This place is great overall if you don't need to call then. Either you walk in on the weekdays or book your appointment online for Sat. If you do need to call them, good luck! Nobody will pick up your phone call no matter what time or day. Leave them a message and maybe Tina will call you back at the end of day or a few days later. Besides that, everything else is great. read more

I went for a walk in blood draw and was informed that they don't do walk ins, despite it being posted at the entrance. Staff was very rude. They sent me to another site they claimed did walk in draws only to find it closed (3:30 PM). That site's facility looked "well used" and not what I expected from a medical professional facility. My feeling was that I was only a source of money and not a patient in need of medical care. I do not intend to use LabCorp for any of my future medical lab needs. read more

Ladies at the front desk are definitely not nice. Poor and rude service to the incoming clients. Personally would not come here nor recommend to anyone if they have other options available to them. read more

Fuck this place; the front desk receptionists are bitches - there's never a reason to be harsh to patients that READ "WALK INS" online and drive there expecting bloodwork for their upcoming doctor visit. She lashed out at everybody - which were all Hispanics by the way. read more

The option to check-in from my phone was great! The doctor was great, friendly, fast, and efficient. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of lab work. read more

Can never get ahold of a person on the phone. If you like playing games on the phone and pushing buttons, this is the place to call.

Left screen up with 5 patient names and date of births. That's a HIPAA violation if I've ever seen one. I've blurred the photo but you get the jist. read more

No one really goes for bloodwork unless they have to, and I know the choice is often dictated by your insurance but if you are able to pick your lab, then I highly recommend you steer clear of this location. Appointments are really difficult to get, and without an appointment, at any time of day, you can expect to wait over an hour or two. Even with an appointment, the wait is easily 30 minutes. The facility itself is also very run down and pretty gross. The bathrooms for drug testing are not cleanly and you cannot wash your hands afterwards, they only offer use of hand sanitizer. Parking is extremely limited and difficult. On a weekday around 1pm I had to wait at least 20-30 minutes in my car until a spot opened up. Half the lot was taken by curriers for labcorp just sitting in their cars waiting around. Very frustrating when you're trying to get labs done. read more

This location is in a very rough area. It's very busy even in the afternoon. Only one person at the front desk. By 1:30 pm, they had a 2 hour wait and had to start turning away walk-ins. Most people left without getting their tests done to try another site. Staff is stressed from the high workload. They cannot handle a high patient volume here but do nothing to limit the walk-in's before it gets too crazy. I would never come back to this location. read more

Brought my parents (in their 80s) here for their blood test with fasting. We arrived 10 min prior to the appointment and followed the instruction to check in on-line, waited in the car due to Covid-19 cautions. We waited over 30 mins and i went in to the office and they told me their system was down!!!! Thank you for fake state-of-the-art high tech!! And I noticed all the kiosk stations are down as well. Labcorp is a great company but it need to step up with their network/computers/communications. The staffs are trying to do the best they can but they are overwhelmed. read more

There's no point in making an appointment when they never have " anything in the system" staff is rude been here more than twice and there's always an issue. Do not recommend this location 0/0 read more

Very slow, long waiting , had to wait for 2.5 hours . LabCorp is very bad. if your insurance allowed you to go to Quest, please DO NOT go to LabCorp. read more

I went to Labcorp in the Pavillion by St. Joseph Hospital in Orange. They prefer you have an appointment but do take walk-ins. They open at 8AM & I got there at 7:45AM since I was a walk-in. Sign in is super easy & the staff is very helpful & friendly. Only complaint with Labcorp is that it's hard to get appointments but since they allow walk-ins you can get around that. read more

Fast and easy. Love checking in via phone. Phlebotomist was quick and pain free. Would highly recommend. read more

Old lady in the front is a bitch. Their system was down and before I could even ask a question , she asked if I checked in. And when I gave her the same attitude she gave me, old lady rolled her eyes at me ! Go to another location. The doctor was also pretty rude. But nicer than the bitch who just sits and types all day. read more

The main Labcorp number said "no appointment needed" but I tried to make one online. First available for fasting blood draw was 3:00 the day before my AM doctor appt, so I went to the 1st St. & Tustin location. The outside area was littered with trash, including used rubber gloves. Every seat was taken and people were waiting in line. Three employees sat behind the desk chatting. No help for using computerized check-in. I left and went to the Chapman & Yorba location--an appointment only (!) location, thanks to Providence--but they took me as a courtesy. A worker helped me check in, but the lab itself seemed a bit chaotic and, well, tacky. My tech was chewing gum, blood tubes were stored openly on counters, paperwork was all over. No professionalism. A big step down from Quest. read more

