After several days, you still need to call the office, if you can get anyone to answer the phone to make the appointment. Send an email - no response. Communication is not very good. The front staff were efficient, nice, and friendly. We did not have long to wait--actually, barely finished the paperwork before they called us back. The doctor's nurse is SUPER. Friendly, attentive, and fun. Got all of the information in an organized way. Dr. Yamin is efficient, organized, yet warm and with good bed-side manners. She was attentive to details, asked the right questions, and was clear that she wanted us back in two weeks to go over blood panels. We are very pleased and greatly recommend her and these offices.

The only semi negative thing i can say is that you should expect a wait regardless of your appointment time. This is because they spend a lot of time with each patient going over the visit. I always leave feeling heard at this doctors office as they take time to actually listen to what is going on and discuss treatment options. Never have i felt ignored or disregarded by them.

Dr Del Toro-Diaz was determined to find out what was wrong. Within two weeks after I saw her, she diagnosed what was wrong and treated it. After 9 months of being sick I was back to normal.
