Dr bakers office review…read more Well, my cardiologist doctor dasai suggested I go to this doctor Baker's office however they do not even let me have an appointment with Dr. Baker until I see people in his office for a year. the first appointment the first few appointments I had with was with a nurse practitioner not even a real doctor by the name of sophila turner, NP I went there because I had a really severe headache on the right side and was getting really dizzy. She referred me to Neurologist and gave me medication for dizziness. The dizziness was horrible. She checked my ears and again all these doctors know how to do is write prescriptions for drugs went to the neurologist. He said it was nothing went back to the nurse practitioner. She cleaned my ear it still hurt really bad; had another doctor from the office come in did a deep cleaning in the ear. Instantly the pain went away. Dizziness went away and I was fine. The downside is in that month that I was insanely dizzy and kept falling over off the couch everywhere I severely hurt my left hip to this day over 2 1/2 months later I can hardly walk my left hip. I'm waiting for the results to the MRI. I was told that Dr doesn't work there anymore or nurse practitioner so far. I am not happy at all with this office. Now the person I'm seeing he ordered test because of the results of my blood test and he is nothing with the results of the thyroid test. I'm losing my hair. I asked for something to be done about it three times and he just ignores me so far I'm not at all happy with this office. I have an appointment finally with Dr. Baker because it's going on a year. I will see him in October; so we'll see what he finally has to say. I don't know the reviews on him. It's not that good either. Keep your fingers crossed and we will see. Thank you for listening to this very long review.

I cannot speak to the quality of care provided by the doctor, but my experience with the front…read moreoffice staff was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I scheduled this appointment months in advance as a new patient and even called a week beforehand to confirm everything. I was told that new patient paperwork had been emailed to me, but I repeatedly explained that I had never received it. I asked multiple times for the paperwork to be resent and even requested it through the patient portal, but the staff refused, stating they were unable to resend the email. The staff stated they had been trying to call me to confirm, but my phone records prove this wrong. Instead, I was told I would need to leave work and physically pick up the paperwork, and that I would have only 30 minutes to get to the office and fill the paperwork out before they closed for the day. They also stated that this was the only day they would accept the paperwork. I found this incredibly unreasonable and inconvenient. To make matters worse, despite having called a full week in advance and making multiple requests for the paperwork to be resent, they informed me they would cancel my appointment because the paperwork had not been completed. This was entirely due to their inability or unwillingness to provide the forms after repeated requests. Most medical offices simply ask new patients to arrive 15-30 minutes early to complete paperwork. Requiring paperwork to be completed a week in advance and then canceling an appointment because forms that were never properly provided were not returned is, in my opinion, excessive and unacceptable. Again, I cannot comment on the doctor, but the front office experience was frustrating, unaccommodating, and far below the level of professionalism I would expect from a medical practice.
