The only issue is trying to get through to someone live to speak with about an appointment can be a little hard. Once you get in everything is great. I had to have a procedure on my heart but unfortunately it wasn't cooperating with the test so I wasn't able to have the scan. Pretty crazy time we live in where we can walk into a room with no actual employees to help but a simple kiosk. You check in and then they call you back, it took around 15 min for them to call me back and spend around 10/15 min getting my blood drawn. Very quick experience. Please be prepared to deal with several unprofessional workers. I signed in on the computer-no human in sight. The supervisor named Abel said that I was in the computer. 45 minutes later, I asked another worker. She said my name wasn't there and to re-sign in. I did. The computer said that I was signed in, again, and to sit int the lobby. 45 minutes later they said I was still not on the standby list. I spoke to the supervisor, and he tells me I signed in wrong. Why didn't they help me sooner!! It was a complete waste of time. The supervisor would only give me his first name, Abel. The whole time my son had been fasting. This place was not impressive at all. There is no medical personnel to check you in. You check yourself in on a kiosk. You better have an appointment. I went in as a walk in. I understand that I was on standby but after an hour I asked one of the medical assistant who open the door to call a patient, how much longer it would be for a walk in. She said very rude that it could be 10 minutes to 3 hours and went back inside. It had already been an hour that I had waited while fasting. My mistake for not setting an appointment but come on, that is ridiculous. I left and went by chance to Labcorp at Mercy Southwest. We were just at the facility for my granddaughter. We arrived at 3:30 PM. At 4:20 PM a rude individual named Angela came out and informed everybody that was still waiting that they would not be seen. She was very rude and heartless. There was a sick man in the waiting room that was turned away last time he was there and she had no empathy. Needing bloodwork done, I logged onto the Quest website and searched for a location most convenient to me. I chose a date and time and I was all set. Before my appointment date I was sent numerous confirmation/reminder emails that included a QR code. On the morning of my appointment a hungry-from fasting the night before- but thankfully not yet hangry self walked in and checked in using the QR code. I was called back immediately. The technician confirmed and updated my information. While doing so a second technician came in and began prepping me for the procedure. The entire process was quick, friendly, and efficient. I was the first in line, there before they opened, but because i didn't have an appointment they could make me wait. I waited for almost an hour and seen the game. They could have taken care of me if they wanted to. But the lady that came in to open the office probably figured, I'm going to teach him a lesson to make an appointment. This to be up front the girls drawing blood are ok. They get rude but they have a 1000 patents crammed down their throats every day. My biggest complaint is the billing department! You can't get hold of a real person. Been trying to update medical insurance information without success. BUT they will call and send letters demanding payment. Been here a few times and never had a bad experience UNTIL we experienced a girl who (I'm assuming) never had drawn my blood before. I don't know her name and she didn't even speak to so that's why my review will refer to her as a description. ***She had long blonde hair with big fake eye lashes.*** She had the WORST attitude and disregarded anything we had to say prior to her "almost killing me" by the pain she caused me by drawing my blood. She literally was digging into my vein to draw my blood. I was on the verge of crying. I've had my blood drawn many times and never experienced this. I went to this location again on a different date and had the same girl who I felt wasn't very experienced during my 1st visit with her. I was optimistic and thought that time had past and my experience with her would be different this time around. I WAS WRONG. In fact, she was even worse this time around. My arm literally bruised after this drawing (never had this happen before). Her demeanor was the the same as the first time: RUDE. On my 3rd visit, I prayed it would be a different person. NOT ONLY WAS I SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM 20 MINUTES PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME BUT IT WAS THE SAME GIRL DRAWING BLOOD AS MY FIRST TWO WORST EXPERIENCES. I had another medical appointment set up so I couldn't wait any longer as she was already 20 minutes past my original appointment time. NO ONE GREETED US (per usual) and we checked in online (per usual). When I finally decided I had to go, I got up and yelled down the hall for an employee to come out so I could tell them I had to go. The same BLONDE HAIR, BIG FAKE EYELASHES rudely asked my name and then that was it. SHE WAS SOOOOO RUDE. In fact, I think I even heard her giggle after she was done with her rude attitude towards me. She was assisting some younger guy that she was probably try to hit on and made fun of me saying I had to go. MY SUGGESTION: This girl needs more training. She doesn't need more training in just drawing blood but bed side manners with clients. Don't use this location. I went in with a self-pay test. I also had a pending blood work order from my Doctor. I told the lab tech not to run the Dr's orders, it was for next February . Called them and re-confirmed the price---they told me that is what I have to pay. 4 months later, for same tests, went thru healthlabs.com. They charged me $339 for the same tests. Went to Accelerated Urgent Care on Wednesday 3/25 to get a Covid-19 test done by Quest Diagnostics. I was told by the person who took the samples that the test results should arrive in 3 to 5 days. I created a logon to their website so I could get the results as soon as possible and now 5 days later still no results as their system tells me results in 5 WORKING days. Really??? A national pandemic and they can't do business on the weekend to maybe save someones life. This is totally unacceptable to say the least. Maybe a business manager needs to be found that actually has some compassion for humanity and understands the need of a quick test result for something this serious. read more

