I decided to leave because if the treatment at the front desk was already that bad, I didn't feel comfortable continuing in the back. Management seriously needs to do better when hiring and training employees. People come in already stressed, especially with children, and no one should be treated with disrespect while simply asking for help.

The only issue is trying to get through to someone live to speak with about an appointment can be a little hard. Once you get in everything is great. I had to have a procedure on my heart but unfortunately it wasn't cooperating with the test so I wasn't able to have the scan. The nurse was great and very sorry they couldn't"t do the test.

At one point they lost all my blood samples because their blood refrigerator malfunctioned and all the samples whet bad. It set me back many months of progress. That's unfortunate error but no one's fault really. What really bothered me about this business charged me an additional $500 for services not referred. I emailed back and forth for a long time with them and got the run around. They never resolved it on their end and I was stuck with an extra bill that should've never happened.

Checkin was easy at the monitor, My wait was only about 15 minutes. The friendly lady that drew my blood was nice and gentle. She did a good job. No pain and I was out of there within 20 minutes, but the secret was , I arrived early. Labcorp has a comfortable waiting area TV with the local news the AC mades it nice. Labcorp recommends appointments and I agree but if you get there early, you can slip in without a long wait

Not having to take off work for a scan was a real treat. When I arrived after 5pm it was empty sans one employee who checked me in. There was little to no wait for my appointment and I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend Quest Imaging at the downtown location on Chester.
