Literally the worst; par for the course for Quest Diagnostics. I make an appointment days in…read moreadvance and call my doctor's office to get the lab order sent over. I show up early, even in fog. I digitally check in, while walking to the waiting room from the parking lot. I get the text "you will be called soon, head to the waiting area" - Fantastic! I'm already in the waiting area. I proceed to wait for 20 minutes, my name is never called. Finally, because there is zero reception, that person has been replaced by an iPad. Sad but true. I ask the next employee who opens the door. She says, we already called you. I tell her that I have been there since checking in. She says "Well, I don't know what to tell you." and then says I can keep waiting until they can call me. I had another appointment and had to leave. This is the second time I tried to use Quest Diagnostic and had a similar experience. And the attitude is just the cherry on top. It's blood testing, not rocket science, and they just can't get it right. Oh and if you think they have a phone number or any type of way to hear from you as a customer. Forget it. They don't.

I was fasting, my mistake for not setting an appointment but that s just ridiculous. They have nobody attending a front desk. No customer service. I left. My husband told me he used Labcorp before and that he liked it. I went in and Jordan was attending the front desk. The office was pretty clear at the time. I was very frustrated with the lack of communication from this office. I found out through a text…read moremessage that I was prescribed antibiotics, but no one clearly explained to me what I was being treated for, why I needed the medication, or what the diagnosis was. When I called the office to ask questions and get clarification, the response I received was dismissive and came with an attitude, including being told, "Good thing you called to find out." I shouldn't have to call the doctor's office just to find out what medication I'm taking and why I'm taking it. This experience left me feeling frustrated, dismissed, and uninformed about my own healthcare. I would strongly encourage this office to work on its communication and the way staff respond to patients who are simply trying to understand their treatment.
