This is my first Labcorp experience, having only ever gone to Quest. It was AWESOME! Knowing they are new, I took a chance and went sans appointment around 10am on a Wednesday. 1. NICE STAFF - I am beyond tired of irritable, rude, medical staff. Be NICE - it's a stressful situation and you are in service - PERIOD :). 2. EASY automated CHECK-IN, IPad situation (staff support :)). 3. IN AND OUT - I waited under 10 minutes from start to finish. 4. FRIENDLY - The Phlebotomist was kind, communicative and pleasant. 5. Overall a great experience even for a silly eye irritation 10/10 Highly recommend!

I had a very frustrating experience today…read more I was scheduled for an appointment at 12:00 PM. The office was aware that I am currently injured, on medical leave, and experiencing ongoing back and knee pain. When I arrived, I was told that the provider who was supposed to see me had left for lunch, and I was asked to sit and wait for about 30 minutes. I find this very concerning and disrespectful to patients. People come to your office because they are not feeling well. If an appointment is scheduled for a specific time, the provider should either be available at that time or the appointment should be rescheduled in advance. Even though I was initially told the provider would return in about 30 minutes, I was ultimately seen about an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. It felt like there was no consideration for the time I was asked to come in or for the fact that I was in pain. I would appreciate an explanation of why this happened and what will be done to prevent this from happening again.

Your office employees are your patients' first experience and honestly make or break the feeling of care given. Highly recommend this location for any urgent medical needs.

The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. I was treated by Dr. Allan L. Chan, who took the time to carefully listen to my symptoms and thoroughly examine me. He paid close attention to the details, clearly explained my diagnosis, and walked me through the prescribed treatment and medications. What stood out most was his genuine concern for his patients. He let me know that if the copay for my medication at CVS was too high, I could call the office and he would gladly prescribe an alternative that was more affordable. That level of care and consideration is rare and greatly appreciated. The check-in staff were also very kind and welcoming, which helped make the entire experience even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who gets anxious about medical visits or is looking to be seen within a reasonable amount of time. From start to finish, my experience was positive, efficient, and reassuring.

The two ladies helping me with that process were great, they were very helpful in explaining things. I was seen quickly, within 10-15 minutes of my arrival. Sergio helped with taking my vitals and noting my symptoms. He repeated my blood pressure test after the first one was pretty high. He encouraged me to relax in between and breathe deeply. Of course, the second reading was better. He was very professional and compassionate! I saw Dr. Victor Nekrasov, who did a thorough examination and discussed the symptoms I've been having. I felt that his questions were good, and I did not feel rushed at all during my time with him. He prescribed a few meds, and I was on my way. They confirmed which pharmacy I preferred, and I opted for CVS located across the street. I was encouraged to return to the clinic and/or follow up with my PCP if symptoms did not improve. It was a very good experience overall, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this facility to others.

If the facility stops accepting patients before the posted closing time, that information should be clearly communicated. The hours appeared to indicate that the facility was open until 8:00 PM, but I was told they close at 7:30 PM and were no longer accepting patients. When I walked in, there were two women at the front desk. One did not acknowledge me, while the other looked at me in a very unwelcoming manner and, in a rude tone, simply told me, "Come back tomorrow. We open at 8." I completely understand that staff may have policies regarding when they stop accepting patients, and I have no issue with being told that the facility is closed or no longer accepting patients. However, there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that to patients. Something as simple as, "I'm sorry, we are no longer accepting patients for tonight. We close at 7:30 PM. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would be happy to see you tomorrow when we reopen at 8:00 AM," would have made a huge difference. Patients come to urgent care because they need help, and they should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope the owner or management sees this feedback and takes the time to address how patients are being greeted and treated at the front desk. Better communication and customer service would make a significant difference.
