This is the second time wasting my time in this dump, I was send here to have a drug test for new work, got here the first time at 3:30pm they said that they are not able to help me because they need to have me here 1 hr before they close,I said but there's no one waiting. Fine I left and came back today at 3:01pm they said no you have to be here one hr before we close, I said is 3:01pm not like I got here at 4pm. They advertise that their hr of closing is at 4pm, they should said is 3pm. If I had a choice I would never come in to this dump. read more

Came in for a pre-employment screening thinking it would be blood. Turns out to be urine. I didn't have enough because I had gone about 30 minutes before. I'm told I can either wait or call my employer & explain the situation. The person that was helping me had to go with another patient & left. I couldn't gets hold of my employer so I tell the guy (no name tag) & he says well we're seeing the report that says you failed. For having someone say he can help you I don't think she knew that this was out of his capacity because all that came out of his mouth was "its expired. We're sending the report that you failed." Pretty much telling me too bad. The receptionist just had this blank stare as I'm trying to get an answer from him. No help from the front desk. The lady helping has been nice. Everyone else boo!! read more

Had a male nurse hispanic male with glasses "help" me. He had no intentions on helping me and was ignoring me. When I tried providing the paperwork he was asking he just walked away and left me at the desk. read more

Rude, horrible, dirty. I had to drive to Tustin to get a drug screening for a nursing school. My appt was at 3:00pm I arrived at 2:50 with my two sons ages 8 and 10. The first thing Tina says is "read that sign" you can't have your kids here while you do a drug screening? I was like "why" she points to a sheet of paper. The sheet of paper she pointed towards had hours of operation and nothing about kids. One of the techs explained nicely that they aren't responsible for my kids which I totally understood. But there was nothing online nor on the automated recording. I ended up having my kids sit in the car while I went pee in a cup . I usually go to quest for everything and I will continue to use quest over lab Corp. read more

No one looks forward to getting blood or drug testing, but I found (after several visits over the past two years) that LabCorp in Tustin has become efficient even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Check-in with your drivers' license and wait (unless you scheduled an appointment--which will save you time). I came at 7 a.m. and was 12th in line. Took about 30 minutes to get it and get blood drawn. The phlebotomists at this location are the nicest and most professional I've experienced. read more

I've been to this location twice now & I have to say that everyone here is so great! I came in on a Saturday where they had to turn people away who didn't have appointments, which was a little confusing because their website clearly states that it is APPOINTMENT ONLY. It's possible that others were misinformed from other platforms, but when you are in need of a service and your time is valuable, you would that think that you would set up an appointment via their website. Anyways, my husband and I have had no issues here and will continue to go to this Labcorp for future services! read more

Super busy, minimum of 45 minutes waiting time, registration equipment not installed yet.

This location is my favorite. They are very friendly and I've never had to wait very long so I don't make an appointment. I've only been in for lab work ordered from my doctor but it always runs very smoothly. The taking blood process is quick and I've never had any bad experiences with any phlebotomist. read more

Honestly, after reading these reviews, I can't believe it's the same place I've had the complete opposite experience at - twice. I've taken my 89 year old mother with Alzheimers there. Once with an appointment and once without. Most recently, I was there and Theresa was at the front desk. She was so kind and caring and went out of her way to make suggestions to make future lab work easier for me with my mom. I have found them to be very nice and professional. read more

The wait is long and they only do drug testing 3 hours out of the day. If you bring a child with you, they will refuse your drug test and be very rude about it. read more

This place is awesome! Ask for Jaime. He has the magic touch. Every time, and I don't know how he does it - I don't feel a thing!!! A go here for all of my lab work needs. The best. read more

This is a positive review for Tina. I called in today to make sure I was set for my appointment. She was very kind and helped me with a seamless check-in when I arrived. I was in and out of there quickly with no fuss! Usually places like this have a rep for bad customer service and long wait times but Tina was very pleasant. I appreciated her positive attitude amidst this difficult time. Thank you Tina! read more

If there were zero stars I'd give this place that. I attended on April 12th at came before the 7am opening time. The woman checking everyone in was extremely rude and yelling at folks. They take 20 minutes to check in a few people. There is also only one technician at this time. I am one of the first couple of people and it is 730am and still no one has been processed. There is no customer service here at all. If you can, avoid this place at all costs. Especially if you are fasting, you will likely be seen closer to 8am. Horrible experience! read more

This place is horribke. Not enough places to sit for the amount of people they get. They are not very helpful with patients. Their tone with patients ia that of annoyance. They need compassion training here, a lot of elderly patients and nobody to help them. Their check in system is a joke, even if you register, you might not be in system. All in all this place requires better patient service. Would not recommend read more

This lab is nothing short of gross. Dirty and unsterile. The phlebotomist tell you how new they are before they stick you and don't seem to know the basic order of draw. When dealing with people's health they should be more mindful. read more

I set up an appointment to have my blood drawn at 11:15. I arrived at 11:15, checked in, provided my paperwork, had my blood drawn, and I am out within 15 minutes. They were quick and efficient. read more

Had an excellent experience. Came in at 10:00 on a Wednesday. Greeted by a cheerful staff member waited about 10 min. and done. A nice touch was they use an adhesivee wrap to hold the cotten ball inplace when she was done, instead of piece of tape. read more

Great facility and friendly staff. Just a FYI this place is APPOINTMENT ONLY on Saturdays!

