The same feeling carried through with the rest of the staff as well. Aside from Lynn, the overall tone felt cold, and there was a strong emphasis on memberships, supplements, and additional spending. I completely understand that clinics need revenue streams, but the pressure to spend money seemed to take priority over making me feel cared for as a patient. I left very appreciative of Lynn's care and professionalism, but wishing the rest of the experience had felt more patient-centered and less transactional. Unfortunately, I thought they really cared about their patients. I came in in the month of April to get liver scan. I was told that it wouldn't be performed until I paid my past balance from August and October. When I asked for the reason, the receptionist told me it was for the IV treatment. That was a year ago, they had sold me into believing that I would only pay a deductible and my insurance would pay the rest. They were very pushy into getting additional service while getting the IV treatment. Although I denied any additional add-ons to the IV bag, I was still hit with a bill a year later. They claimed that my insurance will take care of it, I paid the deductible and the $25 additional charge for the mixture. Now a year later they tell me I have to pay this, Bill. If they would've given me the option to get IV treatment out-of-pocket I would've declined. I enjoyed coming here, however, this is not ethical and would not recommend this business to anyone anymore. read more