I've tried this site twice. both times, the waiting room had about 20 people. I selected to wait in my car, then they're to text me when they're ready for me. that was just before my 2:00 appointment. got the text, then waited in the lobby for 15 minutes, then was taken back, only to hear one gal had an appointment at 1:00 and was still waiting and another guy had been waiting almost that long. I left at 2:30. Quest was always better! read more

I visited Labcorp for the first time today as a walk-in patient since I couldn't make an appointment in advance. I arrived at 7 a.m. on Monday, and there were many people ahead of me. Despite that, two friendly staff members were assisting patients with the check-in kiosk, providing wonderful service. The entire process, including waiting time, took just 25 minutes--unbelievable! The location was good, and the facility was clean and neat. Besides, the customer service was excellent! I had a positive experience, and I want to commend Mr. Luis, the staff member who drew my blood with great care and gentleness. read more

5 stars for this Labcorp location. I scheduled an appt online and was able to get a decent date/time. They sent a confirmation link and reminder to check in prior to my appt in the car and they will send a text when they're ready. My appt was at 1pm and I was able to get in upon arrival at 12:30pm. I sat for 3 minutes and a phlebotomist called me in and did my 12-panel drug screen within 5 min. He was so efficient and professional. I was in and out within 10 minutes before my actual appt. time. My experience today was great compared to Quest. Highly recommend. read more

I went to the LabCorp on the corner of first and Tustin Avenue in Santa Ana and I pray I never have to go there again actually I know I will never go there again this place was nasty I went into the bathroom to give a urine test and there was no soap no trashcan and the handle to the potty and the sink faucet were taped up in red caution tape it looked like a crime scene in that bathroom when I confronted them they said that was there drug testing bathroom and that I should not have gone in there well they should tell people that before they go in or at least come on have a sign on the door and since when don't people that are getting drug tested deserve the respect of soap and a trashcan and a clean bathroom The girl I spoke with had nothing but a lot of excuses read more

Check-in: kiosk = easy Chilled in my car for 15 minutes and then I received a text to come in. Staff was kind, patient, and courteous. My phlebotomist was Rose Marie and she was super cool and personable. My veins are small, roll, and I was a bit dehydrated. After one good try- Rose Mary explained that she would have another phlebotomist assist. I was pleasantly surprised that Rose Marie was wise and caring enough to make this decision. In my experience, I've been poked over and over until a phlebotomist was desperate for help. Teresa came through. She was efficient and kind. She got three vials and completely distracted me. Great experience for a blood draw. I will stick to this location. Also, I saw Teresa assist with a tiny 5 lb infant and I thought she was she kind and respectful to the mom. read more

I had to fast for a blood test and I mention how hungry I was . The Asian guy (in the front desk ) just started eating cookies and said " hmmm cookies" while laughing It made me feel very disappointed. The staff did help me with some issues I had with my stat blood test but overall it was a 3/10 experience for me read more

Very quickly lab work done. Very courteous and professional staff. I go here often for all my lab needs for work.

They do not use mobile check in as stated online. Came 15min early checked in and waited in my car due to COVID precaution notification online. By the time my appt came I decide to check what was going and where I was in the queue. They said their system is down and the lady chuckled like she knew patients would not be able to check in online! Waited over another hour for appt. Do NOT use online check in save yourself some time check in in person. I spent 2 hours for a scheduled appointment! Doesn't make any sense to me how having a scheduled appointment and you still have to wait 2 hours?! read more

Do not go to this place unless you have 2 hours to waste. Had an appt and had to wait. There was at least 20 people ahead at me, even though I showed up early. Front desk is super rude and lies about the waiting time. Only one person working in the back, he works really slow. All the people waiting Had appointments and still had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. People were frustrated and cancel their appointment. I decided to leave. Frustrated since I haven't eaten to only waste time. Place also looks dirty. Things were not clean as they should. Never going back. read more

I've come here for two blood draws in the past month and both times the initial technician had trouble getting the blood to flow. Then when calling someone else comes over to help, they say "I know what I'm doing" and it flows. Shouldn't they all know what they are doing? Covid is over, time to get everyone trained up. read more

The people who work in the front are always so friendly, however the first time I went in for a test, the tech could not get my vein in either arm and was just moving the needle around. I was trying really hard to stay calm and eventually she did get it. I went in for another test today - front desk people are still great!! - but the tech was visibly frustrated that she had to help me, barked demands at me, and removed the needle in such a rush that it actually cut my arm. I removed the gauze 30 mins after my appointment and my arm was still actively bleeding and it is bruised. Just unpleasant testing experiences. I've been to other LabCorp locations with fewer issues, and I recommend trying a different location from this one if you are able. read more

