At one point they lost all my blood samples because their blood refrigerator malfunctioned and all the samples whet bad. It set me back many months of progress. That's unfortunate error but no one's fault really. What really bothered me about this business charged me an additional $500 for services not referred. I emailed back and forth for a long time with them and got the run around. They never resolved it on their end and I was stuck with an extra bill that should've never happened.
