A table displays multiple Asian dishes: fried chicken served with rice, a fresh vegetable salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions, a noodle dish with vegetables and meat, and a bowl of soup. Beverages include a large yellow drink with a straw, a glass of tea, and a small cup of sauce. The table setting includes chopsticks, a pair of scissors, and condiments, with a green placemat underneath.

I've been hearing about this place a lot recently and they opened up a new location in Bensonhurst. It's listed one of top 100 best NYC restaurants so I was curious to try. It's Uyghur cuisine, which feels like a blend of halal and Chinese food. The interior of the place has a nice signature green and I loved the seating area in the back with its fake greenery. Most of the dishes said it had spices, so I assumed they were all spicy but the waitress said the dishes aren't spicy. Our waitress didn't seem too friendly even though the other ones in the front looked more welcoming. The lamb leg soup was good. I also ordered an eel sushi, which I thought would come as a roll but it was just one piece, which I thought was pricey for one piece. It was delicious though. The chicken shawarma was different from what I imagined. It was more of a crispy chicken than shawarma from a Mediterranean restaurant. It came with white rice and side bowl of salad. The salad was fresh and refreshing with tomatoes and cucumbers. We ordered two other noodles dishes, which I thought was only okay. The food is good but not something I would crave and come out of my way to try again.

Had the eggplant, Chicken Laghman, Moroccan Tea, cumin lamb, Fried fish. All were flavorful and delicious. The staff were friendly and hospitable. We also had desserts such as honey cake, chocolate puddings ( Strawberry and Dubai Chocolate), and mango mousse. One downside is that food is very pricey.

The image shows three ceramic plates with Asian cuisine dishes on a green placemat. One plate contains a vegetable noodle salad with sliced tomatoes, carrots, cilantro, and bean sprouts. Another plate has fried chicken pieces served with a small bowl of red dipping sauce. The third plate features a beef stir-fry with sliced beef, red and green bell peppers, onions, and other vegetables. A white teapot is partially visible in the background.

I've been seeing laghman express all over my fyp and in the NYT top restaurants list so I had to check it out! We ordered beef fried wonton, cold noodle salad, and beef laghman. The service was quick and the interior is bright and welcoming. The food was super flavorful and the serving sizes were large!

What an amazing restaurant with great food from Central Asia! Everyone is super friendly and our waitress Alina was awesome. It was our first time, so she gave us plenty of suggestions: We got: -Crispy eggplant salad: this might've been our favorite dish of the night. How did they get the eggplant so crispy??? -crispy beef wontons: while these were good, i think boiled would've tasted better -boiled manti: YUM. These were so juicy. Filled with lamb and onion. You have to get these -Guyurou Laghman: of course we had to try the famous hand-pulled noodles! They were delicious and the beef / sauce were really good too. Super tender. I think next time I would try the dry noodle dish -cumin lamb: the portion is huge. This was the only dish we said we'd skip for next time, not enough seasoning for us. -beshmarmak: another dish with boiled meat, noodles, onion potatoes: this was the Star! The meat was SO tender and the noodles with chili oil were awesome. Don't skip out on the Moroccan tea either - we had enough refills for the 4 of us and the flavors were perfect. The service was also amazing. The owner even came by to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Definitely try out this spot!!!

A ceramic plate holds several steamed dumplings drizzled with a sauce, accompanied by sliced red peppers, onions, and fresh cilantro. The dish is presented on a textured green placemat, highlighting the Asian cuisine focus.

Food: The food was delicious here! This restaurant serves Uyghur cuisine. We tried the stir fried noodles with lamb and beef as well as the manty (dumplings with meat). Both dishes were very fresh and tasty especially the noodle dish. I would recommend the noodle dish and would go back to try the other noodle dishes. The dumplings had a thicker skin which I'm not used to, but they're also worth a try. Service: Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also attentive and kept refilling our water. Ambiance: The restaurant is a good size and has seating for both small and large groups. The place is kept clean, and seating is spacious and comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant!

The food was incredible. Every item we got was delicious and flavorful. We got the: Dumplings with chili sweet vinegar dressing Smashed cucumber salad Dry fried noodles Stir fried lamb with cumin Spicy chicken with rice The food blew all expectations away and we loved it so much that we had to get dessert. Desserts consisted of honey cake (SO FREAKING GOOD) and mango mousse (also good)! We also got the fruit tea which was the perfect addition to an incredible meal.