Wow. This place has reached the ultimate horrible customer service. First 5 seconds of the interaction the lady gets up in the middle of my sentence and says "hold on" and walks outside and start talking to the previous customer.... Omg. Why even start to help out the next customer if your going to interrupt them and walk away from them. Then she starts rushing me to check in on the website with a shooing me in an away ward motion. After looking at her with puzzelment, I say that I saw that you dont need an appointment and if she can check me in. She then asks if I am getting bloodwork when I respond urine they both start to yell at me to come back at 1. The two older receptionist working on a Thursday morning 10/17/24 were extremely rude and both of them started yelling at me because I asked why and then they start yelling at me because I brought my daughter. I said its ok I can come back and just leave her with her dad. They then started yelling at me to come back at one because they are no longer taking urine tests at 10:30am. After I said it was fine, they started repeating themselves as if I was arguing with them. Why did they have the need to be so confrontational when I calmly communicated? I have no idea. That why I am posting this review. I have never felt to discriminated against in my life. This is my first time doing a drug test for my nursing program I start next month, never thought I would be treated like garbage. They must of assumed something else, either way it was extremely unprofessional and people that treat other people like and get paid for it should be terminated. read more

the lady on the front desk is not considerate. would not let anyone ask a question. has the worst attitude. don't ever come to this place.

Amy was the most amazing phlebotomist I've ever encountered. The only person who I couldn't stand in the whole office was a gentleman named Fernando!. I give a 5 star review for thr good service with Amy. However Fernando completely gives off such negativity and rude demeanor towards the staff. read more

I've been coming her almost every week for a year to get my weekly bloodwork for my chemo done. They are very friendly, if you are friendly. Everyone has an off day, but they are usually very nice and helpful. They have some very good phlebotomists and don't leave bruising and don't miss the veins. My only complaint would be, since it's a man LabCorp hub, in the afternoons their vans will the parking lot. They park in all the "Patient Parking Only" spots. Stop your employees from doing this! I've got cancer, and some of your other patients have other severe illnesses. Although I can walk a decent distance, some patients can't and we shouldn't be made to walk a long distance when your employees park right in front of the building. read more

I've been setting appointments at this location for my mother, my sister, and my brother for at least FIVE YEARS! Literally, over 50 appointments during that span. The staff has always been prompt, friendly and courteous. I would say that at least 95% of the time, the appointments have started on-time or before the scheduled time. The remaining 5% of the appointments had maybe a 10 minute wait (at the most). There are a LOT of walk-ins at this location that the staff tries to fit in between the appointments... but if you don't have an appointment, expect a long wait. Making an appointment is DEFINITELY the way to go! read more

I have been here twice and both times have been a great experience ! All the staff are friendly including the lab technicians. I had to get my glucose testing done since I'm pregnant and everyone was super friendly. The check in process was easy and I was seen a few minutes after my appointment time. They did not have a paperwork from my doctor and we're very patient while I called my doctor and had them fax my paperwork over. This location is also clean! Would definitely recommend ! read more

Lindsey and Nemo were great! I went to the Huntington Beach labcorp and they were unable to find a vein in my 7 month old. So I was sent here and they found it instantly. They made it seamless and were so good with my baby. They put my anxiety at ease. Thank you! read more

One of the worst experiences I've had getting labs done. Front office is unprofessional and condescending. Their website isn't updated, so people would come in with the same questions. Wait times without an appointment we're close to 2 hours. I'll never come here again. read more

Came here to get drug tested for my pharmacy technician job. Didn't make an appointment, but it didn't seem to matter for those who did - we were all signed in and had to wait. In the waiting area. Walking in, it was a little confusing as to where to go. There is a front desk but also there's a few sign in kiosks. I signed in at the desk then had a seat then came back to give my info and then went back to my seat where I waited for over 30 minutes. The whole process seemed kind of disorganized from my point of view as some people went before others. I had to remind them about my presence before they promptly brought me to the test. The administer was courteous and kind and gave clear instructions. I was in and out of that part relatively quickly. read more

I'm currently at a LabCorp in Burbank which is a huge disappointment so far. But this LabCorp moves fast in comparison. I was in at 1:15 on a Monday. I could have been out by 1:35 if I didn't need to redo the drug test and sit there waiting and drinking water. But that's my fault. Some people are friendlier than others, but that's always the case in life, wherever you go, whatever you do. Everyone who came in after me was also out pretty fast - unless they made the stupid mistake of flushing the toilet. Or they had to wait for their doctor's office to call back. I'd much rather come to this location than where I am currently. This place was easy to find as they have their own building and free parking lot. read more

I was at this location two days ago for the first time on my appointment and it was fast. This place is by far the biggest lab. You can easily walk in without appointment. It was empty on Monday. My phlebotomist was fast & nice. I was in & out within less than 20 mins. The only reason I don't give 5 stars was because the bathroom is a bit messy. Trashes were full, surrounding looks old. After all the visit was pleasant; I would go to this location for my blood work from now on. read more

They poked my daughter many times and couldn't find the vein. Do not go here for pediatrics.
