I initially wanted to do gutters only and he told me I was better off waiting until I was ready to do the roof also. So I waited a year and then went back to get a renewed quote. Tom honored the pricing on the original quote, even though it was a year later, was very honest with me about what I did and did not need (even recommending not adding certain improvements because it didn't work for my roof instead of charging me for things I didn't need).
