I ended up calling and was told that Chester was providing x-rays but that the wait time would be extra long because this location wasn't doing them. Literally the worst; par for the course for Quest Diagnostics. I make an appointment days in…read moreadvance and call my doctor's office to get the lab order sent over. I show up early, even in fog. I digitally check in, while walking to the waiting room from the parking lot. I get the text "you will be called soon, head to the waiting area" - Fantastic! I'm already in the waiting area. I proceed to wait for 20 minutes, my name is never called. Finally, because there is zero reception, that person has been replaced by an iPad. Sad but true. I ask the next employee who opens the door. She says, we already called you. I tell her that I have been there since checking in. She says "Well, I don't know what to tell you." and then says I can keep waiting until they can call me. I had another appointment and had to leave. This is the second time I tried to use Quest Diagnostic and had a similar experience. And the attitude is just the cherry on top. It's blood testing, not rocket science, and they just can't get it right. Oh and if you think they have a phone number or any type of way to hear from you as a customer. Forget it. They don't.