I have been coming to this lab for three years now. It's conveniently a five minute drive from my house. I do make appointments at this facility, and I am ALWAYS in and out of there on time. They have never not met my appointment time, and for that I am thankful. I am a very hard stick and have to drink a few glasses of water for anyone to be able to draw blood out of my veins. Although some of the reviews say the people need a hug or don't smile, I don't care if they don't (it's probably because every patient there is not conversing with them either). They've always been professionally pleasant. I have a go-to person there who I request because she is able to draw my blood with one try. Theresa (gets my 5 stars - 10 if I could give them). She's a gem, does a great job and I would be lost if she ever leaves. She has her procedures down pat and has me in and out of there quickly. I totally appreciate her and hope her supervisors are reading this review. I have had good experiences at other LabCorp facilities, but this one is the one I've been sticking with because of the convenience and Theresa. read more

They don't honor appointment times and this is frustrating when you have to make the appointment two weeks in advance for the next available time you need.. read more

The ladies at the front desk are rude, they don't help what so ever. They look annoyed all the time, the wait is horrible especially when you have rude receptionists. Don't even bother asking any questions you won't get a nice response. read more

People here must hate their jobs !! Front desk is not friendly whatsoever ! The nurse that completed my lab test was the only one who was nice . Thank you for that!! read more

I went in there yesterday to get testing. The place is VERY CLEAN, but I would appreciate if the receptionists were a little friendlier and not moody... The nurses/lab workers were VERY VERY sweet! I don't like lab work (especially the sight of blood) but one of the lab workers helped me conquer my fear. I opened my eyes and saw 4 tubes and she said "It's okay hun, look! Almost done.. yay you did great!" :) read more

It's a good lab and i didn't have to wait long time, they are really fast, professional and friendly.

I had a great experience here last week walked in signed in 3 minutes they called me went right back with no apt I never felt the needle and I am a huge cry baby at 54 due to lots of strokes and heart issues even at the ER they cant get my blood with out at least 9 tries so this was so amazing for me and the staff were great so try it here no Blood Suckers just caring people read more

So, the front desk people could use some coffee or a hug for sure... Not very friendly and just not happy to be there. But, the person who drew my blood was very nice, courteous, hit a vein the first try (i'm a hard stick) and did it all with a smile.. read more

Went here this AM for blood draw & urine sample. I arrived at 7:00 and the place was packed! Because my paperwork had my insurance info on it, I didn't think I'd need my insurance card, too-wrong! The girl at the front desk offered to give me a one-time waiver if I was in the system, so I took a seat to wait with about 25 other people. After about 45 minutes, I was called up to the desk and told that they couldn't waive me through because it was my first time there. I had fasted for the blood draw, etc, so I hadn't eaten or even had my coffee yet, but I decided to drive home, get the insurance card and return since I only live about 10 minutes away. What made me mad was that I waited 45 minutes to find out that I wasn't going to be able to be seen. Perhaps there was a more efficient way to find out if I was "in the system" (like looking me up to see or asking me if I had been there before). It was a waste of nearly an hour of my time. When I returned with my card, I was happy to find out that I had not been crossed off of the sign-in sheet and luckily only had to wait about 5 minutes before being called back. I am a huge baby about medical procedures, doctors, exams, etc, so was a little nervous about the blood draw. I always like to mention this to the phlebotomist so that they take whatever precautions might be helpful in getting me through the procedure. The girl that drew my blood was named Liz and she was extremely understanding and gentle. She calmed me and used a small needle and a butterfly to extract the needed sample and I was soon heading home for my late breakfast and coffee. Despite the initial inconvenience (polite term here), the staff was friendly and efficient. read more

Do not come here. The girls in the front are rude, especially the one with redish hair and glasses. They scheduled me to go in knowing they did not have my doctors orders. He faxed them over a week in advanced and when I arrived they didn't tell me right away that they didn't have them so I waited for nothing. Maybe they could of called me before I went in to tell me to not make the drive if they didn't have the paperwork instead of wasting my time. I had tried calling myself a few days ago and the phone system they have is shit, it is an automated machine that is useless. Another reason why I'm giving them one star is because this facility looks dirty, and ghetto. Will not be coming here, I will have my doctor send me to another lab, one who is actually reliable, professional, and on top of their appointments/patients/paperwork and can communicate with the patients and doctors. read more

