There was a lady in the front that had an attitude and was not positive which affected the experience however, Jose really went above and beyond. He helped push my wheelchair and even brought in a boot and called other clinics to see if they would be able to take my insurance. Unfortunately they do not have imaging at this urgent care so if anyone has laceration issues, do not come here. I felt really cared by Jose and he went above and beyond for the service. It really made the experience bearable since I do not like hospital settings.

The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. I was treated by Dr. Allan L. Chan, who took the time to carefully listen to my symptoms and thoroughly examine me. He paid close attention to the details, clearly explained my diagnosis, and walked me through the prescribed treatment and medications. What stood out most was his genuine concern for his patients. He let me know that if the copay for my medication at CVS was too high, I could call the office and he would gladly prescribe an alternative that was more affordable. That level of care and consideration is rare and greatly appreciated. The check-in staff were also very kind and welcoming, which helped make the entire experience even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who gets anxious about medical visits or is looking to be seen within a reasonable amount of time. The two ladies helping me with that process were great, they were very helpful in explaining things. I was seen quickly, within 10-15 minutes of my arrival. Sergio helped with taking my vitals and noting my symptoms. He repeated my blood pressure test after the first one was pretty high. He encouraged me to relax in between and breathe deeply. Of course, the second reading was better. He was very professional and compassionate! I saw Dr. Victor Nekrasov, who did a thorough examination and discussed the symptoms I've been having. I felt that his questions were good, and I did not feel rushed at all during my time with him. He prescribed a few meds, and I was on my way. They confirmed which pharmacy I preferred, and I opted for CVS located across the street. I was encouraged to return to the clinic and/or follow up with my PCP if symptoms did not improve. It was a very good experience overall, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this facility to others.

I came early Monday morning around 9:30am so there wasn't a lot of other patients yet, and I was helped quickly. 5 mins in, I got called in by the nurse who took my vitals and conducted an EKG test on me. She was very friendly. Then she left me in the room to wait for the doctor. Took about 10 mins. The doctor was also very friendly and really took his time with me, didn't rush at all, explained things in detail and answered any questions I had. I felt like he really cared. He then sent me to get a blood test done and the tech I got was also so nice and gentle. Hardly hurt at all! Very kind staff, excellent service and that's coming from someone that used to go to Kaiser. I say they are equally as great here! And total cost was only $40! Came here for some arm discomfort I've been having and the care couldn't have been more straight forward. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Easy check in for first time patients. Place is quiet and extremely clean. Ample parking. +10,000 points for a front and back office staff that are probably the sweetest people I've ever encountered in a medical setting in my entire life. Your office employees are your patients' first experience and honestly make or break the feeling of care given. Highly recommend this location for any urgent medical needs.

I came in specifically because I was feeling unwell and suspected a blood sugar issue--especially since lab work from a different clinic the prior week showed a fasting glucose level high enough to indicate diabetes. Despite explaining this, the Physician Assistant (PA) dismissed my concerns, told me I "didn't fit the profile" for diabetes, and ordered a thyroid panel instead. Three days later, the support staff called to tell me they lost my blood sample and needed me to come back in. When I expressed frustration that they lost my sample for a test I didn't even ask for--while still refusing to run the metabolic panel I actually needed--the staff member literally hung up on me. I only returned the next day because it is within walking distance of my house and I was having the same feeling again, wanting to get to the bottom of what was happening. While the PA on duty that day was attentive, she ended up sending me to the ER for my blood pressure. After waiting four hours at the hospital, the ER doctor confirmed it wasn't an emergency at all. To top it all off, I received another call from the urgent care informing me that they did eventually run a metabolic panel, and my A1C and fasting glucose levels are, in fact, indicative of diabetes. Between the PA completely dismissing a patient's concerns, the staff losing blood samples, and being hung up on, the lack of professionalism and competence here is alarming. Go somewhere else.

I came here because I needed a TB test for my employer, and the entire experience was disappointing. When they administered the TB test, I was bleeding afterward, and they didn't offer me any gauze or even a Band Aid. Everything felt very rushed. When I asked for gauze, they simply told me they had run out. I was instructed to come back either Thursday or Friday by 12:30 p.m. to have my TB test read. I returned on Friday at 12:00 p.m., checked in, and was then told they were leaving for lunch 30 minutes earlier than their posted lunch time. I explained that I was only there to have my TB test checked, but they still told me to come back after lunch. By the time I returned, the acceptable timeframe to have my TB test read had expired because of their delay. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I would need to get another TB test, pay an additional $25, and come back again on Monday, which wasn't possible for me because of work. The entire situation could have been avoided. It was handled very poorly, and I won't be coming back. (If you need a TB test)I highly recommend going somewhere else, like Urgent Care Pros. They were much more professional, welcoming, organized, and the facility was much cleaner. Save yourself the frustration and avoid coming here for a TB test.