Awful experience! Rude employees! Got there 50 minutes before appointment time. There was some stupid link on my phone that had a countdown of only be able to check in exactly 10 minutes before scheduled time. I sat there and waited. My name was up on the screen being next. They took my name off the screen for no reason! I told the worker's and they said oh you will be next! Bullshit! They kept calling other people. So I just left this shitty place! They have this new check in system which is a pile of shit! The old system was 5 million times easier and better! I guarantee you i I will never go near quest ever for any reason. The place is shit!!!!!!!! Also the workers that draw your blood are clueless how to do it properly! Every time I got blood work from quest my right arm looked bruised meaning they don't have a clue how to draw blood properly! I am waiting here at pal labs but there is 75 people in the waiting room and I haven't eaten in 14 hours so I will probably just have to leave and forget about getting blood work done!! Also I forgot to mention that I stopped taking my dad to quest because they kept sending him a bill in the mail for blood work from July 2021 no explanation whatsoever why the insurance denied it. So my dad just ended up paying it which was a bunch of bullshit! Also my mom passed away September 2021 so we have been dealing with this tragedy! Also I was diagnosed with invasive melanoma in July 2021 and had to get surgery at usc to remove the tumor on side of my neck! So my family has been through a lot recently so quest only gives a shit about $! They could care less about the people that use their facility! The guy who drew blood today won the award for best blood draw! I'm super sensitive to it and I didn't feel a thing. I had some guy at another spot confuse my arm with a pin cushion and had to tell him to stop and get someone else. Quest refuses to ever answer their phones due to understaffing, so you wont be able to call in to ask any questions. Expect to wait a long time to be seen once you get there. On our most recent visit, they had an attendant trying to manage a large line in the hallway before letting 1 person at a time in to actually check in on the touch screen in the large lobby which was empty. She didnt seem to know what she was doing and was unattentive to the closely huddled crowd. She wouldn't acknowledge new people walking in, so feel free to walk to the front and speak up so you dont miss your scheduled appointment! Having a crowd of people in the hallway in close proximity(many of which were elderly) kind of defeats the purpose of their social distancing effort. read more

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I can't make an appointment for a routine lumbar x ray. I called to make one and it's walk in only. Upon arriving, I learned that several people came in before me so there will be a significant wait time. Time is valuable and it would be far more courteous if back x ray appointments could be scheduled rather than just a walk in basis. read more

I walked in for a routine blood draw at 7:45 am, and the blood draw was 1 week before my doctor's appointment. Sign-in was easy, and my estimated wait time of 20 minutes was posted on an overhead monitor. The facility did not appear to overly busy; however, the original estimated wait time of 20 minutes was accurate. I checked my Quest Diagnostics personal site for the results 1 week after the blood draw (same day as doctor's appointment), and the results were not posted on the site; also, the results were not transmitted to the doctor's office (a Dignity Health doctor). The doctor's office staff called for the results prior to meeting the doctor and obtained the results. Normally, 1 week is an adequate amount of time for the doctor's office to receive the lab results; however, this was not the case this time. read more
