order in for pick up next time. The sandwich was so good. Grilled onions , tomato and Turkey topped with cheese on a toasty roll. The fries on the other hand , not so good. A little on the dry / over cooked side. Standard & average pizza. Lots of screens for sports and nice folks at the counter. Very clean and great for groups.

What a hugely expensive disappointment. My $34 large margarita pizza was basically an undercooked slab of dough with very raw garlic and a lot of sliced tomatoes. It was not a margarita pizza. We order for pick almost every week and appreciate that the wait time is no more than 20 min. We want the box not to be closed to keep it crusty which typically works well. Margaritas are with heirloom tomatoes when it's the season and yummy! The basil is not that much tho and the manager always is happy to put on some extra basil for us:) read more

I use to love Lamppost but I think we are done. Our pizza didn't show up the last time we ordered and when I called the restaurant I got an excuse that was clearly a lie. No apology, no discount. I am having a hard time believing that before you begin to fulfill an order placed online that you MUST receive a phone call to verify the order? If that is the case, you need a serious system update. I've worked in restaurants and never heard of a system that would require a phone call to verify an online order. It eliminates the efficiencies the system is meant to provide. Regarding the email, if you have an info@ email and only have one person checking it, that is not a good business system. When you have a general mailbox, managers should be able to access it to make sure that all customer issues are being addressed in a timely manner. Especially when it's the email on your website. You are telling me that no one checked this email for a month? Feels like a lot of excuses here for poor service. read more

First time ordering here - I order a family meal (large pizza one topping and 12 buffalo wings) Price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. Order took about 15 mins to be prepared and cooked ( really good time for fresh pizza and wings) Staff was welcoming and provide great customer service. The wings- fully cooked and spicy (for me that is) my kid thought the spice level was perfect and wings were delicious! The pizza - half pepperoni half mushroom. This pizza is by far on my top list of 3 places to have pizza! The slices for a large were a good size and had the right amount of toppings on each side. The crust was perfect and the amount of sauce and cheese also perfect! Although it is a 30 minute drive to get here it is ABSOLUTELY worth it! My sister & I were staying in town last weekend so we came in for an early dinner. We ordered 2 beers $6.50 ea, and half medium Garlic Chicken, half Buffalo Chicken Pizza $30, and a house salad $7 at the counter, got a number, then sat down at a table. The beers came out which were both cold and yummy. The salad came out next, and had a mix of greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and croutons, which was delicious with the ranch dressing. The pizza came out hot, fresh, & tasty. The buffalo sauce was a bit too spicy for me but my sister enjoyed it. We ended up taking half of it home. read more

This place is a neighborhood treasure. Mike, the manager, is an awesome dude. We don't have a huge selection of restaurants in West Davis, so it's always nice to have Lamppost & their outstanding pizza down the street for game nights or impromptu gatherings. Great selection of rotating craft beers. We love the Whole Nine Yards on thin crust, with artichoke hearts, though really we haven't had a pizza here we didn't like. The Florentine's a good one as well. For our family of three, we'll typically pair a large pizza with the Greek chicken salad; the chicken on the salad is perfectly cooked and juicy. I was really impressed by this small pizza spot. My brother tells me he comes here often to watch the warriors games since they have TVs everywhere, there's great food and a nice lineup of beers. It can be hard to find since it's tucked away in the middle of a shopping center. Parking is plentiful and there is quite a bit of seating. We decided to order the house salad, Caesar salad, garlic chicken pizza and the whole nine yards. I liked how the Caesar salad came with some garlic bread. It was very tasty! The pizzas were AMAZING!!! They were SO cheesy and flavorful. My dad couldn't stop talking about how much he enjoyed the garlic chicken pizza (he's normally very picky). My parents both ordered a fountain soda too. I guess these sodas aren't the typical fountain drinks, but a specific special brand because my mom said she REALLY liked the soda and it surprised me because she only drinks sodas occasionally. My brother and his girlfriend loved their beers too. Overall, great place! Awesome service! AND great food! We will definitely have to come back when we visit Davis. :) read more

Visiting after last years Yelp Event. Was very excited to try some in my pizzas. As usual the location has a nice parking lot and is clean inside the venue. This is the perfect time to visit as they have enough screens for NFL and NBA games and you can enjoy some beers. This time I was just picking up an order to take home. The staff was very friendly and nice and gave good recommendations. We got 2 large pizzas. One was half Mediterranean chicken and the whole nine yards. The other large pizza was the garlic chicken pizza. Both sounded delicious and good quality toppings on them but some type of flavor lacked. It didn't have a taste that had me wanting to eat more. Not sure what is was not enough spice or the pizza sauce was missing something. I expected a lot more for the price as it is priced as upper echelon pizza chains. One of the best pizza places in town! I've been coming here since I was little for sports parties and birthdays. It's super family friendly complete with a couple arcade games and vending machines. It's a sports bar kind of place with booths and tvs always playing the latest games. The pizza is always 5/5!!! They have tons of great pizza options and you can't ever go wrong with a make your own. They are fast and always great quality. It's pretty dark inside but I think that's kind of what they're going for. I'd give a 3/5 for ambiance but you can always do takeout or sit outside!
