Instead of just calling the Chester location to see if they were offering x-rays, she told us we could drive over there ourselves and check. Unhelpful and lazy. I ended up calling and was told that Chester was providing x-rays but that the wait time would be extra long because this location wasn't doing them. How do we have only one location on a Friday doing x-rays? They won't be starting them again until Monday as if people don't have full time Jovan

I digitally check in, while walking to the waiting room from the parking lot. I get the text "you will be called soon, head to the waiting area" - Fantastic! I'm already in the waiting area. I proceed to wait for 20 minutes, my name is never called. Finally, because there is zero reception, that person has been replaced by an iPad. Sad but true. I ask the next employee who opens the door. She says, we already called you. I tell her that I have been there since checking in. She says "Well, I don't know what to tell you." and then says I can keep waiting until they can call me. I had another appointment and had to leave. This is the second time I tried to use Quest Diagnostic and had a similar experience. And the attitude is just the cherry on top. It's blood testing, not rocket science, and they just can't get it right. Oh and if you think they have a phone number or any type of way to hear from you as a customer. Forget it. They don't.

I was fasting, my mistake for not setting an appointment but that s just ridiculous. They have nobody attending a front desk. No customer service. I left. My husband told me he used Labcorp before and that he liked it. I went in and Jordan was attending the front desk. The office was pretty clear at the time. I walked in and registered in the kiosk and immediately was attended to. Jordan drew my blood very easily. She was very professional and friendly. I had a very negative experience with the front desk staff at this OB office. The behavior I…read moreencountered was shockingly rude and unprofessional, especially for a medical practice that works with pregnant patients who may already be feeling stressed or vulnerable. The staff member at the front desk was dismissive, spoke in a condescending tone, and acted as though answering basic questions was an inconvenience. Instead of being helpful or courteous, the interaction felt hostile and unwelcoming. Basic professionalism and respect toward patients should be the minimum standard in any healthcare setting, yet that standard was clearly not met here. What made the situation even more concerning was the difficulty I had obtaining my own medical results. I needed these results to share with my high-risk pregnancy specialist, yet the office did not provide them to me in a timely manner despite multiple requests. Delays in accessing important medical information during pregnancy are extremely stressful and can impact continuity of care when you are working with multiple providers. It is concerning that the first point of contact for patients reflects such poor customer service and lack of empathy. Front desk staff play a critical role in setting the tone for patient care, and in this case the experience left a very negative impression of the entire office. I strongly recommend that the management address the conduct and training of their front desk team. Dr. Helliwell is knowledgeable, and I had a good rapport with him as a patient however, his staff, specifically front desk receptionist, is intolerable and unprofessional. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism when seeking medical care.