I just ordered on dordash they make wait then restaurant cancel the order and i call restaurant girl with answering with attitude I am not buying free

A dining table with multiple plates of Asian dishes, including stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat, a vegetable stir-fry, and a plate of beef with vegetables. The food is tasty I meant to order the dry noodle but got reg noodle instead I wish they would make the photos a bit different on their menu it always confuses me . I was disappointed when I got the reg noodles I got 3 I wanted dry but missed the correct photo on the menu they both look the same . I asked for a change they said no .I wish they would've offered one it would've made my day or gave it to me for 1/2 off at least .other than that food is tasty .make sure you know the difference between the noodles bc the photos on the menu both look the same

Sushi and the raspberry dessert

So yummy!! I still dream about the dry fried noodles and the Central Asia mantis!! I've already gone back twice. The service is friendly and quick. The honey cake is also so good. The restaurant itself has a bunch of seating. Always go during lunch on weekdays and it's bustling with customers so I imagine it gets even busier around dinner. Only downside is parking is a nightmare but since it's close to my house I can always uber or walk.

Salad, beef noodles, and manty - The photo features a meal with three dishes: a fresh salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions; a plate of beef stir-fried noodles with vegetables; and steamed dumplings garnished with herbs and sauce. The dishes are arranged on a wooden table with a green placemat, and chopsticks are placed beside the food.

I recently went here with a friend who was visiting town. We ordered fried dough, samsas, a fresh salad, the dry hand pulled noodles, and manty. They were all delicious, though I will say the noodles weren't what I expected. Out of all the dishes, I'd say those were my least favorite. They weren't necessarily bad, but I expected a bit more flavor, though that could just be my misunderstanding of what the dish is supposed to be. The samsas and fried dough were my favorites. And I'd love to come again to try other dishes that caught my eye like the ones that included lamb. Overall, this restaurant is a good place to try out. The service was great and you received dishes very quickly. It was pretty empty on a Thursday afternoon. The restaurant itself was very clean and visually pleasing to look at. (I may be biased since my favorite color is green).

Baursak - A black bowl containing several pieces of fried dough, which are golden-brown and irregularly shaped, likely Baursak. The bowl is lined with a white paper or napkin. The bowl is set on a green textured placemat on a dining table, with a fork visible nearby. The background shows part of a restaurant interior with wooden chairs and a tiled floor.

A hidden gem spot outside the city but not a hidden spot in the neighborhood. This place is fantastic in terms of food quality and food flavor. I was blown away by the uniqueness of the cuisine. 127472/10 will go again and try more.

Guyurou laghman - A bowl of noodle soup contains thick noodles topped with beef, chopped vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, and eggplant, all in a red broth. The dish is served in a white disposable bowl on a wooden table, with part of a paper plate visible in the background.

I got mild spiciness for the beef brisket noodle and thought that was good enough for me (I can't handle spicy). My husband got no spicy and for me that felt very bland, though he liked it. The beef brisket was tender and flavorful. The coconut lava balls were crispy on the outside and had dripping coconut sago inside. Since we had so many combo meals from B's to C's, I was also able to try out the wings, the rice cake and sausage - I liked the sausage the best. For the drinks, my favorite was the passion fruit sparkling juice. We also ordered the braised assorted meats where my favorite was the pig intestines and the dumpling in spicy oil which was also good- not very spicy. The dumplings have shrimp it in - it's not on the menu but thought you should know. I've been here previously and had the beef brisket soup noodle and it was also flavorful so no disappointments there either but must say I prefer the sauce mixed noodle more!

I've tried the fish maw soup rice noodles, and the tom yum soup noodles - both have good broth, but the tom yum was spicy and hot in temperature, so it was hard to eat it quickly. My mom tried the Chicken Fish Maw soup noodles and thought the chicken was not of the best quality, so I'd avoid that in the future. They have set meals that come with a side and drink, but those limit you to three options. I got sold on buying the gift cards to maximize spend, so I have a few more visits. I'm looking forward to trying the dry noodles because summer is just around the corner!

To start, I ordered their matcha lemonade, which was super refreshing with a well-balanced matcha flavor. We also had the cucumbers with onion dressing, and they were delicious -- the dressing paired perfectly with the crisp cucumbers. The fingerling potatoes were buttery and flavorful, and we also ordered the curry wings, which were very good. The curry flavor was subtle and paired really well with the parmesan cheese, giving them a savory depth without being overpowering. For my main, I had their steak ramen, which was a collaboration they were featuring at the time, and it's probably one of the best bowls of ramen I've ever had. The broth was incredibly flavorful, the steak was cooked perfectly, the egg was beautifully seasoned, and the shoestring potatoes added such a great crunch. I'm honestly going to be dreaming about that ramen. I'd highly recommend making a reservation. This place is absolutely worth it.

One of the best bowls of noodles I had in any part of NYC. Comparable to my top favorite shops like Maxi's Noodle House, Golden Wonton King, and Sweet Wonton House. On my most recent visit, I watched the staff make some of their plump and juicy wontons. They use such a high ratio of shrimp to pork, which makes them absolutely delicious. I can't get enough of them. With that said, their beef brisket and noodles are no slouches. That's why I got a bowl of Wonton & Beef Brisket Noodle Soup to be able to taste everything I enjoy the most here. I'll be back asap. Btw, buy the wontons frozen and enjoy them at home.
