We transitioned over to Dr. Deltoro-Diaz and I was very appreciative of the type of care she provides. Since a teen I struggled with weight issues and even had weight loss surgery 2001, so when I had to move to a new doctor, all of the unpleasantness came into play. I always hated when a doctor would not listen to what I am going through but with Dr. Deltoro-Diaz, she listened and talk through it all. Besides my doctor, the staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. It wasn't until recently that one of the staff just didn't seem motivated to answer some questions I had regarding my insurance and authorizations. I have found this with Dr. Bhardwaj. I never wait more than 20 minutes to be seen. I can call and be seen usually within 24 hours. All the staff are friendly and efficient. On my last visit I explained to the doctor that I will be out of health insurance in the next month. I explained I had researched my medications costs out of pocket and found one would cost me over $400 a month. After several days, you still need to call the office, if you can get anyone to answer the phone to make the appointment. Send an email - no response. Communication is not very good.