Arrived at my 9:30 AM appointment 5 minutes early to be courteous. Checked in and they stated they would be right with me. The kiosks were broken so they had a clip board with only 1 pen not being cleaned/ sanitized after every use (mind you were in a pandemic.) Around 9:50-10 they called me back up to the desk for my lab slip and insurance card. Provided documents to the front desk. They stated the phlebotomist would be right with me. While I was providing documents I heard the other front desk lady tel a patient she has very illegible handwriting and she could not understand her (very loudly). About 15 minutes later they call me back up to the desk advising I have a co pay (which is normal nothing out of the ordinary). While reviewing the charges I saw they were missing 3 panels my doctor ordered. I had advised the front desk lady that these labs were missing, she first stated no and started reading off all my labs I was being tested for (mind you I'm getting tested also for STDS and she is yelling HIV, chlamydia and all that stuff) which is a total HIPPA violation.. She after say oh wait your right there are 3 panels missing. I wait about 30 more minutes and it's pretty much almost 11:00 1.5 hours after my original appointment. I finally get called back and they say they will be right with me. I wait another 15 minutes and my phlebotomist was with me. She was actually very nice so props to her probably my only good experience throughout my visit. After they ask me to go pee in the cup, the bathroom had no soap, and pee all over the floor. I leave my sample and walk out to my car. I than realize the front desk lady never gave me my updated bill as she had made a mistake. I go back in and she argues with me very loudly saying that she gave it to me and I was wrong probably for 3 minutes straight. I had advised her she made a mistake and she had never gave me the updated bill. She than says wait.. opens a drawer and hands me the bill and says "sorry" in a very sarcastic way. I thank her and leave very politely and she does not say anything. Horrible experience. read more

Went there for blood work. The vibe there was weird didn't feel anything like a doctors office. The nurse or tech that drew my blood was friendly. Facility was pretty dirty to be honest and the parking lot was super full. I parked down the street and had to walk over. read more

Don't trust this place. They did lab testing on me and they gave me false results back. I swear the one who was running my results was not doing their jobs right. I was so LIVID when my provider called about the results, I would rather keep my situation confidential; I'm an honest person and would like to WARN ANYONE that wants to send in their blood sample, stool sample, stool culture, etc to this facility. I'm wondering if it's because of the health care that I have (medi-cal) that they see me less of a person? Unfortunately I'm not able to afford a PPO insurance because I'm not blessed enough to have my parents pay for all my sh*t, and if I were to purchase a PPO insurances I wouldn't be able to buy groceries, pay for gas, or pay for my rent. Or I'm guessing the one who was working on my samples probably got all C's on his/her tests scores while going to school. Yes, I am gonna talk sh*t because apparently the results I feel were 110% WRONG and I'm pissed that they overlooked the EVIDENCE! For example, imagine being 6 months pregnant with a noticeable baby bump, and then you took a pregnancy test just for reassurance and they say no you're not pregnant. That's what I feel like right now. Please, whoever is reading this review you know your body better than anyone else. I would avoid this Lab Corp because they do a half ass job. read more

Came in at 8am and was out in 20min! It wasn't that busy, and Marissa was very painless, kind, and thorough - which I appreciated :)

Absolutely the worst the worst the worst location ever. Extremely rude blonde lady in the front desk. She yells at you in a loud voice - most unfriendly lab Corp ever. I was a few minutes to my appointment and I told her I was stuck in traffic I'm sorry - she look at me and said "really, stuck in traffic?!" I was shocked and told her you are don't have to be upset like his. She completely ignored me and didn't say anything. I'm really upset and never have been treated like this for an employee that drug screening. read more

Went in to do a drug screen. Not even a great welcome ... It was a "hey are you here for a drug screen or blood work." I checked in for drug screen and waited. Knowing there were 3 people ahead of me I went to go buy a drink down the street because I was dehydrated from the gym. Came back and waited. Several people went by and so I asked if I was next. The receptionist said that if I had gone outside and so I said yes. She said well that automatically gets me crossed off the list.... The office clerks we're very rude and uninformative. Stay away. Go to another labcorp. read more

This place was fast and friendly. Mika was so funny & they were all so experienced. They didn't give me any trouble at all. Usually, one might think that these facilities are filled with rude people who just do the bare minimum. But while observing, they talked to every patient as if they knew them. They were all professional. Yes, sometime they have to keep a straight face; but regardless, they get the job done. Having that rapport with someone taking care of you is just a bonus! read more

Very slow service today, in the past when I have come they are pretty good... but waired for about 45 minutes today with an appointment....

One of the rudest receptionists ever. No greeting, no eye contact, no smile, no obvious interest in the people who are coming in for services. Once you get past her, everyone is fairly friendly and efficient. The facility is average. Very little wait time. Don't know that this will be my choice for annual services again. read more
