This was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I show up and get checked in. No issues so far. I wait for about 2 hours from check in as a walk in since the nearest appointment wasn't for a week out and this is a required drug screen for my employer. After my wait I get called up and told "we've done too many tests today so you'll have to come back on Monday". Keep in mind this was at around 2pm I was turned away but they state that they accept walking until 3pm. Absolutely ridiculous and who would have know that the lab can't run many lab tests or hit a "quota" for the day. As I was waiting, in case someone doesn't show up, I saw another gentleman be turned away for the 2nd day in a row due to the same "quota" being met. Highly do not recommend it's an absolute mess and waste of time. read more

BEWARE: WALK-INS MAX OUT EARLY. I tried doing an employment drug screening, but they maxed capacity 2hrs before closing. The worker then told me to go to the Long Beach walk-in location and assured me that they'd accept me there. HOWEVER, after driving all the way to LB, they told me they also maxed out. I tried calling Tustin and Long Beach before driving out but no one picks up the phone. I'm not upset that the capacity maxed out. I'm upset that the worker wasted my time telling me to drive 30min to a different location and assured me that they'd accept me when I specifically asked if that location can max out also. The LB location told me that the Tustin worker had no right to assure me of this and they couldn't help me. Lesson learned: never show up without an appointment because walk ins are impossible. And book your appointment early because they're booked out 2+ weeks in advance. read more

I had a great experience here because of Raj! He was friendly, helpful, and professional and always with a smile on his face. Thank you Raj for making my experience at LabCorp great! read more

My local LabCorp closed during Covid. I was surprised to find LabCorp services at Walgreens. They break for lunch hours but they take walk-ins. I'm not sure if waiting in line will get you in a timely manner but make sure you use the tablets to scan your ID and check your insurance to check in. There was a line of 3 people but the staff called out names to help. Once I was called in, the lab tech checked my insurance for coverage and proceeded to draw my blood. She was careful with finding the right spot to poke. I'm used to getting poked a few times before finding a good vein. She got it in one try. She wasn't too chatty just went about her business and the whole process was done quickly. The station was cleaned and wiped down between patients. read more

I've brought my family here twice and both times Breanna took their blood, she's such a gem! Very nice attitude and efficient when it comes to finding veins. Bloodwork can be a scare and she makes it such a breeze! I actually booked the second blood draw at this location hoping she would be the one to draw blood and she did. She's great! read more

Lab corp is located inside Walgreens I made appointment and thought It would be so convenient. It doesn't matter if you make an appointment they go in order of check in. There were so many walk ins with no appointments. I would have gone to lab where appointments are priority. I waited over 1 hour. No service anymore. read more

I have made an appointment for my mom at this location at 8:30 am. I drove far away to this location because the appointment, however , when we arrived , we were told it's temporary closed today . No one send us email or contact us prior this appointment . Mom was nothing to eat x12 hours. We had to go to 100 N Tustin location, as walk in, we waited 2.5 hours over there. This is really bad. Please do not go to this location. read more

Today was my 2nd time coming to this location because they closed the one in Orange that was closer to me. I'm also still working at home so not going to my other usual spot in Newport Beach next to my office. Both times I've been in and out quickly but did have an appointment for each. What I really like about this location is the staff, they are super friendly and professional. Today I had a newer person drawing my blood while the other did the paperwork etc. while also helping the new person out. Both had great personalities and chatted with me the whole time. I'm not afraid of needles and get tests a few times a year but for someone who is nervous the demeanor of the phlebotomists here would help calm them for sure. I wish I wrote down their names because they both deserve kudos for being genuinely kind individuals. Even when I go back to my office soon I'll be coming to this location for my blood labs. read more

Beat staff well organized Raj is the Best, he is kind and always helpful . Very clean facility

The previous labcorp location usually had people who were typically in a dour mood which made me feel like I wasn't welcomed. Since I moved to a different place I wanted to find a labcorp that was close and convenient to me now that gas prices are high. Lo and behold here is the spot with great service and very friendly staff. The person who took my vials asked me how my day was and had a great attitude. I'm glad this location exists and I hope they continue to have great employees here. read more

It's not just them it's all labcorps. Each location has different hours and different scheduling requirements. Most of them close at two for some odd reason and are closed during lunch hour. Gives you small windows and there's no one you can talk to you when you call, you just get an automated message. They also have different hours for different services so really check the hours for your location and service ahead of time. I don't see why they can't uniform and synchronize a little. Such a pain. I showed up at this location rt before closing time and they wouldn't take me...and with total lack of sympathy. read more

Second time here and still fabulous! this time was helped by Raj and he was just wonderful! My mom has small veins and always suffers when getting a blood draw. He had to try two different places to get enough blood for the sample. Afterwords my mom said she did not feel a thing. Raj was super kind and patient. We used the walk-in service and we were in and out in maybe 45 minutes tops and mom likes to chat with people...would highly recommend this place. I thought the first time last September was a fluke but no...this place is THE place to go in this area. read more

I needed to get blood work and good lawd this place is amazing. With all the absolutely dookie Labcorp locations across Orange County (and everywhere else tbh), it's nice to have found this location where the staff don't look like they wish they were dead (not a good type of person to trust with needles). No receptionist and easy check in through a kiosk or on your phone. Prompt service. Kind professional people and a well lit non depressing and soul sucking environment. It was worth the extra drive and I'm never going to a regular Labcorp or any other non-hospital lab again. It's usually really hard for people to find a good spot to draw my blood (idky tbh) but the person assisting me took their time and got it right on the first try. I really appreciated this because nobody likes getting stabbed with a needle 3-6 times in one bloody setting. Pun intended. Don't think twice, the choice is yours but you can have it the hard way or the easy way. read more

I've been to this location the last two times I needed bloodwork and I will definitely be coming back! The staff is so nice and patient. Raj drew my blood and it didn't hurt one bit!! He is super friendly and understanding!! I shared with him how it had hurt before and he reassured me the reasons and made me feel better! They have the best attitude hands down at this location! read more

By far the best Labcorp I have been to. I came on 12/16/21 for an appointment at 10:30 and the women helping me were nice and efficient. The blood test took no time at all and left me without any bruises. read more
